Went in for an oil change and to check if my car was good for an upcoming roadtrip. They were pretty busy but still took the time to look over a few things. Got a punch card as well! Super friendly staff, would 100% recommend and found my new to go place!

I was met at the service door by a service tech. He asked me a few questions about my vehicle and what I needed. His responses were mostly an annoying sweet ! After they started on the oil change, it was discovered I needed an air filter change. The tech said they could change it for me. I asked if they had one available. The answer was, yes we have one. After 30 minutes or more of waiting, I was informed they did not have one and they went to get one. After more waiting, I asked they just put the old one back in. They told me they tried to match the filter from a previous vehicle that I owned. They referenced my license plate instead of looking at the filter to identify the type needed. After even more waiting I went out to my vehicle and an inexperienced tech was struggling to reinstall the filter. He was using an oversized screwdriver to install the filter. I was about to ask him to step back and I will install it.Update: The owner contacted me about the bad experience I reported. He made no excuses and assured me that he would correct the problem. He mailed me a complimentary oil change coupon. I appreciate him reaching out to me.

Cameron was such a great help! I pulled in to the North College location and was really needing to fix a problem with my vehicle and he took care of it and handled it. He's smart and capable. I love the Grease Pig. They do really good work. Trustworthy and competent.

Had my daughter take her car here due to having issues that I couldn t look at being over 5 hours away. They were able to get on it pretty quick and communicated everything with me. They got the issue fixed at a reasonable price and she was back on the road within a day. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a student and need a piece of mind.

Simple fix for the more than competent mechanic, it helped having a more than competent service writer to pass on my cars unique issues, with my air conditioner,needed o ring and to be charged and whatever the do. Been working great, sorry I can't remember their names, the always go beyond even on oil change service, I can't express how greatfull I am to greased pig , it's like their a magnet for great mechanics and auto service people

As a single female, when I get work done on my car I am extra cautious about where I go for maintenance and this will be the only place I take my car to. The employees here are kind and go out of their way above and beyond to get your car problem fixed while being upfront and honest about the costs involved. I even called just to ask about estimates provided by another mechanic shop and was given answers to every question I had and actually listened to by Joe. Could not recommend more especially if you are worried about taking your car in and need a place you can trust.

There's a reason why this operation has a 4.6 Google rating! Not many shops have such a high review score. Great work and customer service at The Grease Pig. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix a tire problem on my daughter's car. She was in and out quickly and problem resolved before a lengthy road trip. It was cold and rainy and I desperately needed my car repaired so I could visit my husband who is ill. Cameron stood in the cold rain and fixed my car. I can t say enough nice things about this place. The price was right as well.

I will have no problem filling this card up and getting my free oil change. I love that I don t have to make an appointment for an oil change. Just pull right up, give em your keys, and then go check in. Wait 20-30 mins and bam! oil change complete. Oh, and they wash the windshield and back glass and vacuum out your floor boards! Staff is friendly and professional. The guys in the shop do a thorough job of explaining what exactly they are going to do and anything else that needs to be done. Again, it s great that I can just pull in when it is convenient for me and not have to take a whole afternoon or morning to get it done.

They are quick and consistent. They offer product options. They will vacuum your car, if it's not as crazy messy as mine. They check all the levels and give you a heads up on anything dire.
