Friendly knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful. Took in my 88 BMW for service, the price was fair and the staff was fantastic. I will definitely return in the future for servicing my vehicles.

My friends have been using Shuler's for years for all of their Mercedes vehicles and highly recommended them for my recently acquired SUV. I was able to get in quickly for an oil change, and the cost was nearly the same as it had been on my prior Chevy car!I never felt like they were trying to sell me on anything which is the first time that did not happen at a service place. They were all incredibly friendly and kind when I asked for clarification, more details, or for the information to be in writing so I couldn't forget it. They clearly explained what the vehicle inspection found, let me know that I needed new tires as the ones on it were really worn out, and provided the available tire options plus explained the differences between them. Unlike every other time that I have replaced tires, they weren't trying to pressure me into the most expensive option. At no point did I ever feel like their goal was to get me to spend as much money as possible.If you have a Mercedes and are looking for a family-run business that will take care of you, I highly recommend you check them out!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They are always helpful, especially when providing money-saving recommendations. The perfect place for any service not covered by vehicle warranty for BMW and Mercedes cars. If they find an issue that should be covered, they will let you know! Thorough mechanical work, too.

I just moved to NWA and one of the hardest things to find is an honest and experienced mechanic. This is especially true when you have a 28 yr old German machine! Based on my first experience with Shuler, I found "my guy". They are friendly, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) fair! The tech I dealt with had over 40 years of BMW experience. The tech called me and walked me through everything that he observed on the car and answered all of my questions (very patiently, I might add).

The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is very nice. If you are needing work done they are very experienced in all things Mercedes-Benz and other German cars and offer a great value when compared to the overpriced dealers. If you are only needing to buy part as a do-it-yourselfer they are competitive and local. I own three Mercedes-Benz of various ages two being vintage and one being modern, I take my modern one to them for maintenance and have purchased quite a few parts from them for the vintage ones. Highly recommended! I'm never afraid to send my wife over there if her car needs maintenance. Definitely female-friendly.

This place was amazing to get service with my wife s Mercedes. They did a great job and was about 5 times less expensive than the dealership. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back and there s a good reason they ve been in business for over two decades!

Great service. Professional. Reliable. They are always polite and helpful. They have done multiple repairs and oil changes on my cars and we ve always been very satisfied with their work. You can tell when a business cares about what they do.

Mr. Schuler and his staff are just what you want from a mechanic. They are straight shooters who give an honest appraisal of what needs to be done and a fair price to do it. We own a Mercedes and a BMW an they are equally adept with both vehicles. We trust them so much it has actually influenced what make of vehicle we will buy. Trustworthy mechanics are worth their weight in gold. Schuler Autohaus is worth their weight in platinum.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I have taken my vehicle to Shuler Autohaus on a couple of occasions. I like how they do what is necessary for your vehicle and don't charge dealership pricing. The last time I took my vehicle there when I picked it up I noticed a scratch on the door. I liked that they took the time to look through their video footage to see if they could find a reason for how it got there. But then they went above and beyond by taking care of their customer and had the dent repaired for me at no cost to me. I am very impressed with them. I believe them to be honest and really looking out for their customers. As long as I have a vehicle that they specialize in taking care of they will have a customer for life. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

As a woman I am always fearful of being overcharged for auto repair service. The staff at Shuler are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before any work was done, and I was treated fairly and honestly. I highly recommend Shuler for your auto repair needs!

Roger and his staff truly care about each and every customer. For ten years I took my SL 500 to Shuler and knew that every visit, I would receive excellent workmanship at a fair price. Great communication on the progress of their work and they stand by the quality of their repairs.

I was referred here and I couldn t have been happier with the service I received. They were fair, informative, thorough and transparent. Their customer service was wonderful, which is uncommon in my experience with auto repair shops. I highly recommend their service.

Shuler Autohaus has been serving my MB for the past 6 years. I have always been given honest feedback on what repairs my car needed and full disclosure of the cost estimates. I would highly recommend Shuler Autohaus to anyone that wants to be given excellent service in a family atmosphere.

Shuler is hands-down the best option for Mercedes Benz repairs and service in Northwest Arkansas. I purchased a 2008 CPO E-Class from the local Mercedes dealer in 2010, so like most folks I used the dealer for maintenance for the next few years, while my car was under warranty.Once my warranty expired in 2013, however, I grew weary of paying through the nose for expensive (and probably unnecessary) repairs at the dealer. Fortunately a coworker told me about Shuler and I have been taking my car to them ever since. The staff is incredibly informed, helpful and honest. Just in the past year alone, I have avoided at least $1,500 in unnecessary repairs the dealer tried to convince me I "needed".So unless you have more money than common sense, skip the local dealer, and go straight to Shuler. You will get an honest assessment of your true service needs, and very competent service for your Mercedes Benz.

If your looking for quality customer service and a shop that truly cares about the quality of work they provide then this is the shop for you. I Purchased an older van from a private seller and experienced several mechanical issues at once leading me to need repairs.Luckily I entrusted Roger and his team at Schuler Auto who corrected all of the issues to get my van back up an running . My van required someone who knows sprinter van and Mercedes motors in and out to be able to properly diagnose and repair.If I would have taken my van anywhere else my bill could have easily been over $4500 to repair. The owner Roger knew I had a budget and performed some of the labor at no cost.I highly recommend this shop and I plan to continue taking my sprinter van there for all of the routine maintenance and services I need. There aren't many mechanics out there who truly care as much about their work and quality as Roger and his team.

I needed an emergency repair on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Mr. Shuler and his team were able to accommodate me and get the repair done so I could get back on the road to visit family for the holiday. He didn t hesitate to rearrange his day to get my vehicle fixed...without me asking. Best customer service I ve ever had! I won t go anywhere else for my car repair needs. Thank you!!

Great experience, treated very well. Just went in for a diagnoses, and I was told exactly what we needed to do and recommendations to fix the problem with one little change in my maintenance routine. Looking forward to going to Schuler Autohaus again when I need something done.

Pros: Their repair costs are probably 10-40% less than US-German car dealerships. Cheaper depending on the work done. Meanwhile, their service and work is equal or better than dealership mechanics. Timely service Friendly, and very helpful. Well informed and let the customers know anything and everything they find out.Cons: Reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I only wish they were open 7 days a week. Need more locations in Arkansas and 2 in northwest Arkansas around Fayetteville. Could be more willing to inform the customer on things that can last longer without being changed, but not too bad about pestering for other things needing fixed, though.

Roger, his family, and his staff are trustworthy and fair I've worked with him on and off over the last 10 or so years, and I've never had a bad experience. I now drive 2 1/2 hours to have my car serviced because I know I can trust them and more than save the money for the drive (and get to visit Fayetteville, to boot!).

Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. When it comes to your vintage Mercedes Benz, you'll be hard pressed to find someone that knows more or stocks more parts.

Family owned and run repair shop, specialized in Mercedes vehicles. Friendly and knowledgeable people. Always very reasonable in estimates and repair costs. I have been using their services for several years.

Mechanics can be trusted!!! Shuler fixed my son s car for 5% of what Mercedes quoted. Son said Mr Shuler was very nice and treated him well. Thank you Mr Shuler and your staff!
