Mike, Chad, and the crew here are honest, fair, and stand by their work. We've used them for years. Today we took our 2007 Honda to them after the dealership told us the repair for the battery replacement and positive cable would be over $1200. These guys fixed the cable connector, retested the battery, and we drove away happy after spending less than $30 on the repair.The photo with the highlight is the estimate from the dealership. Updated 12/20/23-Make sure you check the owner response below: "apology" that does not address any safety protocols to prevent these incidents in the future. Saying "oops sorry for the mistake" just doesn't cut it in these situations. Beware!!Be extremely careful if you choose to trust this location. Unfortunately after replacing my brake pads and an oil change, my drivers side lug nuts were not tightened down, at the admission of FT&A. They said they were able to watch back footage and see the technician "get distracted and forget to tighten them". This is wholly unacceptable. This "distraction" could have led to a catastrophic accident that could have killed both me and my passengers. The best they could offer me for my near-accident is a free FUTURE oil change. You read that correctly-not a refund on the oil change or other repairs they did before their mistake! A FUTURE oil change to a business that I have absolutely no trust in. No refund of any kind on the work they did prior to letting me drive onto the interstate with a loose wheel. No mention of implementing safety protocols to prevent a dangerous mistake like this in the future. I have lost trust in them and highly recommend that you avoid them for your own safety. (I would have not left a review had the situation been PROPERLY amended, until that happens the review will stand). We are thankful that there was not an accident as a result of their carelessness.

Fayetteville Tire & Auto is an honest and dependable repair shop. They have fair prices and stand behind their work. I have done business with Chad for over a decade. Fayetteville Tire is the place to go for air conditioning repairs and brake jobs! I had an awesome experience and give them a well-deserved 5 stars. The staff was super friendly and knew their stuff. My AC is now ice-cold, and my brakes feel brand new! They were quick, transparent with pricing, and even had a comfy waiting area. Great guys but it's always a hassle to get in with them in a timely manner since they don't do appointments. Called last week and was told to come in at 730 today when they opened and the guy at the front was like we won't even be able to look at it until tommorow at the earliest. Let alone start the process of ordering parts if needed and they have to keep your car there to keep you in the queue. Haven't needed to come in awhile but from what I remember, most times I'm without my car for at least 2 or 3 days for just the beginning process. Then I have to come back and drop it off again for a couple days once parts come in and they have the time to fix it

I have had alignments done, and most recently (this week) had a leaky tire patched. They took great care of me at a reasonable price and got the issue solved in no time! I also enjoyed meeting and talking to Chad, the owner, and found out his family started the business back in 1989. It's not everyday that you see a local business that has been passed down to the younger generation and kept excellent customer service. GREAT EXPERIENCE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for tires, lifts, alignments, etc.!!!

We had all three of our vehicles in to these guys and they did a great job on our 2015 Jeep, 1999 Chevy truck and our 2006 Dodge 2500 SLT 4WD. They are now our go to mechanic. The cost was very reasonable. Good to have a trust worthy mechanic.

These guys are the most honest people I ve ever had work on my car. Never charged for anything I don t need, always a fair price. I highly recommend getting car service here.

While the customer service here is great, unfortuantely the quality of service hasnt matched up. The first issue was when they didnt proerly secure my tire and it nearly came off while driving. They said that people had been stealing lug nuts off of cars recently.Then, most recently I went to them for an oil change and just a few days later there was a puddle of oil under my car. Took it to another shop and they said the oil filter was put on completely wrong.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Mike and the whole team is great. After calling at least 10 different shops in Fayetteville about my brakes they were the only ones to give me options. My brakes were shot and everyone was charging $250-$300 for two brake pads and rotors which Includes warranty which I verbalized that I didn t care for because I was trading my car back in, in a few months. They were the only ones who worked with me on declining the warranty. Honestly I didn t even know I had that option until speaking with Mike. That tells me that they listen and also stand by their service. Very honest and reliable. I ve waited 3 months to write this review mainly because I wanted to see if the service I received would hold up. And it did. I m in the middle of looking at new vehicles and haven t had a single issue with my brakes. It doesn t matter if I decide to get a new vehicle or not I ll be coming back here for all my services. I m a GM at a restaurant so my speciality is customer service and they nailed it. Which is pretty major for auto shops. I highly recommend this company.

Took my friend s car in to have tires and alignment. They recommended that we needed over $5000 in repairs! Tires and alignment were not priced bad (under $500) but everything else was even higher than the dealership! I was shocked. They are professional and polite, but they were basically throwing parts and repairs at the car that it didn t need and waaaay overpriced! (Took to another local shop and got quote to have all repairs done for under $1200 for comparison.) As I said, tires and alignment were priced okay, everything else...Wow just wow! Get a second opinion!

Chad and his crew always take care of me. They are honest people and do great work. I had a problem with them once in 5 years and they fixed it immediately and accepted responsibility that it was a small oversight and didn't blame it on something else and charge me more for it. Love taking my car to them.

I have never been here before and I had to buy a new set of tires. They were very friendly and helpful. It is best to get there when they open so you can get your car in line. I will return as a customer.

**Updated review**Great customer service. Top of the line regarding willingness to satisfy expectations and general friendliness. I went in for just information about a service need that I thought would be too expensive to fix without having to save up for it first and they took care of me with a very reasonable rate!Five stars!

They have had my truck for a week. I have called 3 times, and every time they said they were waiting on parts. Today I called the parts store. They have not even looked at my truck let alone placed an order for parts. Everytime I called they gave me attitude and hung up on me. Awesome service. Called about seven different shops around town to get some brakes replaced on a time crunch as I needed to drive to Saint Louis that day. Not only did they have time for me, they did it quickly and explained what they were thinking. I do a lot of car work on my own, so when I told them I didn't want a sensor wire they weren't pushy or irritated. Prices were good too, of course everything is cheaper if you do it yourself, but as a student living in an apartment without jack stands, ratchets, etc, I didn't mind paying for the quick service. Thanks y'all

Had one good experience that made me choose them but after multiple bad experiences and shady explanations I d say this is not the place to get your car aligned. Unsure if it s negligence or laziness but after two alignments and all new suspension parts my car still pulls pretty bad. Will never use them in the future because of these multiple bad experiences in such a short time.Service: Wheel alignment

I haven't had the pleasure of actually paying this store for services but there's a great reason for still leaving a positive review. I went there to purchase a new tire due to getting a large, rude metal object lodged in a tire.While there, the super cool guy behind the counter (sorry, cool guy, I didn't note your name) told me that I should simply buy a tire patch kit and that would most likely fix the tire. I followed his recommendation, saved a few bucks, and am very grateful to him for his honesty and forthrightness in guiding me to a less profitable for him but more favorable for me option. Thanks, cool guy.

Chad at Fayetteville Tire and auto was awesome to work with. My daughter's car broke down while at college and he took care of us very quickly and very reasonably priced. Couldn't be more happy with how he communicated with us telling us what was wrong with the car and what they needed to do to fix it, thanks Chad.

Chad and co. have helped me keep my beloved 4 runner going past the 250k mile marker. I've always gone here for everything they could fix and they will always cut it to you straight. Great place.

I had horrible experience with Fayetteville Tire and Auto. I strongly advise people to not go here! In installing my brake pads, they failed to turn the rotors correctly and cost me about $500 in new rotors and new brake pads. I tried to get them to fix the brakes under their "warranty" but they don't take appointments and after several weeks of trying to get my car in to get fixed, I gave up and went to Sears. A good auto repair shop should take appointments to fix their mistakes. I tried to get them to then pay my bill for repairs and they refused. This is a sleazy auto shop that has poor mechanics and very poor customer service.
