Jacob was great! I thought I might have been the battery but had tried jumping it before with no luck. I was told Jacob would be here in thirty to forty minutes and he got here in twenty. Jumped my car suggested I go to a parts store rather than pay them more for a battery and replacement. Friendly, excellent and helpful service and will definitely be using them againService: Battery

Called them to have the alternator in my 92 Dodge dynasty replaced. I already had the part and they were here in 30 minutes and got done in less than an hour and my car runs again:)) for a fair price too.Edit: forgot to mention the mechanic noticed my harmonic balancer was off and let me know that I probably wanna replace that soon. Also showed me a good online website to get parts.

We contacted them to install 1 simple GPS device on a shuttle bus for 1 of our clients. They said it wouldn't be a problem, and agreed to do it. Once the job was agreed upon, we had to obtain proof of their insurance for liability issues. They said no problem - they would get is the info by the install (2 days away).Fast forward to the day of install. I called my client to see how the install was going, and he told me nobody showed up. I immediately called and emailed Heart and Wrench for hours, and nobody responded. Finally they picked up late in the afternoon and said - oh yeah, we couldn't pull our insurance info together in time, so we didn't do the job. They never called us to indicate there was an issue, and left us with the assumption they were showing up to do the job we agreed upon. Instead they never called us, and never showed up to do the job.Completely unprofessional, and not how we do business. We won't ever call on you again - and you lost out on more of our business in the area.

These guys are awesome. Recommend them any day. I had a bolt broken off in my Hummer H3 block from my water pump installation. Tried 2 days attempting to get it out. Called these guys, an hour later he had it out. Very honest and fair price. Great Job.

I had a fuel line go out on my Prius right before a planned trip. On the same day the mechanic came by and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. The part was going to take several days to come in from the Toyota dealership and I didn't want to wait for it. So the mechanic came back and tried his best to fix it without the part. He made it work, but said since I was going over 500 miles he didn't think I should chance it and advised that I should wait for the part for my safety. I went on and rented a car for the trip. On my return, the car was fixed and in my drive way and ready to go. I was charged a reasonable and fair price and wasn't even charged for the extra work he did to try and make it work. He went beyond and over to help me. I will totally use him again and appreciate the quality work. I highly recommend Heart and Wrench!

I called them, and we got lucky that they were available and able to make it out within 15 or so minutes of calling them. They ran diagnostics and told us what we could do ourselves to make our repair cheaper in the end. My first experience with these guys was really good, and I plan on calling them out again as we renovate and restore our vintage RV.

Jacob and zack were on time professional and polite. They replaced my clutch pedal bracket, and had me up and running in short order. I would not only highly recommend them, butt will be my go too from here on out.

Ya'll...these guys are Awesome! So easy to work with, and Lonnie, the gentleman that came out was so efficient and professional. Very nice and explained what he was doing, showed up much sooner than I expected too! Thank You guys for getting us back on the road in no time!! I will use them for any mechanical needs I may have in the future!!

My wife's van wouldn't start after the ball game. Looked around for mobile mechanics and they looked reasonable. Sent them a text at 9:30 p.m. just so they would see it in the morning. They called within 5 minutes and set it up for the next morning. They had it done by noon, fairly easy fix. Charged a whole lot less than a tow and garage would have been. They are definitely staying in my phone for future problems.

I love Heart and Wrench! Adam Cox is awesome and competent!! He came to my job and fixed my car. By the end of the work day I was safely driving again. Call Heart and Wrench for great service!!!

I didn't have any service done here, but Jacob was very polite and helped me out a good deal over the phone about how I can get the best help I can for my specific issue.

Adam was professional over the phone, called to follow up, texted to confirm the appointment and his mechanic, didn't catch his name, was knowledgeable and efficient with his work. Highly recommend them and will use them Again.

Heart and Wrench-my HERO! I broke down on the highway on a rainy Sunday. Adam came out, got my car running enough to get it home, then ordered a new radiator, had it delivered to my home and had me on the road again within 2 hours of my original breakdown. AND it didn't break my bank account. Can't say enough good things about the level of service and professionalism. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I texted them from Hot Springs. They diagnosed the problem with our vehicle, fixed it with a reasonable charge and I was able to pay over the phone! Cannot say enough nice things about Heart and Wrench mobile mechanics in Fayetteville! Call them!

I play for the university of Arkansas and the customer service was outstanding I had called at 5pm when no other mechanic would answer and I called them and the picked up ASAP they was there by 6 and it took them 5 min to realize what was going on with my truck WITH NO CHARGE I had a simple fix I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
