I had a considerable amount of hail damage. They did an excellent job with PDR and the car came back to me fully detailed. I was very satisfied with the results. I've used other shops in the area that returned my car damaged. This place is a good one. My car was ready a day later than estimated, but they did warn me that there would likely be additional damage found when they got the car cleaned up so I was fine with the extra day. I would recommend this shop.

What can I say they our wonderful ! They have excellent communication ! Plus they care about their customers. They are honest hardworking owners they treat your vehicle like it s their own. I can tell you if they have any bad reviews. It s most likely someone was being a Karen . Because this is the best shop around. We will always go here.

The person in the front seems not to care about customers. He needs to have a training on how to interact with people. It s not hard to be polite with others especially if you are making profits out of their pockets, but he looks like he hates his job. I came around 7:40 and he told me to wait since they were not open yet, so I told him the shop hours start at 7:30 as it stated online, then he said that's okay lol. Like what you just lied to my face and said that's okay. No sir it's not okay. Took him 15 minutes to finish his work to take a 20-second look at my car while I was waiting for him to finish what he was doing. He gave me an estimate of more than 1000$ just to paint my front bumper and said it takes more than 10 hours of work just to paint a bumper. He treats people like they are idiots. Painting a bumper doesn't take more than 2 hours Max besides the unbelievable charges. If they were the last shop in town, I would never go back.

Premier Collision did a great job on my 2021 Ram. I took the truck for a trade-in quote, and they had to ask about the repair work because they could not find that it was repaired. No paint lines/over spray. Work took a few days more than expected, but with quality work, I understand.

When you are as detail oriented and care about your vehicle as much as I do, you want nothing more than to feel confident that the body shop you chose for repairs is capable of producing quality work. Rocky and his team have always been over the top with service, communication, and quick turnaround. This will be my 3rd visit and the most challenging repair I've tasked them with. If you want the job done right and done well, Premier Collision Center is my recommendation. Tell Rocky that Miles sent you.

Amazing work and very fast. I was in a hit and run accident. Insurance company suggested them to me. They gave me an estimate of 4 weeks but I actually got my car back in 2!

I was in an accident mid-October & Premier (although they were extremely busy) was able to work me in to receive my car back within 1 month. They were extremely professional, friendly and courteous each time I called for an update. My Jeep is now back to me and is in perfect shape. I would greatly recommend this shop to anyone. The staff did a remarkable job on my Jeep's repairs.

First off I ll say this. Nobody like a mechanic or a dentist until you need you one. And when you do, you better hope they are good at what they do.Now, I m not saying I m a bad driver but I m definitely a terrible parker. Dings, scratches, dents, crunches. They have always taken top notch care of me and my car.They are honest and reasonable. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

I had a piece on my door hinge break that prevented it from closing properly. Went to a shop in Fayetteville and they quoted a ridiculously high estimate, left feeling like they were trying to get over on me. I took my car to Premier Collision the next day, Kevin took a look at it and made an appointment for two days later. Kevin repaired my car door in minutes without having to replace the hinge and saved me hundreds of dollars. Great experience and excellent customer service! This shop knows thier work. I worked along side my husband at home and in collision centers for 34 years. I learned much about the industry and sending out quality work. Also this shop knows about the importance of cleanup on the inside. My car was very clean when I picked it up. No other shop that I have previously used in the area even washed my car after repairs. Premier is always my go-to for repairs. Quick, easy, great to work with and communicate well. They have repaired both hail damage, and cosmetic body damage to my vehicle when a driver came from the right lane into me in the left lane. My truck had damage from front passenger door to the taillight. They were able to get it in timely and repairs were completed when promised. No short cuts were taken parts that were needed to be replaced were and paint and finish were perfect match. This is the best place ever. Kevin and his team done a fantastic job on my car after hitting a deer. They even cleaned it and went beyond by getting some solid rock hard putty out of my back seat the kids got in there. We were surprised at the short time it was done in and quality of work and friendliness. Highly recommend them.

Premier collision has restored my faith! After a bad experience in the past with body repair,I was quite hesitant to entrust my car with just anyone. I now know first hand why Premier has such good reviews. The repair was quick,and when I had a small concern at pick up it was dealt with swiftly and to my satisfaction. I used Premier based on a recommendation.i had never been to or known anything about the people or business. I was greeted when I entered and seen shortly after and was able to leave my vehicle later the same day for repair. The repair was done as promised and delivered back to me on time. You can't even tell the repair was done. My truck looks just like new. If you need body work I highly suggest you call on Premier Collusion.Service: Painting
