Darin Tran was very helpful, knowledgeable , and professional throughout the car buying process. He suggested some similar cars to the one I had originally went in to test drive that I ended up liking even more. When the car didn t have some of the features I was interested in, he found one matching the exact specifications that would arrive a week later! He was very open to questions and assisted in setting up certain features before driving off the lot.

I had a great experience at the pre-owned dealership working with Jarrett Geanoulous. I needed a new truck and he got me into a truck that I love and gave me a fantastic deal on my trade-ins! Jarrett was friendly, real easy going and made everything a smooth process. Felt like I was buying a vehicle from a friend. Thanks again!

My wife and I bought a new Honda CR-V and Zack and Christian were great in helping us for our first time. They were very accommodating and gave us a fair price, and the finance manager Michael gave us some great info as we went through our paperwork. Will definitely come back in the future!

I used to like taking my car to be serviced there, but the last few times I came away discouraged.Quoted to high of prices for tires and than quoted one price for a oil change and charged a different price. They changed my air filters because they said it was time and I never saw if the filters even needed to be changes. And the breaks on my Acura RDX are whole different story. I won't be back.

Mr. Daniel Laney was professional, efficient and personable as he helped my father with a quote and ultimately to sell his Toyota. He went out of his way make a hard decision for my father, to stop driving and sell the car he shared with my mother, a kind, dignified and respectful experience. There is always a person and a story behind the sale and Mr. Laney understood this. Thank you.

Purchased pre-owned car, wasn't told it didn't qualify for a warranty until I'm signing paperwork and providing financing. Heavily advised not to purchase the cheapest warranty, as it doesn't include Toyota care. Take my car in for its first maintenance, find out the Toyota care I paid extra for doesn't even cover maintenance. Not purposely left out of the agreement, but would have been nice if they explained what exaxtly the unexpected $3000 I'm paying covers.Staff was very nice and accommodating enjoyed my sales associate.

Today I went into chevrolet to get an oil change. On Michael Coogan s first day, he got me going home in a new car! Thank you so much for finding me a great deal! You were upbeat and excited about just being there, and in turn got me to get another car.

Do NOT buy a vehicle at Fayetteville Auto-park if you want to maintain even a sliver of your sanity!! This will be a long post but I want to share my experience to hopefully spare others. To start, in September my husband and I bought a Ford Edge that we had for 24 hours before the check engine light came on. We took it back to the dealership in which they swapped out the cylinders because #2 was misfiring. We then got the car back, had it not even a day and the light came back on! They then send the car to a local Ford dealership (Lewis) who was EXTREMELY helpful and communicated with us throughout the entire thing. Fayetteville Autopark ignored us and our concerns for over a month until Oct 22 when they told us they would void the deal on the Edge as there was water in the engine. They were very spiteful and rude and acted as if they were doing us the biggest favor ever by voiding the original loan, however for them to do this they required that we buy another vehicle from them.October 22 we found a Subaru Crosstrek that we loved and decided to buy. We sat at the dealership for EIGHT hours for them to tell us we would need to come back the next day as they were having trouble getting ahold of the corporate office to switch over inventories between their dealers. Fast forward to today. We have been having issues with the Subaru and the steering. We have an extended warranty that we bought through Fayetteville Autopark. When I contacted my warranty service they told me to contact Fayetteville Autopark to get a diagnosis and then go from there. Upon contacting Fayetteville Autopark, I was told that they would not service the vehicle as they do not have a subaru dealership and I would need to take it to Subaru. Great, but NOT!!! Subaru is not in the network of the warranty that they sold me!!! FOR A SUBARU!! Thankfully our warranty company is being extremely helpful and working with us in this frustrating time, but please know the headache you will experience if you purchase from them.

This is the second time I ve bought a car from the Auto Park and it s always a great experience. This time I called ahead of time to look at a Ford Bronco Sport. Steve (Montana) had the Bronco already gassed up and ready for it to be test driven when we arrived. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicle and the amazing accessories! I brought my two dogs with me for various reasons that couldn t be avoided and he was so wonderful with them. He even offered for someone to watch our car as we had them in the car with it on for the AC while we test drove the Bronco. After that everything was a breeze. Communicating what I wanted to trade my current car in for and what I wanted as a monthly payment. Everyone including Steve was so polite and just went above and beyond to make us comfortable during this process. As long as I m in this area I ll be buying from them!

Every oil change turns into a two hour ordeal that I have been upcharged on services. I feel like they are all just get our money and not help us with our cars. I went in for a warranty issue with my tire and they didn t fix it properly. I woke up in the morning with a flat tire. I emailed them my concern and was told to call them if I wanted to discuss it further. Why did they call me? I wouldn t recommend this place for an oil change or any car services.

They stated no matter what they wouldn't sell me a vehicle. Even if they see prices increase leases agreements none of that is relevant because I would need "CASH" paper money in order for the me to obtain liabilitys I already purchased.

We recently purchased a new truck from Kendall Allan at the Chevrolet lot. This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. With the microchip shortage Trucks are hard to come by and getting the options you want may be impossible. Kendall was so nice and helped us track down the perfect truck. She also sowed a real knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at. Salespeople at other dealerships will just make up info when they didn t have an accurate answer. She was in constant contact and always looking to find us what we wanted. Once she found a truck that was perfect for us, we had all the details worked out quickly. The actual buying process only took about an hour and that was with the test drive. We couldn t have asked for a better experience and we will be back to see you for future purchases.

We had a great experience with Nate Cabello! We had already been to a few different dealerships and could not find the car or service we were looking for. I found a vehicle online at Fayetteville AutoPark and called to see if it was still available when were then connected to Nate. He was extremely helpful and prompt making sure everything was ready to go when we arrived. During the entire process he was very friendly and not pushy about anything. We purchased back in August and I waited until now to write this because we had a couple items on an IOU from our closing. I wanted to ensure everything was complete before submitting a review and all of those things have been honored. Nate stayed in contact with us during the waiting period to make sure it was all settled. He did not just forget about us once the sale was finished. Highly recommend asking for Nate when interested in a car with this dealer. Thanks, Nate!

I recently bought a car here, having not bought a car in over 10 years I dreaded the process. Thanks to Donnie Little, I have a new car that I love and the process was super laid back and easy. Donnie listened to exactly what my needs and wants were and I never felt pressured to buy at all. I will definitely go back for my next car need for sure!

I feel a 4 star review can start with a not-so-great experience but end well. Here s why .I originally purchased a black 2017 chevy Silverado from Joe at Fayetteville Auto Park. The knew the rear bumper was damaged and Joe assured me that it only needed a bumper to his knowledge. So we moved some numbers around and made a deal. After driving the truck home, 3 hours, I felt satisfied with my purchase. Then I went to 3 different body shops for a quote because the first one seemed ridiculous. Almost $5k worth of damage to the rear if this truck!!!! I contacted Joe who put me in contact with the sales manager Paul. I told Paul how much it would be to fix the truck and asked if there was anyway we could split the cost. Paul said he barely made any money on the deal so I could return the truck and find one in the same price range.I found a silver 2017 GMC Sierra SLT and fell in love. Paul put together a deal for me and I drove 3 hours to return the black Chevy and pickup the silver Sierra.Paul was incredible but the Sierra had a few little things wrong with it that I found after getting home and Paul said I ll send a check and shotgun days the check was here. This dealership will be a recommendation as long as Paul is where he is. My salesperson for the Sierra was Lahsa and she couldn t be sweeter as well. Very accommodating and moved everything along quickly for us.

I was looking for a clean 02-06 Tahoe Z71 and found a creampuff at Fayetteville Auto Park on Autotrader. I live about 9 hours away and didn't have time to go look at the vehicle in person. I talked to John Riggs and he let me hold the vehicle with a deposit while I made my decision. He sent all the information and requested pictures for the Tahoe. Mr Riggs made me feel comfortable enough to purchase the Tahoe without physically seeing or driving the truck. He made the entire process hassle free and the truck was exactly as promised once delivered. I couldn't be happier with my experience with the dealership and Mr. Riggs....no crazy add on prices and no B.S. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from him without driving it first. Everybody that sees the 18yo Tahoe can't believe how "clean" it is!

If ever in the market for a new or used car, the only name you need to know is Barry Coburn. He has helped me purchase 3 cars now and he works hard to make sure you leave in exactly what you want. 5 stars isn t enough to explain how wonderful he is!

This is our 2nd purchase with Barry at Fayetteville Auto Park this year. First my husband had a great experience in July so we went back. I had put off buying a new car for so long, the whole process of picking something out seemed overwhelming. Barry was super patient with me throughout the process of deciding (weeks!) and found the perfect car in my price range. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin . We have purchased 3 vehicles from Fayetteville Auto Park and Barry has been our salesman every time. He is a genuine guy who truly looks out for his customers and takes pride in making sure they get what they want. He gives exceptional customer service!!! He has made purchasing vehicles fun and easy. He can be relied upon to even help you setup your service appointments and more. He is our favorite salesman hence the reason we keep going back. Thank you Barry for always taking care of us even when we are picky lol. You re awesome!!!

This is our third vehicle to purchase here. We have always had a good experience. Yesterday we purchased an Acura with the help of Nate Cabello. He was very patient and helpful because I drove a lot of vehicles before I made my mind up. It was over 100 degrees outside and he never complained one time. My best advice is to ask for Nate.

If you are looking for a vehicle Barry Coburn at Toyota of Fayetteville is awesome. Barry showed us multiple vehicles to make sure I knew my options, was helpful and got us everything we wanted. Barry was very informative and answered every single one of my questions. He made this the best experience for me to buy the vehicle I wanted. Barry even made sure my kids were taken good care of and asked their opinions on what they thought. I brought my vehicle back to get window tinting and when it was finished Barry personally brought me my vehicle so I wouldn t have to leave work to pick it up. I have already recommended Barry to a couple of my friends at work. He won t steer you wrong.

Had such a great experience with Ryan Griffin earlier in the year that we went back today to purchase another vehicle from him. There are very few dealerships and fewer salesman that I would recommend, but this is Number One. For a great selection of vehicles check out Fayetteville Autopark and for a salesman that will 'Assist' you and 'Not Pressure' you, be sure and ask for Ryan Griffin. I'm referring him to all of my friends and family!

Update 12/27/23- I bought a car from Aaron there yesterday, and he was SO nice and understanding. He didn't pressure me to buy more than I could handle. I got a great deal with a great warranty. It's always stressful making such a big decision, but Aaron helped make it less scary. I highly recommend him for your next car!(I post reviews good and bad. I think it's important to show all experiences. That's why I do Updates.)--------Terrible Customer Service and Stressful ExperienceI bought a certified pre-owned vehicle WITH a $1031 warranty. Two weeks later, the check engine light came on, so I dropped it off at the service department.Instead of saying something like, "We're so sorry you are having trouble with your car so soon after purchase! Let us take a look and see what we did wrong. Do you have a warranty? Let's make sure you're covered- we know it's only been a couple weeks, and we'd hate to lose your business in the future."Instead of saying something like that, they said something like this: "That's gonna be $115 minimum diagnostic fee. Oh and you don't have a warranty. SURPRISE! Oh and even if the mystery warranty you keep nagging us about is real, it won't be effective for 30 days. SO you can just take your car, keep driving it around, hope it doesn't break down on you, and after 30 days, come on back, and maybe your warranty will be found by then. Who knows? We don't really care."Obviously that was a paraphrase, but everything in that was true. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience TWO WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE. They didn't offer to look at it and make sure it wasn't something they missed in their 180 point inspection. They had NO RECORD of my warranty that was costing me over a grand. They said even if I had a warranty it was no good for thirty days, and they said word for word, "That is for the buyer's own good." How is driving a car around with no warranty for MY good? It sure wasn't helping me out right then! They advised me to just drive the car until my 30 days was up- because that seems safe.

This was my first time purchasing a car for myself and Nate made it a breeze! The service I received was fast and he really took time to help me understand my new car. I also got $500 more than I thought I would get for the car I traded in, which was awesome!
