Dropped off my truck expecting to pay for a major problem after it was jerking and misfiring. Got a call from Sterling saying it was a loose wire. Truck drives great now. So many other companies would have taken advantage of charging for unnecessary repairs. Only charged me $34 for the 17 point inspection.

Went Monday morning to see about getting my jeep looked at because the service engine light came on over the weekend. Was told I had to set an appointment so I did for Wednesday morning 8am. Got two text message reminders about my appointment. Showed up at 8 this morning and was told I was need to leave it for a couple hours, and a mechanic would look at it, diagnos and I would be getting a cal. So I called for someone to pick me up and drop me off at work. Waited until after 1pm and never heard a word from them. Arrived back onsite also 2pm and they hadn't even looked at it yet. Got my keys and left!No communication and getting the run around. It's ridiculous!

Always give a good deal on oil changes and repairs. Have a student discount for oil changes. Got an oil cooler fixed, it started having problems a few weeks later, and they fixed it again for free. Good warranty. Good people. I recommend.

Quick service, and went above and beyond. Drove in for an oil change, but in the process they found that my transmission fluid was overdue for change, my air filter was a block of mud, and that I had a belt falling in half. All of these problems were fixed, SUPER FAST, and I was back on the road. The communication was solid, and the price was fair. I will be bringing my other rides back here. Hard to beat fast and friendly service.

Getting your car's oil change here is fine. I had a very frustrating experience with a belt change. I won't be back. Good customer service includes honest communication with the customer. This did not happen.

Highly recommend. I was leaving town and had a break light out that needed to be fixed last minute. I went 4 places yesterday and everyone told me the job was to complicated and they wouldn t be able to do it until Wednesday. I then got recommended The Grease Pig on MLK. I called them and they told me to bring it in before they opened at 8. This morning I was in and out before I could even call an Uber and before they were even open. Super nice guys too!

Love this place! Had to get an oil change and a tune up. And if you have the little card stamped each time you get the oil change. Once it's fully stamped, 7 times. You get the eighth oil change free!

Cameron is very helpful and I always take my car here for oil changes & any other needs for my car! They are the best around and I recommend them to any college students, especially girls!! They are the best!!

These guys are great for an oil change, but they also do mechanics. They have done big jobs on my Silverado 4x4 pickup and they have always done an excellent job.

I thought I posted a review, it must have ended up in ciber space, I am greatfull to know that the greased pig is great at servicing cars from one end to the other, oil change and service, checking car and letting you know if your car has any other issues, and even other automotive service, thank you for fixing my air conditioner

This place def has the best customer service, did all point check on my vehicle, fluids, tire pressure, etc, filled my fluids at no extra cost, left feeling I was road ready, never felt I was taken advantage of being female, not that that should matter, they do these checks to make sure your vehicle has no other problems, it's a good feeling knowing my vehicle has no problems when I pull out

Caution they take advantage of females that do not know a lot about automotive work.Took my truck in for a service four-wheel drive light they told me to make an appointment in a week they service my differentials charged me almost $300 and then told me if I needed my four wheel drive fixed that I would have to come back after that to get it fixed which is why I brought it in in the first place.of course you can't get a hold of anybody to complain because they don't have a corporate. But I would never bring my vehicle here if I was a female because all they do is take advantage and charge you way more than it's supposed to cost I got the same service quoted at a different shop for a $150 less.

100/10! Super nice and helped me with not only an oil change, but a tire rotation and even replaced my air filter. They even brought some problems I wasn't aware of to my attention and explained everything very throughly. They even let me take a few pictures to show my parents stuff! Plus they have a UARK student discount on the oil change.

I was actually impressed with the service I received from Grease Pig. It was similar to the way Walmart once took care of customers in the late 80's-mid 90's in regards to providing detailed examination of your vehicle plus willing to tell you what may or may not need attention on your vehicle. It reminds me of when service stations performed such tasks as you fueled your vehicle minus vacuuming the front area of the driver's side. If you haven't been here before, I highly recommend going here despite the price due to the quality of service you'll receive compared to other oil change facilities.

I m not one to leave reviews ever, but the service here was above and beyond. I went to Arsaga s a few months ago and someone from the Grease Pig came over to my car, told me my break lights were out, and fixed them for me. When my air conditioning went out recently, I went to the Grease Pig because of the amazing service I received last time, and this time was just as amazing. Everyone was so kind and patient and helpful and I will continue recommending them to anyone who needs their car fixed.

I won t ever take another vehicle up there. Rude & unprofessional service. Definitely wouldn t recommend their business either. My advice take your business elsewhere.

I have gone repeatedly to get my squeaking brakes fixed. I had my front brakes replaced, but not even a year later they insisted my front brakes needed to be replaced again (and lied, saying they had replaced my back brakes). They also kept telling me my back breaks were fine, but they continued to squeak and definitely were worn out. My emergency brake failed a week after that appointment because the drums were completely worn out. This review is for both locations, since I was going back and forth between the two hoping my situation would be resolved. I will not ever be taking my car to either location again.Service: Brakes

My daughter just had the best experience at the Grease Pig on MLK Jr. Blvd! Not only did someone come out and open her door before she had a chance to, they aired up her tires for no charge and fixed her broken tail light for next to nothing. Most importantly, they didn't talk down to her and make her feel stupid. She left so happy! Makes me feel good to know there are good people helping our kids out while they're far from home. We will definitely be using them in the future for all auto service!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Quick, fast, professional and well priced. They had me in and out fast and not only did they change my oil but checked tire pressure and cleaned all the glass on the truck while I waited. 10/10 recommend.
