Lewis Ford is the most trustworthy dealership that I ve ever been to. They operate with integrity transparency and our extremely trustworthy I ve been and have worked at a lot of dealerships throughout Arkansas and they re the only dealer I will buy my cars or trucks from. I live about an hour and a half away from them now that I ve moved, but I was still drive all the way up to them to purchase a car or truck finance team men, especially CJ not only know the product and can explain all the different features. But they are realistic and down to earth about needs over wants. They don t spam you they don t push you they give you your options And the fact allow you to make the decision to what best fits your needs. If you re looking to buy any type of vehicle, I highly recommend them I ve bought four from them now and plan to buy more. Do not pass them up they are the best!

Fantastic purchasing experience. Matt, my salesperson, offered top-notch service. I had previously worked with Matt a year ago and made a point to reconnect with him for my latest purchase because I appreciated his approach to sales. The team goes above and beyond to prioritize your needs and secure the best deal possible, without the aggressive tactics seen at other dealerships. I plan to return for future purchases. Additionally, the finance team deserves recognition for their efforts in finding me the most advantageous rates and deals. Overall, it was superb service across the board, and I am thoroughly pleased! Oh and their new showroom is amazing!!

Everyone at the dealership is great, very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Their new location is spectacular, 5 stars. Amenities for customers, wide selection of cars. My dealer was Matt Grosse, I can't say enough great things about him. I ordered 2024 Ford Bronco, he updated me throughout the process. Even sent me Christmas card!. When it was time to pick up my Bronco, I had no way to get to the dealership, so he sent a ride to my house (1hr away) to pick me up. How's that for service. Financing was fast and easy. I would recommend Lewis Ford of Fayetteville to everyone....for new or used vehicles. And definitely for servicing your vehicle. Thank you Matt for everything.

Worked with Cale at Lewis Ford on the purchase of a new truck. He went above and beyond by finding the exact truck I wanted. He was able to answer all my 100 questions if not off the top of his head he found out quickly. He allowed me to do some research on my own and I appreciate he never tried to force the sale. I feel I got the best deal possible and highly recommend Cale at Lewis Ford for all your Ford needs.

Go see Matt Gross. We love our Ford. The used car is running great now and the service team is top notch. Had a small hiccup on Matt's day off, but he jumped on it when he returned and went above and beyond. And to think, I am not usually a "Ford" girl. Our 2016 Expedition may have changed my opinion... The new location, although not complete, is up and operating. What an upgrade!! The new facility is beautiful. Stop by sometime to see yourself, and ask for Matt.

Came into Lewis Ford today to just browse vehicles. After a wreck totaling my car I loved for 5 years, I was sure it was going to take me awhile to commit to another. I told my salesman, Matt Grosse, all my must-haves, and he took the time to take me on several test drives and find what I liked best. In the end, I fell in love with a Ford Escape which was recommended based on all the other vehicles I drove that day. Matt took the time to listen to my wants/needs and get me into a car that is perfect for me. I couldn t be happier with the polite, courteous service I received. I d buy at Lewis again, and absolutely recommend anyone I know to. And I d for sure go through Matt!

God bless any one who works at a car dealership. I am aware of how hard it can be to deal with people and the state they re in when something they need on a daily basis is not operating correctly. I would hate to be on the other end of that. I have family that works in this business, and would never leave a review like this unless absolutely necessary. I not only, have not received the opportunity to take a survey, but asked to be sent one on Thursday, October 5th during a call I had with this locations service manager. Waited 3-5 business days (as advised) and still have not been sent one as it is now 7 business days later. My property has been damaged. No one has reached out, after being made aware of this. I understand that installing and ordering fender flares for my 2021 bronco is quite apparently a massive hassle. They are however covered under my bumper to bumper warranty. This location installed them so I have held them responsible for replacing and reinstalling them. Which they have not. They have flown off of my car, and nearly hit other drivers while I have been on the interstate on two separate occasions. During my last visit, I asked that they be removed and reordered so I can install them myself, but that request has been denied. The service advisor who took care of me during my last appointment lied about them being replaced. More than once. The ones previously installed has caused damage to the body of my car. Someone at this dealership has snapped the coasters I had in my cup holders (very inexpensive, I don t need these replaced) and to top it all off, my car battery died in the parking lot of this dealership (which I then paid for and replaced myself because I did not feel safe asking for it to be replaced. This is a cost I paid for out of pocket, that should have been covered under bumper to bumper). All I want is for someone to acknowledge this, for my fender flares to please be replaced and for the damage to my car to be fixed. I have roughly 32,000 miles on my car so I don t understand why this has been treated as such a massive inconvenience. I would highly appreciate if someone from Ford would get in touch with me about this request. The photos included are of my coasters, the damage to the body, and the set of 5 remaining fender flares that were given back to me. I need a new set of 6 that will properly fit on, and match my car.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is so unprofessional it s ridiculous. They wasted my boyfriends and I s time. Two days of us trying to get everything ready and set up to buy a new truck. We were working with Mike Mason and he seriously dropped the ball. Had us sign a sales contract and told us everything was done. Even gave us the keys and told us that all we needed was to sign some papers. Go to sign the papers and they then inform us that they actually never did their part and didn t talk to the finance people and the bank. Absolutely horrible. They are great at wasting your time. That s about it.

Great experience, buying a truck here. Matt was verry professional, efficient and effective, he went out of his way to make sure we are getting what we wanted. The whole process was smooth and flawless. We will definitely buy our next vehicle there.

My husband and I both agree that Ethan was the best salesman we spoke to today! We've been to a few dealerships today and many others this week and Ethan was by far the best person we've spoken with! He was very personable, he did everything he could to make sure we got to see what we wanted to see, he wasn't too pushy and didn't try to push vehicles we didn't want, and he wasn't judgemental on what we wanted and he helped us out a lot! He is why this dealerships is getting 5 stars today!

Great place to go if you looking for used or new, great place to go if your wanting happy friendly service. Absolutely loved the process and our Car Dealers we had, we had two different gentleman due to them being so busy, but they checked up on us and attended to us in a good manor and both had good conversation during the waiting process. Both were great and very interesting! Me and my Fiance got a 2014 challenger and we love it!!! They really worked with us and treated us well. Definitely would recommend and go back for another vehicle here.

Overall good, low pressure experience. I ordered a Maverick truck, and the process was simple. Had to dock one star because when I picked up my vehicle, I was informed that all my options were all removed without my consent to speed up delivery. I was then given a ~$1k quote for the dealer to install the trailer hitch that I had included in my original order for $100, but was removed without my knowledge. Other than that, easy experience.

We worked with Brandon Russell on getting our Ford Maverick, and he was fantastic!! He was amazing to work with and so nice. He got to know us and what we wanted out of a car/truck and worked with us on our trade in price as well. I would recommend him to everyone!! Also, Taylor and Chuck were also fantastic to work with as well!

I purchased a 2008 ford f-350 king ranch from them in December of 2022. I told the salesman I needed a truck to pull equipment to which I was told it would be more than capable of doing. First time I pulled equipment it over heated and I was on the side of the road. I took the truck to a mechanic to see what the problem was only to be told it wasn t strong enough to do what I needed. I then set out to find a different truck and hopefully think of a new job for the king ranch to do. After a year I still don t have anything the truck would be good for. I take the truck back to the same place I purchased it and to the same salesman where I was offered $11,000 for a trade in. $17,000 less than what I payed for a truck that I only put 4,000 miles on. When I asked why there was such a difference I was told it was the market and I need to do better research about the truck s capabilities. I understand the market is dodgy and I should have done better work but $17,000 less than what I paid in a year is wrong. They did come back and offer $14,000 which still half of what they charged me for the truck. Do yourself self a favor and steer clear of this place.

Been a customer of Lewis Ford and bought couple cars from them. They have great sales team, but do not come here for service. My 2021 Ford F150 was there because everytime I shut off the truck it will turn off everything and say to save battery. Went in for a check and was charged around $250, all they say is because I have my dash cam and it's drawing battery at all time. Did multiple test myself and make sure there is no alway hot 12v in the truck and unplug all the accessories in my truck and still battery is not good. Before that, I called them and all they told me is is the truck working, and is the same problem showing up and if I want to bring it in, I will need to pay for additional charge. Long story short, very disappointed with they service team and not going back again, their service team is a total scam.
