Salesman was fantastic and professional. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them in a row and will not hesitate to go back in the future. Fair and honest negotiations and reasonable prices will keep this place in business for a long time to come. They went above and beyond to make this deal happen for me. Do not buy a used vehicle from here.They guarantee it with a inspection but apparently it means nothing.Before my first payment on the vehicle I had to replace the transmission. They did work with me and agreed to cover all expenses besides $2500. Fine.Had another issue that requires the battery to be disconnected and reconnected for a minute. Wouldn t do it without charging me.Overall I am less than impressed with the quality of service received here. For somewhere that claims to be superior, they sell less than superior used vehicles, all while assuring you it is in great condition and has undergone a rigorous inspection. Buy somewhere else.

I have purchased a few vehicles in my life and honestly left with regret or disgust by the processes at other dealerships and my interactions with the sales/finance departments. I thought that putting up with those behaviors was just the price of doing business in that industry. But my experience with Superior GMC was anything but that! From the very start they were all exceptionally honest, professional, friendly, and understanding. Hayden reached out with a welcoming text after my inquiry and was willing to help from the start. He handed me off to Aaron who was the best salesman I have dealt with. Stand up guy who didn t pressure, listened, and seemed to truly want to work with me to find what my needs/wants were. I went over a couple of days on lunch to test drive and ask questions, never once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them or that they were going to apply pressure to close the deal that day. They let me get through the process on my own timeline and were accommodating the entire way. Aaron seemed to know the truck inside and out and answers to any random question I threw his way. Hayden had friendly follow ups to make sure Aaron was treating me right. Jeb stopped by and held a very casual/friendly conversation which was nice to see that even from they top I felt they do business the right way. Surprisingly the sales process fully met/far exceeded my expectations. Lastly came the finance meeting to close the deal which prior to my purchase at Superior was one of my least favorite aspects of buying a car. Typically you are met with extra pressure on warranties and add ons so I was reluctant when I walked in to meet with Mason. However, similar to everyone else at Superior, my experience was nothing like I had in the past. He was organized, personable, friendly, professional and most importantly did not pressure me to add a bunch of warranties or add ons. He gave his rundown of available options/services and let it go when I didn t express interest. Previously it would feel like a 40 minute high pressure sales time at other dealerships, but Mason made it low stress. As long as this AT4 meets my hopes after the purchase, which I know doubt think it will, I wouldn t think of buying another vehicle from any other dealership. As long as they guys are there at superior then that s where I m heading. They truly earned by business with their exceptional customer service, professional/friendly attitudes, and the smoothest process I ve ever had. Thank you Aaron, Hayden, Jeb, and Mason! I ll be sending everyone I know that is looking to buy to see yall!!

We had an amazing experience with buying our Yukon from Superior GMC in Fayetteville. Very easy experience. Our Salesman Aaron was friendly & knowledgeable. Hayden was a very professional Sales Manager. Great team effort all around. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here. We ve made several new car purchases through the years and this was by far the easiest! They went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us! Hunter and the whole service department did an amazing job as usual. I have yet to have a negative experience with this service department. Until now I had only been there for the usual oil change and tire rotation. This time was a bit different and involved a towing the car to the dealership. I truly anticipated a nightmare, but they made everything so incredibly easy. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had our vehicle fixed earlier than I expected. Thanks again to Hunter and the entire crew!

Nice people but only did none of the service needed. Asked for oil change & tire rotation. Oil change was not done nor the tires rotated. Mechanic swore he rotated them but Stevie Wonder could've seen they weren't (severely rounded edges on the front tires). Truck wasn't cleaned like I was promised either. Took the truck home & did it all myself. Won't be back. Received a refund from the dealer later. Beware of Clive Davis as service advisor.

I didn't Have an appointment but the young man listened to what I had to say about all the lights that were flashing on my car on the dash And so he took it and took care of everything i asked for. He got it back to me quicker than I thought he would..such polite young people..

Poor experience, steer clear if you want any form of transparency because they wont give it. All I asked for was the out the door price and transparency on all the fees and costs involved with the final price of the car. I was told I would receive that yet I didn t. I was contacted by multiple sales associates over the course of days with neither willing to answer my simple questions. Then when I notified I wouldn t come in until they told me the price of the car, the sales manager Hayden said he would get me the price only to ignore me completely in the end. Utter lack of of professionalism. I would ve loved to have made a fair deal and come and pick up the car, it seems they weren t interested however.

Service Department with exceptional customer service!I trust Superior Buick with my older model Buick. The prices are fair and the value is in the knowledgable technicians and staff working together to promptly get the car repaired. The shuttle service has been a life saver. The phone calls from friendly staff to keep me informed is an outstanding attribute in customer care. This dealership is the high bar of excellence.

I would first like to start by saying everyone here is as friendly as can be and helpful too my salesman was Paul Roth great guy and did everything possible to get me in my truck and made sure that he found the best one for me in my price range! The financial guy Eric not sure of his last name sorry there was super helpful as well made sure the payment was in range for me and got me a 2 year warranty on it as well! A+++ dealership I highly recommend anyone here!!!!!!!!!

Husband and I looked around some car lots and we are so glad we choose Superior Buick GMC! They had originally sold the vehicle we were interested in (viewed online) but Alex Keirn showed us another option...that was way better! It was no easy task getting what we wanted/needed for our price range but Alex and Mason were patient with us for a few hours to make it work. The mats in the hatch do not appear to have been touched. Smudge marks and film were left.Mix up in the paperwork. Mason said he would make copies and leave them in the vehicle. That was not done. He left them at Aaron s desk, and Aaron did not give them to me. So I have to come back.

I came there for an oil change and to have my tires rotated as always. I also mentioned for the second time now to the service agents that I'm getting horrible gas mileage on the vehicle that I purchased from you last year and no one really seems to want to do anything about it unless there is a light of some kind coming on the dashboard. Which there was but then it was cleared. Not only do I regret purchasing this vehicle but also purchasing the useless warranty that I added on. It's pathetic that mechanics need computers to tell them what to do these days. Meanwhile I'm riding around getting 225 Mi to the tank in a vehicle that is a 4 cylinder with a flex fuel system. I should be getting the best gas mileage in town. And I should also be getting the best service in town according to your brand but that's not true in reality. There is more to the story and I would love to go over it with someone who is ABOVE the management team in the service department as they are basically useless also.

Went in for a used yukon, but was treated like I was buying new. Hunter got us the vehicle we wanted and even helped with the labor on the detail to get us out of there sooner. Highly recommend Hunter as a salesman!

It all started with the owner who is an honest great guy and the service guys have been professional and very attentive with their service since I ve started coming to superior . I had a bad experience from where I bought my truck, I wish I had bought it from superior. Thanks guys. Keep up the great job
