I have been seeing you for service for 2 years. You billed me each time for a 16pt inspection. I took my car in for service elsewhere after noticing anomalies after your service a couple months ago. I had to pay $2,600 in service and $800 of that is because my brakes are metal on metal with the rotors... the brake pads you've been "regularly inspecting". My only conclusion is that your technicians lied about inspecting my brakes, because any competent mechanic would have noticed the damage.

I took my car in for service elsewhere after noticing anomalies after your service a couple months ago. I had to pay $2,700 in service and $800 of that is because my brakes are metal on metal with the rotors... the brake pads you've been "regularly inspecting" for two years.Based on other reviews and the abhorrent condition of my brakes I am lucky nothing else was wrong, because a 16 point inspection was never done despite being on my receipt.

The Grease Monkey so-called guarantee has a loop hole big enough to drive a truck through. Assuming the techs at this garage did not service the truck. Because if they did, there's a good chance the truck won't run at all.The techs at the Crossover garage installed the oil filter on my truck incorrectly on a Saturday. The business is closed on Sundays. On Monday, after driving about 100 miles to Vinita, Oklahoma, I realized that all of the oil had drained out and the engine of my truck was very close - within minutes - of burning out. By the grace of God, I was able to get it fixed in time.I have pictures to document the mistake. The techs here said my truck was in great shape after they did this work. So the mistake is clearly on their end.Now the business is refusing to give me a refund on the dangerously incompetent work they did. They're saying that I had to bring the truck into this specific garage before they will provide a refund. This was impossible because I was 100 miles away when my engine nearly burned out because they had installed the filter incorrectly.I was treated rudely when I called to ask them to honor their guarantee. The person I spoke with said there was no other telephone number I could call to register a complaint or arrange for a refund. I was given an email address which does not work. The person I spoke with told me to just google Grease Monkey if I had a complaint. There was zero effort to make things right.I have pictures to document the mistake.Steer clear of this place for your own safety.

Fast service and fair pricing. I did not like their policy of getting out of the car during the oil change like every other company in NWA offers. The sticker in my window only says the miles on the vehicle when it was serviced instead of a notification of when the next service will be due.I will not return here.

The lady behind the desk did not even speak to me until she asked for my payment. All I was got was my tires rotated and I had them put on new lug nuts I had bought, they proceeded to charge me 50$ of labor for a job that took them 12 minutes. She said it was an extraction fee . I watched the whole time, there was no extracting , they just took off and threw away my old lug nuts, moved the tires, and put on the new ones. Will not be bringing my business back here.

10/2/2020 - Car brought in for routine oil change. Returned with note "preexisting damage to oil pan", even though there was no indication of leakage or problem prior to this oil change. We found oil leaking after the oil change and brought the car back for correction. Were charged for a replacement drain plug on 10/17/2020. Root cause? Cross-threaded drain plug. Most recent oil change, they sent my 17 year old daughter home with the car in this condition (after charging $56 for an oil change). Insisted they could no longer work on the car and it would need to be repaired by a dealership. When I spoke to the manager in person, she explained that there had been damage in "multiple places" to the oil pan, and that it was not cross-threaded. I got it home, jacked it up, and it's quite clear it was cross-threaded, leaking from the plug, and there is no other damage. Before the oil change, it was not leaking. Within a couple of hours of the $56 oil change, you can see the result in the pictures below. I called back, explained what I had found, and was told that the car was not properly cared for, I had only brought it in once per year (implying we were not a valuable customer). I offered them the opportunity to correct this, and they declined. Upon removing the drain plug, it had been clearly and obviously cross-threaded. They're close, they're convenient, but if you rely on your car for transportation, don't trust them.Service: Oil change

Best price and honest mechanics for oil change in NWA! Don t go to Valvoline, or those other ones, they are chains and take 15-20 mins. Grease Monkey is the best and only took them 10 mins and saved $50!!! Honest local Fayetteville folks. Pay less, get faster service and don t feel ripped off getting your vehicle serviced. Go here! Seriously.

I, a woman, brought my minivan to Grease Monkey 3 weeks ago to get the oil changed. My car was not leaking oil prior to taking my car in. When they finished my service, the Grease Monkey employee told me I need a new oil pan when I got my car serviced next. I noticed my car was leaking oil all over my driveway, so I took it to Sunset Auto to see what was leaking. Dennis, the owner, said that the company that changed my oil stripped out the oil cap. He said it s an easy fix, and my car was already 4 quarts low, which could have burned up the engine. Do not use this company. They break things and blame you while charging exorbitant prices to do anything. Go to Sunset Auto to get your car repaired. Dennis is fair and a great mechanic.Service: Oil change

These guys are awesome!!! After having a ton of bad experiences at plaza tire, these guys blew me out of the water. Fast service and they do everything from check all your fluids to vacuum out your vehicle for you (included in the oil change price). This is how it should be done!! The mechanics were absolutely outstanding and got me in as a walk in to repair my wheel bearings for less than 600$! I will definitely be using them for any repairs or services I need. Super fast and very friendly service. Didn't push any BS extra upsell stuff on me which is much appreciated. Veteran's discount on top of an already fair price - literally $50 cheaper than Jiffy Lube 100 ft away. Will be back.

I won't go anywhere else in the area for vehicle service. I have been taking my vehicles there since my first year in school. They have a student discount. They have an experienced pit crew that can quickly identify problems and inform you before they occur. Their lobby has great accommodations: coffee, snacks, and clean restrooms. They even rescued me on the side of the road when I blew a head gasket back when I was younger and dumber. If only I had taken it in before when I knew my water was leaking. They informed me my explorer was totaled, but my parents wanted to replace the engine anyway, so they sourced one and performed the swap. That vehicle now has over 300k miles and still runs.

I like this place. It seems that the service was even better the last time I had my oil changed here. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They usually take a little longer. Maybe they have stepped up their game since Jiffy Lube opened a stones throw away

Amazing service. I was quoted a price on the estimated work from a quick check. It turned out that I needed a good bit more work to get my vehicle safe than what they could see initially. The shop bent over backwards to keep my bill near what they quoted at first. I would have been happy to pay more. Not to mention the incredibly nice service from the moment I rolled into the parking lot. Awesome shop. Will make the trip to use their services as long as I live in the area.

Brought our 2017 Pacifica van in on Nov 12th, 2022 for oil change...days afterwards we noticed a slight burnt oil smell. Assuming it was possibly some that leaked during the oil change didn't think too much of it. A week or so later we saw oil spots on our driveway so my husband brought it back to Grease Monkey hoping it was the oil filter leaking. Got there, talked to the manager and after they looked at it, their diagnosis was a leaking timing belt cover and saw no issuses with the oil filter!!! We have never had any mechanical issues with this vehicle...ever! We have an appointment to take it to a reputable mechanic for a better, more specific diagnosis and after speaking with him, he said we weren't the first to have had problems after an oil change there! Of course Grease Monkey would never own up to any damage...just a heads up, don't trust them with you vehicle!!!Service: Oil change

Love them! They're always quick and things get done well! They're kind enough to even check out my check engine light for me when I had no idea why it was on. They're always helpful here and I don't get my oil changed anywhere else

Stopped in for an oil change. From the beginning they were courteous and professional. It took MAYBE 15 minutes. I was just starting to relax in their inside lobby and start noshing on the provided snacks and drinks I've, when they were done! I've never had a positive oil change experience until now. Will definitely be returning.

Great, honest, fast service. Prices are reasonable. They go out of their way to address any concerns I have. They swapped it out well *under* the price they quoted me, and in a reasonable amount of time. I've put 20k miles on the new gasket, no issues, and I've done double those miles since taking my car there for oil changes and more.

It was my 1st time going to them. I needed my freon vacuumed out and some put back in. It was a great deal going on. They did an AWESOME job. Started working on my truck as soon as I stepped out and it didn't take long at all. My AC is now really cold with zero problems. I'd definitely recommend them.

If you enjoy paying about 35% more than what the competitors charge, this is the place for you. I've never used them but was in a hurry and didn't want to drive to my normal place so I asked the price in advance. It was high but I was in a hurry. But then it's always nice to get to the counter and be charged an extra $20 for an additional quart of oil that they could have told you about when quoting the first price. Since they know all the specs of the engine, including oil capacity, they could have quoted the final price upfront, and had they done so, I would not have done business with them.
