I appreciate the incredible service that I always receive at Honda of Fayetteville. It is a very busy place yet the customer service is personal and responsive that is an accomplishment expert!I don t know how he does it, but Jose is able to multitask and get the job done in an efficient manner while also being very personable.

Service Advisor was very attentive to the vehicle issues and addressed the process in a timely manner. Within two phone calls keeping me informed to the progress, the car was completed repairs the very next day. Extremely satisfied with this Honda service procedures & protocols!

My CRV is usually serviced in Texas but I've used this dealership a couple of times. Most recently for a battery replacement. Brian and the rest of the service team were great from the time and price estimate over the phone to how long it took and cost the day of.

I took my car in for routine maintenance and waited for the work to be done. The service advisor told me approximately how long it would take and my car was ready in that amount of time. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. I would highly recommend Honda of Fayetteville.

Had a problem with the camera that makes ADAS and LKAS and other systems work. Ver friendly. Didn t try and sell what I didn t need. Got it done under warranty. Kept me well informed. Fixed it. Great.

My first time to have my car serviced at this dealership. I had a very positive experience. Women are usually at a disadvantage because we are women (in my case a senior citizen) and they can pull anything over on us. I came away feeling like I was treated as an equal. Highly recommend their service department.

Well, they are really good people in terms of welcoming and treating me well. I went there for oil change and their service was very good and they know what they do.Also they visually checked my car and found transmission oil leakage and had me for another appointment for fixing the problem. But one more insights, I would like to have a student discount that would make their service more tangible and convenient especially for international students. I would recommend their service to any customers.

Amos Garcia, was kind, friendly, professional and very thorough. When I picked up my car I was not able to meet with him but the other two advisors that helped me were just as great. Even making sure my seat warmers and heater he ad my Pilot toasty warm.Thank you

Had to take it in for an open recall on a recently purchased vehicle. Service Rep/Tech was easy to work with and professional. Uber service provided was prompt. Multi point inspection at no cost and recommended a replacement. No pressure to purchase recommended transmission and brake fluid replacements. Done in a few hours. Overall great experience minus the $266 cost to get a key replacement and programmed.2012 Honda CRV

I called and they got me in the same day to look at my problem. They looked at it and temporarily fixed my problem while I waited for a short time. They had to order a part and will call me and schedule when the part comes in. Was Very Pleased with the Way they treated Me as a Customer. They got me in fixed my problem and ordered it in a Very Timely Fashion. Would Highly Recommend Honda of Fayetteville for their Customer Service and Professionalism.

Five star service add a three star price. Had a transmission leak that turned out to be a minor problem. They didn't even charge me full diagnostic charge. Other companies would've recommended a new transmission. I'm very happy with his company. When I start looking for a new car, I'm starting here. Excellent service, with friendly/professional staff - I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions and have never walked away disappointed. It's not uncommon for auto repair shops to "up-sell" you on repairs, but their team usually keeps that to a minimum and focuses on the needs* of you and your vehicle. Great place!

I have the highest regard and most grateful heart for Mr. Amos Garcia, the Service Advisor at Honda of Fayetteville, as well as, their very skilled technicians, especially Mr. Justin!About two years ago, I was looking for a Honda dealership, service department, which would work on my high mileage 2002 Honda Accord!After being refused service at a major Honda dealership in Rogers, Arkansas, Mr. Amos at Honda of Fayetteville, most graciously, kindly and respectfully agreed to maintain my car for me.I now have 526,000+ miles on my car and Honda of Fayetteville is still faithfully and graciously doing all the work necessary on my car to keep it operating beautifully and safely!With my deepest appreciation!May GOD bless you all!Shohreh Noorbakhsh
