My car battery suddenly stopped working for the thousandth time since I bought it in 2019(it s a 2018 civic). I had work at 2 and I called Stephen at 12:30. He was able to fit me into his work day and he was able to cooperate and coordinate with my very difficult situation. He is the only one in 5 years to be able to give me an actual diagnosis on why my car keeps dying rather than saying I have a bad battery. Stephen did an incredible job helping me. He provided an excellent service and was helpful the entire time. 10/10 service.

Stephen was phenomenal. Not only with his customer service but with his knowledge and honesty. He was able to diagnose my engine and oil leak problems while walking me through what he was doing and making sure I understood what he was telling me. When I asked him questions about what needed to be done he gave me clear and honest answers. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with car troubles or questions. These people are going to end up getting sued or fighting jail time if they don't stop scamming hard working people out of money. These are what you call shade tree mechanics meaning mechanics who can not work in regular shops with rules because either the lack of pay or they just don't want to follow any rules that a auto repair shop has in place. You can't be a bootleg mechanic and charge regular business prices. They will charge you just to come out and look at your car. Then quote you a high price, I'm sure hoping you say no in certain instances or if you don't they are still getting paid. That's ripping someone off. You can go to tons of shops and they will look at your car to see what's going on. The charge comes in at times if they have to hook up a computer to your car. The people at Mobile Pros are just eye balling things and charging you that's crazy. I believe they right their own reviews as well because there is no way the review score is this high. I really empathize with the people that have had these bad experience because it's honestly true....Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Stephen saved us in a time sensitive pinch! He was quick to reply, kept us updated, came when he said he would and did far more than we asked - in the rain! He diagnosed our real problem and went the extra mile to make sure it didn t keep happening. He was also able to advise us on next steps. I can t recommend this company more. Though Stephen had a full day of other appointments when I called; he worked me into the schedule and took care of me the same day. My battery was changed and up and running in just a few minutes! The pricing is reasonable and well worth it whether it s convenience or necessity to have someone come to you. I ll be passing their name on to anyone I know!Service: Battery

Stephen was so professional and very kind. He sent David out to look at my Kia. They worked really well with my schedule and kept me updated on my appointment. David was on time and he worked really hard to figure out what issue I was having with my car. He was honest and told me my vehicle required more labor than he could do given the circumstances. He was very empathic and understanding as well. I highly recommend them. Thanks Stephen and David!

Stephen called me back quickly after I text and told him what was wrong with my 2006 Subaru Outback. He was able to come out the next day to diagnosed it which was the radiator. So it had to be ordered and the day it came in, which was 2 days later, he came that evening and put in it in. It's running great!!! Btw I don't even live in NWA was there on business so I was very happy with the service!! I would recommend Mobile Auto Repair Pros all day long.... Great man with great service!!!! Stephen provided excellent service! My son s battery died during a snow/ice storm in Fayetteville. Stephen corresponded with me, showed up with the battery, replaced the battery in tough conditions, and followed up to ensure all was taken care of. I would trust him, and recommend him, for any automotive assistance!

Stephen was very professional and such a well respectful man. When he came I thought it was our starter and when he checked it , it was my battery and he put it on his machine and it said battery needs replaced. Stephen was prompt to respond and gave a total cost of replacing the starter. They arrived on time and brought the new starter with them. Within the hour they had the e350 ambulance up and running. I will use them again and recommend giving them a call. If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. My daughter goes to U of A and works while going to school there, leaving her little availability of time to go see a mechanic. Her car needed some attention, so I looked up auto repair and mechanics in Fayetteville. I was shocked to see that almost all of the repair shops were closed on Saturday. I then looked up mobile auto repair and mobile mechanics. A few popped up, but Mobile Auto Repair Pros was the only company with good contact info (and for that matter) the only one's who answered the phone at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. I spoke with Stephen and his customer service was world-class...better than any repair shop or dealership I've every dealt with. He got me scheduled, had his mechanic to my daughter's apartment on time and fixed the problem. The prices for the service were comparable to any auto repair shop you would go to. I would highly recommend that you call Stephen and Mobile Auto Repair Pros if you need a solid repair company that delivers on service and workmanship.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

Don't let the low reviews fool you! Get Steven on the job and you'll be more than satisfied. Was able to not only fix my car and give me a good price estimate, but walked me through every step of how to diagnose anything wrong on my car before I overpay at another place!

They want you to pay $120 plus taxfor a diagnosis with a mechanic with no experience. No thanks. And they only take cash.Went to the address to try and talk to an adult instead of a child and there is no shop at this address. Total scam!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible experience. This actually is 0 stars. Was mislead and ended up paying way more then I should have. They were not upfront about adding extra fees at the end, either. Although they did fix it, Wasn t even given a receipt or warranty on work.Do homework before getting a mobile mechanic. Always make sure you can get receipts and warranty on work. Don t let being broken down and desperate cloud judgment.

Everytime we have needed help they were there they were honest about what was wrong and fixed any problems. we have had and will continue to use them every time! Will recommend them to all our friends and family thank you guys so much! 6 stars in my book.

Misdiagnosed why my vehicle would not start. Also tried to charge a ridiculous amount for an unrelated issue. Never performed any work on my vehicle and still charged 55 for coming out to give a bid. Once I spoke to a qualified mechanic my vehicle started within minutes and no repair was needed. Not a good way to operate a buisness.
