The Honda Team is wonderful! Three years ago (on Spring Break) I purchased my first Honda! Now I used Spring Break as an excuse to shop and trade in for a Honda Accord HYBRID! I m so thrilled and thankful for their patience, helpfulness and willingness to answer questions. I would recommend Honda to anyone. I used their service department for all the maintenance and they have been extremely supportive with reminders via text and email. I say BRAVOS all around!

Great experience purchasing our Pilot! Shawn is simply the best at what he does, such an expert, transparent, so quick on communication. He 100% made the difference! And , there were no surprises at the end, unlike many other dealerships. The finance office for closing was so buttoned up and efficient. Best new car purchase experience, hands down!

In fact drove an extra two hours round trip and to another state due to bad experiences with several Missouri Honda dealerships.

One of the best Honda dealers around with a great sales, service, and finance teams. Vehicle pricing is transparent, and no games played when finalizing price, financing, and accessories. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and set of information. Shawn Renolds was great to work with remotely and in person and why I purchased a Honda instead of another manufacture.

I 100 percent recommend getting your next car from Honda of Fayetteville! Go see James Pierce and he will put you in exactly what you ask for, no hassle, no pressure, no pushy upselling, just a smooth, honest process. James contacted me immediately after I submitted my finance application. We spoke honestly about what we were looking for, what we wanted our payments to be, what our down payment would be and he called me back within the next 2 hours and had exactly what I wanted! Once we arrived he had everything ready and also helped us get set up new insurance. The process took less than 2 hours and that includes the test drive! James Pierce and the entire team at Honda Fayetteville is the place to visit if you are looking to buy a car. Even if it's not a Honda, go seem James, he'll get you in what YOU want. Brian hilgeman by far he was the best car salesman we ve ever dealt with, and we ve bought a lot of cars from Honda. He knew everything that we had thought of beforehand and had an answer for every question that we had. He was very polite very well mannered made the car by an experience the easiest we ve ever had it pays to have car salesman who still know the business and still care about the customer. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a Honda. Honda of Fayetteville is where you need to be. Don t go anywhere else I can guarantee you you will not get near as good of a deal that you would if you go here. Thank you Brian from the bottom of our hearts and thank you Honda.

We worked with James at Honda of Fayetteville and he was amazing. Helped us increase our value on an insurance claim due to my husband s car being totaled by another vehicle. He also assisted in reducing APR financing. Very warm, talkative, caring, and friendly.

I highly recommend Justin Pelz when buying a car. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. He was also very courteous, friendly, and discreet. At no point did he come across as a high pressure salesman. He also made it clear I could come to him with any questions about the car that might arise after I made the purchase.

Gordon is absolutely amazing! Best sales person I have worked with at any dealer! Gordon was very kind, patient and knowledgeable . He knows everything there needs to know about Honda! Walked us through the body styles and trims was able to explain the differences between them both! He got us into a Brand New Honda Civic exl 2024 with 10 miles on it !!! Jimmy was my finance man super good at what he does great with explaining all docs !! All and all this was a really quick process.Now for the not so goods 3 sales people completely ignored us..the bold sales guy saw us looking at the alpha Romel told us it was pending sale and to go walk the lot and let some one know if your interested in anything .The curly blacked hair guy playing on the golf cart making laps around us not working with one.. even after trying flag him down ignored us The third gentleman was with a customer who told him he was not buying.. I did well can you help us ?? He opened the door for me to stand alone in the dealership where I was not helped..honestly we walked to end of the used lot and boooommmm GORDAN showed us and changed our experience 1000% so huge shout out to Gordon for keeping a customer!

Our salesman was James Pierce. Once again a great experience. We actually had a fun time with James and even though we stopped just to look over their stock, we bought a Ridgeline. We highly recommend that you stop in and give James a shot. He will not disappoint you!

Had the only car I wanted in the state. Process was very quick, Gordon was great/ very personable and made the whole process seamless! Axel was very informative and efficient/ Both were very friendly, professional, and put me immediately at ease. Would highly recommend if you are considering a new car purchase to seek them out first!

James Pierce was GREAT! He was straight to the point and helped us get to where we needed to be. He took the time to text with us back and forth to answer all of our questions about the vehicle before we made the drive. When we arrived, nothing changed and he stuck to his word! If you're looking for a car, no matter where you live, it's worth a drive to this dealership for the customer service.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Shawn Reynolds at the Fayetteville Honda dealership.He is such a professional salesperson and is such a kind person.I was able to described to him the exact car I was looking for color ,make and model.He did not try to sell me some other car that was on the lot just to make a sale. Mr Reynolds searched for the car I wanted and called me within a couple days.i then ordered the car and we got it within a couple of weeks. I did not mind having to wait for the car because I knew that I was getting the exact car, color I wanted. The whole experience was hassle free he made it so easy and appreciate the fact he did go out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted. Thank yo uh Mr. Reynolds

I was dreading buying a new car and put it off for several months. However, my experience at Honda of Fayetteville with Jonatan Reyes far exceeded my expectations. He was so friendly, easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and definitely not pushy (!). I love my new CR-V and would recommend Honda of Fayetteville and Jonatan to anyone wanting to buy a Honda!

Super friendly staff and had a wonderful experience. I had spent enough time window shopping online that I already had an idea of what I wanted, but Brian made the process incredibly smooth. I haven't bought a new car since 2011 so I was anxious. I was well taken care of, and major kudos for helping me with my trade in as well. Couldn't have asked for better service, and I got an amazing car.

I have been to all sorts of Honda dealerships in both AR and OK for 30 Years. This dealership consistently cannot work on even simple repairs for a week. You have to make an appointment, and expect to not get in for a LONG time, even for a simple repair. This is not the first time I've been told it's a week or longer and discouraged from coming in.Update: I was able to get the car in. No choice here because the bad tire had a hazard warranty. Since the nail was too close to the sidewall, other places were unable to fix the hole. Once I came as a "work in", I was told that if you have a bad battery or minor tire issue, bringing it in is ok. They were kind and professional for the service once I was on the premises. It took two days to order the proper tire and have it replaced. However, any time I have had to deal with this service dept, it feels like I am a burden to them and I'm lucky for them to be able to work me in. Just not a welcoming, "how can we help you?" atmosphere. I will do all I can do to avoid bothering them in the future. I changed my one star to 3 because they did fix the car within a reasonable amount of time. Still the worst Honda service department from any place I've ever used. It's the unwelcoming attitude, lack of accommodation, and resistance to serve that is communicated. Maybe they should ask what is wrong with the car before telling you they have no appointments for a week! GRRRR.

From the moment we drove up to the moment we left Darin was by our side making sure we were took care of and got exactly what we wanted! I couldn t have asked for someone better to help.
