I was very much stranded three blocks down the road. The product I needed was in stock and when I limped my car back to the parking lot the man even helped me change it out due to the fact that I couldn't loosen one bolt out of three. Very helpful and absolutely there when I needed them.

The worker who feeds the birds was so extremely kind and helpful. We had a bad battery and he helped us so quick (we were in and out in 10 mins). Fantastic customer service.

Well they don t honor warranty s, even if you just buy a new battery and it catches on fire. Make sure you film your process with their products because they re gonna say your wired something wrong when theirs only 2 wires to connect. And the Direct Manager is some useless old racists guy named Spencer So drive out of state for all of your O Rileys needs please and save yourself a headache and money.

You guys ever just need to replace your battery and go in with like 100 $200 and then they charge you every cent out of your pocket for it to be wrong refused to give you a refund and have to talk to corporate just for them to tell you sorry still works can t take it every single person at this store is slightly racist as usual it s been like that at this store specifically for years the only good manager was Dakota and Justin where did they go and instead you hire these terrible workers with know knowlege

I bought wiper blades and they installed them for me. The representative wasn't already knowledgeable about the rebate offer advertised on the window, but he quickly looked it up and gave me all the info I needed.

Great service, the Crew working right now are really great help and they do a great job, they literally treated me like family, tested my battery, let me borrow tools to change it out w/ new battery and let me wash my hands when I finished.

I'm inexperienced when it comes to cars, but the O'Reilly's staff make me feel comfortable and at ease when I'm unsure of what I'm looking for or how much. They also are so helpful at helping me service my car when I'm having difficulties. Great prices too!

Shotout to Jackson helping me out in so many ways! He's helped me every time I've come in. Jackson recommend that I pick up some connectors from Home Depot (O'Reilly Auto Parts doesn't sell the connectors), and Jackson it made my project so much easier and I'm very thankful for him!If you need any help these guys and gals are very knowledgeable and overall a solid group of people. Every time I go in they are able to help me find a solution.If you ever have a check engine light on they will hook up a code reader and tell you whats going in with your car. They weren't able to get a read with a code reader on my Wrangler JK but I found out you need a more specialized code reader for the problem I have.

Sure it was around 8pm when I came by, but I had to yell in the back of the shop in order to get any attention/help/service. On top of that, and despite O'Reilly's sustainability poloc6ies and promises, the A/C was cranked up on the shop with the door left wide open.

Bought a new battery and had it installed. The man assisting us asked for a tip multiple times. When we mentioned that we didn t have cash, he encouraged us go get cash and bring it back, which felt inappropriate. I m happy to tip for good service, but want it to be optional and definitely don t want to be verbally pressured to do so.

I have been a loyal customer to this company. I bring people to this company. As a single mom and oh I am so sorry that that is an inconvenience for the men at this location, I have utilized this company for any and all my vehicles needs for the last 15 years. Today I called because my Tahoe needs a new headlight light bulb. The guy tells me oh about $20. I say to him- I am a single mom, I need the exact amount, and that I can not do a ballpark figure. The man said ok and immediately hung up on me. The level of disrespect is like no other.

Jackson was very friendly and educational as he helped me determine the issue with my battery and provided a solution. I've always been intimidated by vehicle diagnosis/problems, but will absolutely be coming back to this location for any future issues or preventative maintenance support!

Terrible customer service by William. Left and went to AutoZone and got everything I needed with great customer service. Used to go to this Oreillys since its close to my home. But I will travel to AutoZone just for good customer service.

If you walk in and a guy named William is at the counter...JUST WALK OUT! He is slow, incompetent, and tries to play God. Worst experience at an O'Reilly's ever. Delt with him twice and both terrible experiences. He has no clue what he's doing and lies

I purchased A oil filter and 5 20 Castro oil from there and got home and the next day I realized my oil had been used, black as black, now I don t know how that happened, they exchanged it, but not without pointing the finger at me, with a smirk on his face , (Matt) that was embarrassing, and rude, I ain t a thief!!!

the store was very clean and well organized. The associates were very helpful and even came outside and look at my car to help me get what I need. They printed out a nice estimate and I realize their prices were much better than the person who was trying to fix my car. I went back and bought parts there because it was such a good deal. The associates were so nice I would go back again and again.

I came in on 5/6 and the staff were so helpful! The gentleman that helped me (I think his name was Keggins?) was so kind and knowledgeable. I don't know much about cars and I'm sure that was painfully obvious but the employee that helped me was patient with me all the same. I'd recommend them any day.
