Our daughter is a student at the University of Arkansas. She was stopped at a stoplight when a truck ran into her head on. Fortunately, nobody was hurt and the other driver's insurance covered the entire cost of the damage. Dealing with vehicle repairs isn't fun, but Dustin and his staff made the process very easy for our daughter and we very much appreciate his help.

Dustin and the workers at Quality Collision are the best. They do really great work and they really worked with me trying to maximize the days I had with a rental. This is the only place I feel comfortable taking my vehicles.

Best estimate I could find in town, as well as put some collision tape on my car to allow it to be drivable before I even committed to having it repaired by them. Very down to earth and easy to reach people, would highly recommend!

I was impressed with my experience at Quality Collision. They went above and beyond expectations. They dealt directly with the insurance company, saving me the stress. They communicated throughout the process. When I got my car back it looked better than OEM. I would highly recommend this company.

I wouldn't recommend them. I went here because the other shop in town approved by my insurance was months out for hail damage. This shop returned my car almost a week late. My camper shell was not secured back to my bed and had shifted. Luckily I caught it before it fell off. That shell cost me over $3500 and was almost ruined. The gasket that goes between the shell and the bed was not put back in it's original place and it leaked. I found spots of white overspray from other vehicles that were being repaired, my truck is charcoal gray. Those spots are still there. My hood was not adjusted properly so the panels didn't line up, I fixed that myself. Several gaskets/trim moldings were loose and needed to be secured, did that myself. Their clear coat isn't great, I can very easy tell exactly which panels were repaired as the finish is definitely not the same quality as factory. Their clear coat almost has a dimpled appearance as opposed to a mirror finish. I was unimpressed with the quality of both service and labor that was done. All communication was initiated by me. I drove 45 minutes to town because their app said it would be ready by 10:50am. Got the truck back six days later. Three weeks for hail repair. Poor attention to detail.The truck looks presentable, there isn't any hail damage. I just expected better quality and attention to detail for what I paid and how long I waited.

I wouldn t trust my vehicle with any other shop in an 800 mile radius. These good folks have been my go to for YEARS! This is a family owned and family run business and you can tell when you work with them because they treat you just like family! Worked with us to keep the repair cost down on bumper damage. It was 1/4 as much as elsewhere. There was no sign that bumper had been damaged...it was perfect. They also returned my car in pristine condition, cleaned inside and out. Fantastic service. I highly recommend.

After being hit by another car, my car was towed to Quality Collision. They were so easy to work with and super friendly! I had to work with them through my insurance and they made it super easy. Also, they got my car fixed super quick considering they had to order new parts in for it. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside for me! I will definitely be using Quality for any other damages to my car and telling everyone to use them. I was skeptical since there weren't too many reviews on here, but there was no need to be. They were fantastic.

They do great work! Love how their finish work looks! I have had my car there twice, unfortunately (different incidences - I now have a new front and rear bumper!) Excellent work at the most reasonable price around! Nice to work with too. They even went the extra mile and vaccumed inside and washed the exterior!! Don't go Anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

I just got my car back and it looks fantastic! It took a little long because it was over the holidays but they were more than accommodating. They gave me a free rental to use after they knew it was going to take longer than expected, they kept me in the loop every time something came in or where they were in the process, and they handled my insurance personally. They even gave me a gift card for my troubles and they replaced the batteries in my car keys. The work was done very well, everything looks brand new, and I am extremely happy with my car!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A decent overall experience. This is the second vehicle I have put through here. The staff was nice and helpful, but the processes here seem disorganized. We brought in a car to have a mirror replaced on a Tuesday. They told us no problem, they would cut us into their schedule early, over-night the part and get us out the door by that Thursday.Well the part did not come in, and we called daily until the following Monday where I finally called to complain that the part had not arrived yet, despite them attempting to over-night it and each day that we called they said "It should be here today or tomorrow." They told me to wait, called me back a few minutes later and then apologized and said the part was actually on back order from the manufacturer and it might be months, so they would instead order a used part over the next couple of days, then paint it to match and get our car back on this following Thursday, or about 10 days since we put it in.Then the next day they unexpectedly called us in the afternoon saying the car was ready and we can pick it up after hours as long as we arrange it with the receptionist! A little confusing on the process, but it worked.Service: Body & Trim

After getting bids from 5+ repair shops I chose to bring my car here. They offered to do the work for the best price and they took the most time to explain all of the details to me and answer my questions. The repairs were done in a timely manner and ended up costing less than the original bid. A couple days after the repair was done I noticed an issue, so I took my car back and they fixed the problem immediately. Great family-owned business. I would recommend them to anyone!

Overall, very impressed with the people on staff at Quality Collision. Their repair work could speak for itself but the staff make a difference. We actually experienced a not insignificant miscommunication issue regarding our repair but, once the issue was identified, the staff worked with us to meet our needs and accommodate our schedule. And without us expecting anything more once things were ironed out, they went above and beyond with an unexpected customer service touch at the completion of the repair that was really appreciated. I would return as a customer and recommend their services.

They would not call back when I was trying to get an update on my car.then end up turning around after giving a quote and giving a higher quote. I would never use them again for anything took forever to get my car back. Insurance sent the check for them to us and bet they on that phone quit for the money but when you call to check on how much longer for the car the ladies at front didn t know what they were doing all they would say is Adam will call you back never heard from him had to call insurance company just to find anything out

Dustin and Quality Collision were great to work with after my accident! They got my car right in and fixed it in a timely manner. It is a family run business and everyone cares about the customer. A few months later When spring came along the air did not work. after they tried to fix it they sent me to the dealership and covered the cost plus my service that was due! I highly recommend them!

They have done work on 3 of my vehicles. And the quality of work was unsurpassed. I asked them to do some touch-up paint on my BMW, and they felt like it wasn't their best work because it was a touch-up job, I would pay anyone to find what was painted. I don't usually recommend anyone but they will make your vehicle shine again
