I just bought a car from Nissan Superior from Brad Bittle and I could not be happier.It was very easy, they helped every step of the way and compared to any other time I've had to buy a car this was just an absolute pleasure from A to Z. Devan White also helped me so much. I am beyond happy with the car and the service.

Jack was very helpful and took good care of us. We had our two year old daughter with us and they brought her out a book and colors to play with while we handled business. There was only one finance person available during our process, so it took slightly longer than normal. But they were very attentive while we waited and even bought us dinner for the wait. Over all, excellent customer service and will definitely be going back for our next Nissan.

It was my wife's and I first time buying a car from a major dealership, and it was fantastic. Everyone was really nice. Was very transparent about everything, what I was paying for, explaining every detail. We loved it. Our salesman Sal and Johnny were amazing. They did a wonderful job. Definitely plan to buy here later in the future.

Came in to look at used Nissan Frontiers and they had some really good options of certified used models. Johnny was extremely helpful and I was able to find a great truck for me at my price range. The whole process was as easy as buying a truck gets and I highly recommend Johnny to help you with your next purchase!

Mason does a fantastic job!We would like to mention that we had a different system with our old dealership that we loved. At the check in/out desk they had a paper with all service recommendations and what we had done already highlighted. We liked the text with a video explaining what technicians found and the cost of service recommended so we could approve then and wait of they could perform service immediately.

I just wanted to say thank you to Tim Holm for going above and beyond helping me find the right car for my needs. Tim was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I ended up buying. He took his time to make sure that I felt comfortable with my purchase. Also, I would like to thank Jacob Graves for working with me to get the best deal possible. I would recommend Superior Nissan to anyone. The staff is very helpful, and they all work really hard to get you the best deal possible. The service department does a great job as well. They are always quick to get me in and out for oil changes and repairs.

My Salesman, Sal Sandoval was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful in my purchase of a Nissan Kick. I love this car. Test drove a few and found the one that I love. Did I mention that he was tall, dark and handsome! Bonus!!

10/10 service with Mason Kelley. He is always so kind and makes sure we have all the info we need without trying to scam us just because we re women like we ve had so many other dealerships try to do with service. I ll take any of our cars, Nissan or not, to Nissan if possible just to work with Mason because I know we can actually trust him!

We had a great experience purchasing a new truck from Jacob at Superior Nissan. We didn t want to play dealership games and just wanted a smooth buying process. Jacob was extremely responsive but not over bearing or pressuring while we discussed everything over the phone and then he got us everything we needed to make the transaction smooth after driving 4 hours one way to pick up our new truck. Administrative work was painless and they had us on our way about an hour after our arrival, even with a showroom full of customers. They would have spent more time with us if we wanted it, there was no rush from them, just from us so we could get on our way! We re very pleased with our experience at Superior Nissan and Jacob Graves. Thank you!

Great customer service! I was looking for a safe, reliable car for my teenage daughter with specific criteria and price point. Jack Billups, sales person, listened to me and showed me vehicle options that stayed within my criteria. There was no pressure and I feel like I got a great deal. I would purchase another car from Jack and Nissan in the future.

We had a great car buying experience! Robert was our dealer representative, and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Devan, in the finance department, was very friendly and explained all the details to us. They both stayed very late to help us complete all the paperwork needed. Highly recommend Superior Nissan!

Our car always gets serviced in a timely manner. Employees at the dealership are friendly. Mason always take good care of us and makes sure we're aware of all future services so that we know what to expect next time we come in.

They were friendly and gave me a list of possible future repairs, with the price. Most pleasantly they did not push me to do the repairs at Superior Nissan, which makes it more likely that I will do them there.

My Wife and I had gone up to the dealership to meet with Tim, but he had gone home sick. Johnny Aguilar was quick to jump in and help us out. Johnny was amazingly patient with us. We had come up to look at the Rock Creek Pathfinder but were not impressed with the interior features. Johnny pulled around several different vehicles until we found the one for us (Platinum Pathfinder). Johnny and the team stayed well past closing to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible and make sure we were able to take advantage of the sale that ended that day. This is the second vehicle in the last year that I have purchased at Superior Nissan in Fayetteville, AR and I have to say that this team has always gone above and beyond to take care of us.

I had a very good buying experience with Margie and Jacob purchasing my Nissan Altima yesterday. Margie was very personable while helping us find the right vehicle.
