Russell was able to get me in on short notice, and late in the day. He is very experienced in PDR, and it shows in the quality of his work and his attention to detail. His services were also very reasonably priced. I would recommend him for any of your paintless dent repair needs.

Hard to write a review that does this place justice, but I'll give it a try. My car was hit during the holidays, and the body shop had quoted me $3K to fix it (by replacing the entire door). I likely would have left it at that, but the dent was preventing my window from rolling down. I found Russell by a general "Northwest-Arkansas-Dent-Repair" google search and called to see if they could help.Russell was super friendly, managed my expectations, and talked me through the process. He was adamant that because of the size of the dent, this would be tough, and not perfect. In the end, I was more than happy with the result (barely notice the dent and the window works again!), and would definitely recommend reaching out to him with any dent repair.

Russel is such a great and knowledgeable guy! Couldn t recommend him enough. Very communicative, professional and accommodating. Doesn t overcharge. He even works evening and weekend hours. He s been in the business a long time and his skills show it.

2012 Challenger RTHail DamageI had an enormous amount of hail damage and some door dings on my car. Russell was quick, accommodating, fairly priced, and did beautiful work. Went above and beyond with his work, and was very pleasant

I had a deep dent, on the hood of my 2003 XK8, from a golf ball.A challenge that Russell took on...though he said the outcome wasn't perfect, it looks perfect to me.Russell is a very talented perfectionist that I highly recommend.
