My civic was in a front end collision and HondaPro was exactly what I needed. Drop-off, service updates, the estimate, and pick-up was all very professional with a friendly smile, at a reasonable cost.10/5 if I could and I will be a repeat customer for any future Honda issues.

Fayetteville is extremely lucky to have Honda Pro. People with Hondas have an alternative to the dealership and the dealership has competition to make sure things are "done by the book"

Our family has been a customer at Honda Pro for 20+ years. A family owned company, they are Honda & Acura experts, do great and honest work for a fair price. We drive Honda s because of Honda Pro.

Scam. Guy/girl quoted different prices. After I paid they didn t check what I had asked them to do. absolutely NOT Honda pros!! Only fixed simpler problems, ball joints, tire rods, some thing any mechanic could fix.the price kept going up and up as they went. Absolutely not professional all a scam I was warned by other mechanics

Great experience with Honda Pro. They got my MDX in the shop the day after I called, and had it out the next day. I thought I had a steering rack leak, thankfully they re better at diagnostics than I am. Saved me quite a bit. Very honest, and they know what they re doing. I highly recommend Honda Pro.Would you guys start working on Toyotas also?

You all really are the bomb, and I appreciate everything you've done for me. I too have been off and on for 24+ years from the Prelude to Accord to Crosstour. I did do business with the Honda dealer for the last 3-4 years (I cheated on you I'm sorry), and the service associates are great but the mechanical work I feel has slipped quite a bit. You know your stuff and are diligent. Thank you for continuing to be awesome!

HondaPro has been taking care of my vehicles for almost 20 years. They are always courteous, professional, timely, and extremely fair with their pricing. I wouldn't trust my Hondas with anyone else!

I think my car repair need must ve been too inexpensive for HondaPro to bother with. After the initial 2 1/2 day diagnostic process (an explanation of which I did get from a very friendly service employee), I got a bunch of shrugged shoulders and a somewhat rude receptionist. I was told I could try and find the part I needed online, but I was given next to no guidance for how to do that. (That same friendly employee did his best to suggest I try salvage yards, but I couldn't get a response from multiple messages about whether I could get a picture of the part I was looking for, since searches all named the part differently.) My own experience working in customer service was that if I couldn t solve a problem I would surely try to help the customer figure out another solution, or give them some clarity about what might be possible. I got virtually none of that from HondaPro. I also left messages that were not returned and asked to be put on a parts waiting list (which I only learned was a possibility thanks to the help of Honda of Fayetteville, which was great), but that never happened. I would not ever take my vehicle to HondaPro again.

I switched from the local Honda dealership (I am 80% sure they forgot to put oil in my car during my oil change causing a host of issues beginning immediately that blew up 2 weeks later ) to HondaPro about a year ago, and have had nothing but great service. My whole family has switched over to HondaPro now. They always try to find the cheapest price for parts for me, & are the sort of honest people whose word you trust on car issues. Will most likely keep buying Honda s/Acuras just so I am sure I have people I trust working on my car.

These guys are the best. If you own a Honda this is a must know place. They use quality parts and do good work. They have so many customers that you may wait an extra day but it's worth it knowing your car will be repaired the right way. 5 stars for Hondapro

Professional clean service and timely. Did exactly as our request. Suggested a couple items after curticy check. They were safety issues so we did them. Price was 50% of one location and 75% of another location that we priced. Review ratings were better than the two other locations that we checked on. Going back the next time we need service on our Honda. Just moved to town and hit a homerun on our first try. Thanks Honda Pro.

I plan on using this shop from now on. They took good care of my '11 Accord and got all the repairs done pretty quickly. They will also inspect your vehicle from top to bottom and give you a comprehensive list of recommended repairs for the future with prices for everything.

This place is awesome! 100% recommended, no reservations. Last week, I had an electrical issue on my Honda Odyssey that was draining the battery (3 new batteries in the last couple of months) which my regular mechanic had been diagnosing incorrectly. I jumped the van and took it in before 8 a.m. on Tuesday, stressed out because my family needed to use the van for an out-of-state trip the next day. When I walked in the office and left my keys with the friendly folks inside, I was impressed by the organized files displayed behind the counter (I'm assuming of HondaPro's customer vehicles), but worried that such an impressive display meant this repair would cost me an arm and a leg. I had no idea what might be the issue, I was totally at their mercy. HondaPro could have charged me anything, and I would have probably gone along with it. I received a call at 10 a.m. that SAME DAY - they had found a parasitic draw, had already fixed it, and it would only be $100. What a relief! Thank you so much! HondaPro is a blessing!

HondaPro was as good as the good reviews! Really they were quite great. I called mid-week for my 2008 Acura MDX which needed a new alternator. They fit me in the next day and picked up my repaired car the following day so (1 day service)! They easily could have tried to have me purchase a new battery, but they tested it and stated it was strong. HondaPro made a few other service suggestions, but no pressure or hard sell. I thought their parts and labor charges were fair. Tyler, who I worked with over the phone was very professional.

I decided not to fix my Honda with them, but to receive the knowledge & concern that Jose & Matt expressed was awesome. Definitely wasn't expected given it being a big Honda dealer service department.

I hadn't driven my 06 Accord in nearly a year and Honda Pro fixed it up for me. Had a couple previous problems with a power steering leak. Tyler had helped me out a lot with quotes on some things I needed that finally got that problem fixed. Feels so nice not to have to fill up power steering every other day or every day!

Needed evaluation of A/C issue that came up just days before a road trip. HondaPro diagnosed and fixed the problem. A/C worked like a charm on my trip. A month, another road trip and a few thousand miles later, the A/C is still blowing nice and cold. Thank you.

Honda owners are lucky for being able to go there . You can do everything "by the book" but not have to use the dealership. Great peace of mind if kids "precious cargo" factor in your planning

These people know what they are doing with air conditioning in Hondas and Acuras. I took my 2010 Acura TL here back in May. I don t feel like I was overcharged and it s the end of July and the air is blowing freezing cold as it should. Thank you Hondapro for your business.

They told me they would call me if an appointment came open and the really called me back!! And every time they've worked on my car, it is thorough, honest and way less expensive than other dealership prices around! Very satisfied!!

Just a heads-up: they do not work on older cars. I have a 96 Integra GSR that needs a brake sensor - no can do, too old... Seems a little odd, but there you go.

If you have a Honda that needs a mechanic, this is the BEST place to take it.Friendly, fast, and they know how to fix it.As long as I own a Honda, Honda Pro is where I will take it.
