I got there on a day that they were slammed busy but they were very helpful, resourceful and efficient. They don t take reservations for a return visit, a bit frustrating, so I got my plane in line, when home, close by, and returned in about 30 minutes. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from there. The manager, David, and Brandon were very helpful. Thank you.

Got a great deal on. 2 used tires.they said there was 3 people ahead of me so I figured it would be a while.it wasn't more than 15 minutes then they was ready for my truck..they mounted and balanced tire. Truck drove and handled so much better.

The crew at Tire Tracks was fantastic! My daughter was passing through town and had a flat tire. Justin was great, got her car in immediately and had a new tire on and out the door in about 30 minutes. These guys know how to treat people, great customer service!

Great customer service with knowledgeable personnel. Quick service with good prices. Wanted used tires but not available anywhere at tire size. Ads seem to suggest used tires would be plentiful.

These guys fit me in to change 2 tires 30 minutes before closing time. I don't think my tires would have made it another day. Plus, I had to take a 3 hour trip in the next 2 days. Life Savers!! Thanks guys. Great customer service too

Always great service! Their tire protection plan is an excellent investment, especially if you get a lot of flats like I do - my job takes me to a lot of construction sites.They can get very busy in the afternoons so go early if possible. While you wait you can use their free Wi-Fi or go for a stroll around Walker Park.

Tire Tracks are great with tires. However, I had a bad experience when I called for a quote on brakes specifically brake pads. The guy was very angry on the phone and short and seemed like he doesn t wanna be there. So he asked me questions about what kind of brakes you need about your vehicle, well, I don t know anything about cars. I told him that and then he just exhaled and said well if you need front brakes labor will be 140 and if you need back brakes it s gonna be 200 at least, maybe more .I know brakes are under $30-$40 each and, But to be quoted over $400 for labor for one hour of work is too extreme for me

Tire Tracks was great overall. They re very busy & had the rare sized tires I needed in their used inventory. Yay!Only 3 suggestions to improve. 1) Better communication among the team. Someone should stay at the front desk to greet customers & manage the front area. Use an overhead or walkie to talk to the garage instead of walking back & forth. 2) A tray or central location for pending pick up . I wasn t having the tires installed. I was picking them up. I told them that I d be there 1.5 hours or so- after work. I was there beforehand. One of the guys cancelled my order stating he didn t think I was coming luckily the paperwork was still In the trash and the tires were still there. I was from out of town and would ve been stranded if the tires were sold to someone else. 3) A military / Veterans discount!But overall I got what I needed.

Tire Tracks in Fayetteville has been my tire, break, and alignment shop for years. They have fair prices and work quickly, especially given how busy they are. I ve had several tire places charge me more than my male partner for the same service; Tire Tracks doesn t do that.

Had a Great experience at Tire Tracks on Tuesday. Dropped the truck off and within a couple hours Randy called to say it was ready! Five tires mounted and Balanced and professionally done. Great value and would Highly recommend Tire Tracks to Friends and Family!! Thanks Guys!

Unexpectedly needed a set of tires late on a Friday afternoon. They located the oddball size I needed and pulled some strings to get them delivered that evening. We showed up early Saturday morning and had them installed just one day before Christmas. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We rolled in with an almost flat tire!! All the guys were very friendly and professional in their interactions with us. They were very busy but they did their best to get us taken care of as soon as they could. I m grateful for their ability to treat us right and to do the job without issue!!

Great bunch of guys , however they sheered one of my studs off my hub and weren t willing to pay for it or discount the tires at all. They said their mechanic would charge me 100.00 for replacing it. It s not enough for me to stop going there.Post edit: as the reply to my original post, David, the manager reached out to me with a solution to the issue. Within one hour of dropping my vehicle off this morning my studs were replaced free of charge. There s a reason why there s always people in the parking lot. They take care of the customers.

The staff at Tire Tracks in Fayetteville, AR was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were busy but my wait time was minimal because they had enough guys working to get to my vehicle quickly. The lobby was clean and comfortable. I was able to sit and work with the free WiFi so I never missed a beat. I purchased 4 used tires that are in great condition and at a great price. Just what I needed!

Pulled in with a front flat tire and they were able to pull out a nail and patch it up for free since we previously bought all tires there and had a warranty. We were in and out in less than 15 min. Super nice and friendly staff

Where is the 10 star button?? David and Chance and company made this the sweetest experience for my young friend who had not had to deal with getting tires before. They did it all, not to mention best price in town. Go south to TireTracs.

I was referred to Tire tracks by a mechanic from the Acura dealership.. I am so glad I went. They were right about what the issues was and after tires and a front end alignment, my car was brand new again.. AND the best part was it was very affordable!!

I called them before I showed up to see if they had my tire in stock. They did so I went down there. Both the salesman behind the counter, and the technician were very professional and got me out of there within 30 minutes. I highly recommend them.
