We cannot say enough great things about this dealership. After we had been treated poorly at a different dealership we decided to go to Lewis. Everyone from our Salesman, Brandon Russell to Taylor Lewis who helped us with the numbers, Feddy Byerly with the financing and even Scott and Alyson in the Service Dept all went above and beyond to make everything seem so seamless. Thank you Lewis Ford for renewing our faith in humanity and treating us as though we were the most important customers you had I think it is safe to say that we are officially part of the growing Lewis Ford Family.

Wonderful, they have a beautiful clean and pleasant atmosphere. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They shuttled me so I didn t have to wait. Also, the repair was reasonable and the technician advised to do updates and if that doesn t work then we could replace the parts. My car is operating perfectly!

Very disappointed of this place. Every time I go there I there it s a bad experience. Never coming back I prefer to go the one in Branson. Prefer to drive 1 hr and 45 min than going the one here in Fayetteville.when there for an oil change and they do not tide the screw on the cover under the car so I drag the over all the way to rogers. Have to get out of the freeway to a close exit because of the noise my car was making. Find out what they did to my car. They send a technician to fix it. But I shouldn t have to go through all that. Not coming back it all.

I had a fantastic experience at the new location this morning for my tire rotation and oil chance! I was greeted and welcome by Jimmy who provided me with exceptional service, vehicle recommendations, and a tour of the new facility! I also received multiple drink options, stellar place options for my wait, and a free car wash! Needless to say this was hands down one of the best vehicle service visits ever!

I was 15minutes late because I didn t know they had moved to their new store. I wasn t on their schedule. I had made the appointment by text after calling. They were very friendly. The appointment took 3 hours and I got pretty hungry. A vending machine would be nice. The new store is spectacular. They were proud to give me a car wash. That was nice.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change, and I was told that Lewis Ford no longer makes appointments for oil changes, that I was just supposed to show up and I was given the times that I could do this. I showed up on a rainy Monday March 26 at 1:15pm and I was met by a very nice man that gave me the "two-dollar tour" and I was very impressed by the nice new dealership with it's very large and spacious service area. After about an hour of wait I went up front to check on my car because I was on my lunch hour and already late to return. I was told that my car had about 10 more minutes and I was also told that a typical oil change will take around an hour. After an hour and half went by, I went up front to ask if I could at least pay for the service so that when my car was ready, I could leave because I needed to get back to work. My car was sitting there, and I was told that they were just getting ready to come get me. I paid 97.00 and went back to work after my two-hour lunch. I guess when I was told that they no longer accepted appointments for an oil change I assumed that something was in place at Lewis Ford, such as a dedicated bay, to get a relatively quick oil change, but this was not the case. I feel that 1.5 hours is a long time to wait for an oil change, I left my office at 1 and I returned at 3. I know they have Saturday service, but I hate to waste my entire Saturday sitting in the dealership with all of the other oil change people who can't take a two-hour lunch. I don't know that I'll be back.

The new dealership is really nice, and the new expanded lube center is great no more scheduling appointments for an oil change. Allyson was my service coordinator, she was fantastic. I was in and out in about an hour.

Lewis Ford did a great job on evaluating my vehicle! They also checked on the outstanding minor recall items that needed attention & completed these services while I had it in the shop! I am VERY PLEASED with my experience with Lewis Ford! I highly recommend them!

I love the new location, it s bright, open, and fresh. The associates seemed to like it too! I like the efficiency and layout of the new service center. The waiting area is super large, accommodating, and comfortable. DJ was very helpful and professional. Nice experience all around.

Made an appointment a few days before. The service department kept me informed and reminded via text before my time. I was able to drop it off a little early then my scheduled time and they finished in just under an hour. My service manager went through all the items they did and was very helpful. Will definitely return for all the future maintenance on my vehicle.

Absolute horrible experience not once but twice!! In August we were in the area and needed and oil change and tire rotation. Mind you we are over 900 miles from home. We go to leave and get a block from the dealership and hear a loud noise so we pull over and the back driver tire and wheel was almost completely off. After an extra night that was not planned in a hotel, replacement of the wheel because it was damaged, new hub assembly we were set. The dealership did pay for the hotel and all new parts but it was a mistake that could have been avoided. Ok so we are back in the area in October and guess what we need another oil change and tire rotation. Giving them the benefit of the doubt because everyone makes mistakes we go back. Being extra careful and to help with our nerves my husband reminds them of the previous appointment. We pay and go to leave and my husband checks the lug nuts to find that the right rear wheel had not been torqued. So we we re getting ready to be in the same predicament as the last time. Guess what???? NOT EVER AGAIN!!!! If you choose to go for your service needs be sure to check everything before you leave.

The new dealership and service center is top notch. I had my oil changed and walked around the lot. Everyone was very nice and will always get my oil changed at the dealership while I'm in town.

The alternator went out of my wife's truck and I went to parts to get a new one. The first 2 were broke during shipping and the 3rd one was bad or of the box. They were very helpful getting us one that actually worked and very apologetic about the broken ones. The broken ones were not their fault and they made it right as quick as they could. They were awesome and would definitely recommend them!

Joey and Cale were awesome they both went above and beyond in customer service. Had all the information I wanted and needed. They were fast and reliable had everything done all we had to was give the deposit and sign the paperwork. Thank Lewis automotive group. Will definitely be repeat customer

It was a pleasant relief to find that the service department had evolved into what was experienced yesterday. It almost reminded me of when Clay Woody was at the helm. David was professional, courteous and attentive. The service tech was personable, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I m not sure what happened since my last contact with the shop but I LIKE IT!!!! I had never used Lewis Ford for service but after a great experience there on a recall of all things I will be servicing both my fords to Lewis. They have a very helpful staff didn t matter who I talked to they seemed helpful. At the other dealership I had been working with and purchased 5 cars through I always had surprises and nobody but the service person I was dealing with could ever seem to help me. Very glad I finally tried Lewis.

I purchased a Ford F 150 from Lewis Ford in August 2023. I needed to get my oil changed so I scheduled my appointment in the middle of the week. They had an opening on Friday at 8:45 in the morning. I did not have to leave my office as I was given the choice of having my truck picked up by the dealership or have the mobile unit come out. I opted for the mobile unit. The oil change also included a tire rotation. It took about 40 minutes for Taylor to complete. He answered all of my questions and was very professional. The big plus here is that I did not have to spend my time to get this done. I would recommend the sales and service staff at Lewis. Pretty darn happy and satisfied with them as a whole.David Eaton

I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership in the past 2 years, during that time I have had 5 oil change services. Each one was a pleasant, convenient and easy experience. No issues with scheduling, unexpected delays or up charges (they actually have all been free due to the incentives at the time of purchase :)).

Our experience with Louis Ford service and parts department was excellent. Since we are from out of town they stepped up and got us up and running as soon as they possibly could. Thank you all so much for all that you did to make us be safe and ready for our trip to South Florida.

Mechanic never addressed any of my requests. His bill was over 600. Again never even looked At my 3 items. Manager was great 10 stars for his common sense. Other staff need to get organized. One lady called and gave me the price of repair. I was at shop in under 1 hr The price went up over one hundred and thirty more than quoted. Thank goodness your manager was good at customer relations. I used them in past they were great. Something bad has changed their service. At $175.00 an Hr. You expect more professional employees with work ethics. Will not return, and will never recommend the shopService: Electrical repair

I ve had my truck serviced at Louis Ford every interval since we ve lived in this area. Without fail each time I ve had my tires rotated. I ve had to take it back to have the proper air pressure loaded in the tires and have my valve stems programmed so they would read correctly. They need a bit more attention to detail.

Very quick to work me in when my truck (which was purchased somewhere else) completely shut down. They got parts ordered and vehicle back up and to me in 3 days. Couldn t be more thankful. Will be going through them for our family s next vehicle purchase. Thank you Lewis Ford Team!!!

I m so impressed with Lewis Ford of Fayetteville. I had the pleasure of working with Chuck Giertz on ordering my new Bronco Badlands. Chuck went above and beyond to make this experience great for us. He made us feel very welcomed and comfortable with any and all questions we repeatedly asked him while anxiously waiting. Chuck along with the rest of the team delivered exceptional service and kept us up to date on our status. I will be referring everyone to go see Chuck for their next Vehicle! These guys have made it an easy decision to not shop anywhere else from now on. Thank you for your 10/10 customer service!

Highly recommend Lewis Ford. They did my service in a timely manner. It was snowing and icy on the roads, so they made sure I was taken care of quickly. The advisors were kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this dealership for any of your needs.

Super happy with my experience. I had brought my truck in with an issue and they found an issue and fixed it but it ended up not be being the issue I brought it in for. I brought it back and was expecting to have to fight to have it covered by warranty because we had some issues with warranty , BUT that wasn t the case. The service Dept took care of me and it was hassle free. Jimmy and his team were great to work with.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension replacement, Transmission replacement

We had the best experience at the Lewis Ford in Fayetteville. Jordan, DJ, and Katie were so helpful, kind, and communicated with us the entire time. If everyone had the exceptional customer service skills these folks have, it would positively impact their business.Lewis is lucky to have them! They went above and beyond for us, when they didn t have to. I m so grateful for them and all they do everyday. I m sure taking on someone else s troubles and making it their own is not in their job description. They took a stressful situation and made it manageable for our little family.
