They were amazing! I know nothing about vehicles and they were patient and extremely helpful the whole time. James and Chris went above and beyond by explaining everything. They even went the extra mile to show me all of my options for tires and print off the list. I strongly recommend!

Great service, speed and rates. Definitely recommend the Jiffy Lube on N Crossover (Fayetteville, AR) for oil changes and multi-care vehicle services. The new manager, Virgil and his crew (Miguel) were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire experience.

Edit: I emailed twice and have been ignored.I called this place one day and asked if I would be able to get in for a same-day oil change. They told me they didn t have anybody in the bay right now and if it stayed that way they would be able to have me in and out in 20 minutes. When I showed up, there was nobody in the bay and they pulled me in immediately. I talked to a lady about what type of oil I wanted and the service I wanted and sat inside. 15 minutes later, a guy technician came and asked me all the same questions, and said the lady technician had taken off and didn t share any of the information. When he came in, he also told me I needed a new rotor and brake pad (on a car that has been driven about 30,000 miles) and then went back out. He again came in about five minutes later, to tell me that I needed a new windshield wiper blade. My windshield wiper blades were fine and in perfect condition when it was raining all week, but magically were fraying/peeling after he did his multipoint inspection . 30 minutes later, they still were not done with my oil change and only apologized for the delay when I made a comment about it, and kept telling me how busy they were even though there were three techs there when I arrived and no other vehicles. They also seemed to have plenty of time to stand around and talk to whatever delivery driver showed up during when they were supposed to be doing my oil change. So I got an oil change (even with a coupon, this place was $30 more than the same type of oil change that I ve gotten elsewhere) but lost nearly an hour out of my day, and now need a windshield wiper replacement and to wipe down my keys, steering wheel, and gear shift grime due to them having their hands on my vehicle. Will not be returning, and will actively tell people not to take their car here for service.

100 dollars for an oil change is highway robbery!! Last I checked, an oil change consisted of draining and replacing filters and refilling oil. If you are dumb enough to pay this much, they will only ask for more the next time.. start looking around Springdale.. 100 dollars you are out of your mind!!

couldn t ask for nicer people to take care of your car needs. the staff is super friendly and helpful. any time i ve been to this location there s never been a wait either, in and out in 20 minutes!

James and Brenda took amazing care of my car. Both individuals were so nice and kind to break down why my truck could be over heating and even vacuumed and aired up my tires with just me coming in for a check engine light on. I'll highly recommend to my friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. I mentioned having a problem with the heat in my car and they had the part there to fix it the next day. They were so helpful and I felt like they were honest about the things that needed done. Plus the price was super reasonable for the amount of work/time they had to commit to fixing that issue. This is definitely where I ll be going from now on.

I just had the best experience at this Jiffy Lube. I came into town with my toddler for a wedding, and I m very pregnant and my oil heat light came on. I was PANICKED. They took care of me while my toddler napped in the backseat. Got everything fixed. Miguel genuinely cared that we got the car fixed to get home safely. 10 out of 5 stars

This is one of the most professional and non intimidating oil change services I've experienced. The staff are all very friendly and professional. And they offer fresh coffee (Green Mountain) brand, and refreshing ice cold water while you wait in their clean cooled lobby. Jiffy Lube has been a fantastic service here on Crossover in Fayetteville. They have been so helpful and extremely fast. As a general manager of a delivery service, I ve been dealing with flat tires with my delivery drivers all the time. As long as you bring the tires they ll swap them pretty fast! I recommend this place to all of my employees as well as anyone who has car issues. The employees here are also very kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Service: Tires

There is an employee that drives a gold GMC SUV at this location that regularly drives recklessly through the parking lot spinning out, then fishtails out onto Crossover. I wouldn't take my car to a buisness where the employees are allowed to endanger customers cars. Its only a matter of time before he hits a car or person. Its a really dangerous situation.

Out of 5 stars, Jiffy Lube is a 6! I have been using Jiffy Lube for about a year and a half now, and their service never ceases to amaze me! Everyone I have interacted with is so kind and helpful! They are also incredibly efficient as well and the lobby is very clean! The longest I have ever had to wait for any of their many services was 20 minutes. As a young female who does not know as much about cars as I would like, they have always answered any questions I have had. Jiffy Lube is truly the best!!!

Service here is always spot on! Recently had issues that were fixed by the fellas over at Jiffy in an expedited fashion. Got an oil change as well as some other services. They spilt a huge load of oil all under the hood of my car but didn't say anything. Afterwards my cars check engine light came on. Brought it back to them, they said I have a bad O2 sensor and battery. I left popped the hood and saw the mess they made. Wiped off the battery a bit and then took it back. They said there's no way all this oil was the cause of my cars check engine light and that it's cause I had a bad O2 sensor. The guy then was like I'll replace the O2 sensor for "cheap" because he felt bad and I said no. Then to make me feel better he cleaned off most of the oil. After I left no more check engine light. Its funny during this they even told me they messed up someone else's car doing an oil change. After this I made a formal complaint. I was contacted they said they'd send me a refund in the mail. Month later no refund. So ya I would not advise on getting an oil change here. Also took my car to the dealership to have it thoroughly looked over after all this nonsense and nothing was wrong with my battery or O2 sensor that they insisted was the problem and that they'd give me a deal to fix cause they felt bad.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

10/10 experience. Miguel, Chris and James ALL helped me get my oil change and answered all of my basic car maintenance questions. They made sure I knew what was going on and really made the whole process smooth. Will definitely be back for future oil changes and repairs!

Came to get my brakes/rotors changed, and the entire crew was great! Virgil was very informative and professional, and Kris and Miguel were extremely courteous and attentive to me, which all made for a very pleasant experience as a young adult. The price was pretty reasonable, and the job was done quickly even though I didn t have an appointment! No complaints!Service: Brakes

Huge thanks to Miguel and Chris for getting my class C RV squeezed in there for an oil change! Fantastic pricing and was only there about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be going back for my next change on the RV, and will probably use them for my next car oil change too for the service!

I have my car serviced at the Jiffy Lube on Crossover and hwy 45 in Fayetteville and my tire was low so I pulled in unannounced to see if they could check it out. Sure enough it had a nail in it and needed to be patched James and Ross took care of me with a quickness and at no charge since I m a current customer!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need and will continue to be a loyal customer!!!

Super helpful guys, came in for an oil change. The gentleman let me know that in there opinion the oil was good and that I still have 2500 miles to go before I needed one. Super honest and helpful. Even offered to clean up my head lights. Will be coming back for future business.
