Very professional, keeping you updated where they were as far as what was happening with the car. It was a very quick turnaround and they also washed it and cleaned the whole car. Thank you for the good job

I was rear ended in August and was sent to this body shop by insurance company of the person that hit me. Insurance said using this shop they (insurance) would work directly with the shop and we had to do nothing. The shop said parts would take a week, after couple weeks of them having our car we asked for update and was told part was not in yet said one more week. We got our car back while we waited. Weeks went by and continuously was told same thing no idea when the part would be in. Completely understand things are on back order everywhere. However, in January 5 months after being hit we called again and was told the same thing again. From there we decided to reach out to GMC to see when/if we could find the part, we were told the part was not on back order and the shop could get it next day if they wanted. We gave all this information back to the shop and was told they d look into it. We asked them to please get the part after almost 6 months (since accident almost 4 months of waiting on this shop) of driving around with a messed up bumper we d really like to have our vehicle fixed. Week later we reached out for a follow up and the GM was apologetic and said they had the part but was working with insurance on us a rental. We waited another week to follow up and see when we could get in to get the car fixed. Just got off the phone with someone who said it was our place to schedule rental through insurance (not what was told to us the first time or second time we spoke with them). When we said the GM said he was working on that we were told he was out we d have to call the insurance ourself. Very frustrating that the entire time the part has not been on back order, we were able to call and find the part within an hour and now we can t get in for appointment without making more calls.

Only place my insurance will accept estimate from. Although I asked the guy who checked my car to concentrate on front bumper, he went over the whole car. They were supposed to provide an estimate to USAA but didn't, telling my insurance I was noncompliant. In reality, the estimate was much too high, and because the accident was NOT my fault, I do not want to pay ANYTHING, especially not my$1000 deductible.When USAA Claims called me several days later wondering about my "noncompliance," I explained I had received an estimate and thought USAA had as well. Jonathan, my Claims rep, said no worries. He would contact Crash Champions himself.

They fixed my car after I got into an accident. They did a great job. My car runs amazing now. It looks great. I really appreciate how efficient they were. It was like Christmas in March when they told me that my car was complete before the scheduled day of completion.They are amazing. I definitely recommend. Tim Henderson kept me up to date and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's car was repaired correctly. The deer did a number on the car. Also, I would like to call out Summer for doing an extraordinary job detailing the car. INCREDIBLE! Just cannot believe it is the same car! My daughter is ecstatic! Thank you so much!

Service King did an excellent job on repairing my Dodge Pick-up. I had ran into a pole and put a good dent in the left side rear and by the wheel well. They stayed in touch with me letting me know the status of my repair along the way. It was completed quicker than I expected. The paint was matched and the doors aligned up. I am extremely please and would recommend Service King to anyone who ask. They also cleaned my truck which was pretty dirty when I took it to them.Service: Body & Trim

Front desk was ok. There where some confusion about my appointment and some miscommunication between answering service and staff my messages where not forwarded. Repair is not 100% since my jeep was there I can tell by the sound the drivers door is not shutting as it did before. Plus I received my car back and left blinker was not working. Would think you check a vehicle before return..Detailing inside was a very nice touch.

Amazing people and great service! Have taken care of me three times and haven't been disappointed by their service and staff! Manager Emily was my point of contact. She kept me informed all the time of the status of my car, help me deal with the other parties difficult insurance company. Has made it easy for me to focus on my priorities while my car was being repaired. Contacted rental agency to come pick me up before I got there. Very happy with them! That's why I have used them everytime my car has been in an accident to get it fixed properly and in a timely manner!

Have an appointment to drop off our truck for body damage repair on Monday. Have had this appointment coming for three weeks. Found out today that they did not line up any rental for us - nor did USAA, our insurance company. Someone dropped the ball ! Huge aggravation !!

Went here to have my car fixed. While my Jeep was in their possession it was broken into (why was it left unlocked in the first place??) The police found my ID and credit card (other expensive items not found) I had to reach out to service king, they didn t even call me. The manager confessed they knew cars had been broken into. I guess they were never going to tell me. Manager apologized but that does not return the very personal and pricey items that were taken from me. Will absolutely never go here again nor will I recommend their shop to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

Service King went above and beyond to get my car repaired after an accident! I took my car in on a Tuesday for the estimate, dropped my car off on Wednesday for repairs and was able to pick it up Saturday morning. The staff at Service King was extremely helpful and friendly. The repairs that they did look fantastic and they cleaned/vacuumed my car upon return. I would highly recommend Service King to anyone in the Fayetteville area!

We were referred to Service King by our insurance company. My son was hit by another car while at college. He had to get his car repaired and with the help from Tim everything went smoothly. The repairs to the car look great. It is nice to know when mom is in another state, a college kid can be treated fairly and with respect.

They quoted me nearly $2500 to replace two bumpers that they said couldn't be fixed. I went to another location where they fixed them for free in 5 minutes. I cannot stress enough how much you should not go to this place.

AutoBody America provided me with great service and restored the damage to my vehicle perfectly. The paint was matched perfectly and the vehicle was washed and vacuumed. They provide a warranty for all their repairs as well. They even coordinated with a mechanic to get any mechanical issues resolved. I will be using them for any other repairs in the future.

I am sorry I did not believe the bad reviews about sloppy workmanship, I should have listended to the words of wisdom. Unfortunately, I gave this shop a chance and they did not install parts properly - they installed condenser without any clips to hold it in place, so my condenser was hanging there just on tubes, which caused my transmission fluid to leak a lot 6 months after they did the repair. My gears were not working properly and my car got stuck in one gear. It was scary to drive my car when that happened, I have kids with me. When I called, they blew me off. I went to my dealership, dealership confirmed that it was Service King s poor workmanship and only then SK started calling me about fixing the issue. By that time my trust was gone, and I let my dealership fix it. I would never recommend anyone use their services.

In 2013 bought a 2010 accord in Bentonville with only 12,000 miles on it. It was a steal. I got into a front end collision that required a bumper, hood, radiator, and 1 headlight. The repairs were quick the headlight didn't match the oem part perfectly, but I can deal with that. It's an after market part, no problem. They also could never get the paint on the bumper to match the rest of the car right, but hey that happens with once again aftermarket parts. At the time I thought I loved it. Until 2 years later, I have since moved back to dallas, the radiator goes out on me. Throws coolant all over the place, luckily I was pulling into my driveway when it happened.I had the car towed to the nearest Service King in my area for repair under their "Lifetime Warranty". All seemed to be going well until 2 weeks later I was getting impatient, after all it had been 2 weeks for a radiator. I called on a Saturday after not receiving a weekly update on my car on Friday. The Employee handling my claim wasn't there, so I asked to speak with a manager, of course there wasn't there, It's Saturday. Lucking the gentleman I was talking to had already heard about my case. It turns out that the Service King in Arkansas put a USED radiator in my car, A car with 13,000 miles on it. Who does that. If I knew they were going to do that I would have bought a new one and GIVEN it to them to install.So now the Service King here is trying very hard to clean up their mess and having a hard time with it.Al in All I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. I have been without a car for 2 weeks. All being fair I'm sending the bill for my next payment to them.

I left my car with them, estimated time was going to take 8 days to repair. I didn't get my car back for 21 days. They said it was because of my insurance company. After I got my car back my grill fell out with in 24 hrs and dust gard fell. My husband had to fix. Then my insurance company gave me a creit so I was due a refund from them because I paid my deductible but I still haven't got it and they were paid over 6wks ago by me and my insurance company.

The employees where nothing but pure professionals in dealing with my truck repears. There wasn't a day that went by that I was notified how the work was progressing. The made my 2012 ram look brand new. If i could give more than five stars I would. Great people to work with if you need any kind of repair.

Service King was where Geico towed my son's car after sustaining some damage from sliding off the road in the rain.This place operates dishonestly, so beware.I told them before any work was to be done that they should call me and send me the estimate. Instead of doing that, they told my 20yr old son that in order to do an estimate, they needed him to sign a release. The next thing I know, they are already performing repairs and ordering parts. When I told them I never authorized any repairs, they said my son did, and told me if i wanted to take it somewhere else, I would now have to pay a restocking fee for parts - which is not in the language in the "work authorization".

I'm not sure about the quality of repairs bc that process is nowhere near started, but my daughter was in an accident with a person that has USAA insurance and this was USAA's preferred shop so she took it there for an estimate. They told her they didn't have time to write one and gave her an appt for a week later to come get one. In the meantime, the car became un-drivable so I had it towed to Service King almost a week ago. They have yet to do an estimate on it and it's just been sitting there. When she called to check on it last week they told her they needed her to sign a form first. So instead of contacting her about the form they just let the car sit there until she called. As of today, the car is still sitting there with no estimate and she was told this morning they might get her one tomorrow. This is completely ridiculous! I worked at the Fayetteville Auto Park Collision Center for five years and this type of business would never happened there. I would not take your car here if you want things done timely or if you desire any type of communication.

Sloppy workmanship. They took one week longer than promised just to start, then I had to have them rework the door they had fixed three times to get it right. Three times I had to take it back. And now, only a few months later, a trim piece that I had told them was not installed correctly is flopping off. They blew me off when I asked them to please put it on correctly. This, after weeks of hassle, over a single door replacement. I gave them chance after chance, but this trim piece falling off did it. I hope this review helps someone else avoid a big headache with this shop.

I went there about my side mirror. They quickly gave me an estimate, so far so good. But no words from them any further, I called back three times. The last time I talked with the guy who produced the estimate (Name: Mat Fite). He suggests that he does not receive the part from the dealer. He said to give it a couple of more days.A few more days passed, have not heard from them since. This business needs improvement, lack of communication, unable to deliver, you name it. This business is disappointing. Things go like this, they will be out of business in a short time. Stay away.

Visiting from Atlanta because my mother was getting a surgical procedure done. As I was parking the car at the hospital, I ran too far up on the curb and my bumper came off! I was so stressed and worried. Only source of transportation and I had to be present at the hospital during her procedure. I decided to run my car down to this body shop, explain the situation, leave the car there, and Uber back to the hospital. This gentlemen was able to reattach my bumper In less then 10 minutes. I asked what I owed and the gentlemen and he told me not to worry about it and just to worry about my mom. He made me whole week! Bless you you sweet angel!

Don't use this shop! This shop told me it would take 1 week to finish my truck and it took almost a month. When I got my truck back the hood did not fit correctly and rubs against my fender and the hood latch doesn't work. This shop gave me a lifetime warranty on the work but it means nothing if the work done is subpar. This was a very disappointing experience and I will NEVER be back.

My cars catalytic converter got stolen out of their parking lot, along with multiple other cars, and they couldn t/wouldn t waive the second deductible. They had to bring my car to the original dealership to be fixed, because they couldn t do it. Don t bring your vehicles to Service King!
