Josh went above and beyond with good customer service. I had taken my Volkswagen to a different dealer who had it for 10 days and never even looked at it. Josh and your team looked at it the same day. I had it record and diagnosed it and had it fixed within two days. The only delay was having to order the part. Even when I went to pick it up, Josh vacuumed it and had the outside washed. This is the kind of customer service that we have Long forgotten.

I bought my used 2022 VW Taos from them on 4/5/24. They made the buying experience wonderful and so easy. I was given several options to make sure I was getting the very best deal. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I feel like I made a quality purchase, was well informed of all my options, and drove home in a great new (to me) car. 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommended!

Emily was amazing! We had originally scheduled service for the latest recall on my beetle, but she offered to coordinate with the technicians about completing all of the necessary recalls if possible at this appointment. We live over an hour away and her courtesy was most appreciated.The technician completed all of the services to the professional level (and in record time) we have come to expect from this dealership.

Emily in the service department is excellent! She listens, is conscientious, and generally helpful and personable. Also the parts department is excellent and helpful. Gave 4/5 due to an issue with a tech reporting a fault code issue, but clearing the memory so I could not verify the code, nor issue. Thankfully there have not been a repeat of the code in question.

Far and away the best auto purchase experience I ve ever had. Great salesperson and sales manager. Offered a very fair value for my trade, found the lowest possible percentage rate for my financing, and the entire time at the dealership was less than 2 hours. Highly recommend this sales staff and very happy with my new (or new to me) 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara!

The only exceptional thing about this store and organization is Austin Maize and their lovely admin manager Emily Brown. (Both of which have transferred locations, I m not surprised by that)If Austin was not at this store when we decided to purchase, would have purchased elsewhere. Everything else about the experience was less than desirable. I m changing my 5 star review to a 1 start. (Going to post our experience on FB, Yelp, and any other consumer rating platforms available) we Purchased 60 days ago, still no title work to register our vehicle, they made $3,000 in profit on us, then drag their feet to get things done. My bank tried reaching them for the first 4 weeks about the payoff check, they sent late and short at that, they were given a 20 day payoff quoted. No one would return my banks calls. They received payment for their vehicle we bought in full the moment of pickup/purchase. This wasn t a matter of waiting for funding etc. I ve worked for the copy in upper management for over 4 years. I am now a customer and can t believe the experience we are having with our transaction. We have purchased over a $370,000 from the company while being employed with them, regardless you feel you would have a much better experience. What would make this better? Pay half our tax for the inconvenience and Do better Crain. Their slogan should be Crain Can Do Better than before in 24

Drove 3+ hours to look at a vehicle with check in hand, ready to buy it. When we got there, the truck was DIRTY. It had not been detailed for anyone to take home. The sales rep withheld information that the vehicle had been wrecked before. Pictures that were sent did not show any of the imperfections. To top it all, the rep we had been talking to over the days wasn t even there to meet us. He had someone else help us and that rep did not have the right attitude for our business. He acted like we had a signed and sealed deal, which in fact, we had not signed anything or handed over a check yet. JUST BAD BUSINESS. NO HONEST PEOPLE.

My 2009 Audi A8L, just 73,800 miles needed Right Head light bulb changed, Joash the service advisor was extremely nice and helped me to get the job done on time and at a reasonable cost. The Service manager Andrew was very nice and customer friendly, i would take my car to them anytime, instead of Audi Tulsa dealership. People are good and the work done well. I would suggest to all Audi owners to take advantage of the dealership

Overall the experience was good. Nice dealership and the service attendant did a good job. For my first visit wasn't too happy to get the news that my front rotators needed replacement at only 44K. Never had that happen on any car I've owned with so little mileage. Will get back with you when I catch up on cost and expense. Overall nice dealership and friendly customer support.

I had an amazing experience i came in looking at a brand new 2024 volkswagen atlas. I was working with David he knew everything about volkswagen. His manger Braden was wonderful helped me with understanding the numbers. They did such a good job i actually bought the car i was coming just to look at it but they gave me every answer that i was looking for about the car. By far one of the best car buying experiences i have ever had.

My experience at Crain VW getting my car inspected was a breeze. Mack Butler was my service advisor and was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly and he made the experience very easy. He explained everything they found and all my options, making sure I knew what any repairs were and approved them beforehand. I had the option to buy parts and install them myself or have the shop install them. I trust they know what they re doing in the shop. The waiting areas are very nice with couches, tables, comfortable chairs, vending machines, and complimentary water, coffee and tea. The bathrooms are very clean as well. Overall, a great experience.

Brought vehicle in for simple oil change - took two hours - and they came back with quotes in the thousands for repairs I don t need and didn t ask anyone to check for. The day after my oil change, my vehicle suddenly stops working. DO NOT recommend.

I thought I just needed coolant. Emily told me to swing by for them just to check. They checked everything out and I ended up needing a new water pump! They had the part in stock and repaired it that same day. I was very thankful that they advised me to come in. Had I not, my engine would have overheated.

The entire team at Crain put a lot of effort in to getting me the exact car I was looking for - and even drove to Missouri to get it. They never made me feel pressured to make a decision or commitment which was a huge relief. A special thanks to my salesman Ethan. He made the experience fun and easy and is the whole reason I ended up doing business with Crain. Well done guys!!

~~ I STILL CANT BELIEVE HOW THEY TREATED ME!! ~~I went there to look at a vehicle I saw them advertise online.-- BEFORE I EVEN LAIED EYES ON THE VEHICLE that i went to look at -- They wanted my drivers license, email, phone number, address, and wanted to know what my credit score was and then wanted to know what kind of a budget I have. Then he was asking for the keys to my truck. Went and jumped into my truck and started driving it around the building. ~~ ~~ (let me remind yall) I STILL HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN THE VEHICLE WITH MY EYES YET.~~ ~~ instead of bringing the vehicle I came to see to the front for me to even look at. Nope!! the salesman was just hanging out chatting with "the big main boss guy" that "crunches the numbers" to "give you the best deal" we know better.i kept asking "can I take a look at the vehicle? The "boss guy" asked me rite after I just explained to them my situation and this is how much I have to spend. He asked me "can you get more money for your budget?"I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE VEHICLE YET!!!!!! I finally had enough. I had to ask for my drivers license and keys to my truck back. I now had been there for around 30min still hadn't seen vehicle. Oh but they were running all the numbers as if I was trying to buy it. I had enough. Soon as I was getting into my truck what do I see? The salesman jumping into the vehicle I came to see. He tried to speed up cut me off and pull the vehicle in front of me to stop me. I drove around him and left the dealership. You can imagine how I felt. So many different feelings and NONE were any form of happy. Main horrible feeling was every person there treated me as if I didnt matter and i was below them. All they cared about was making a sale. They ignored me and only focused on trying to finalize the deal. Even when I had made it VERY clear to the salesman when we first started talking there is no way I'll be buying today.(I slept on it before I left this review)So that happened yesterday and I'm still in shock and can't believe how horrible of a experience that was. I hope that they don't treat anyone else like that. No one deserves to be treated that way. If they end up treating everyone else like they did me, they wont be in business long.

I booked a 30,000 mile service that was recommended on the app - it was priced at $400, I added tire rotation which was $20 - once checked in was told the service was $700, the price when I booked was just a guide. I was using their recommended service so assumption is the price should be correct also. On the positive side, for the first time at the location - the service was completed timely and appears completely finished.

Our sales representative Cliff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He helped to get us the best deal possible. However, the finance manager was very rude, did not introduce himself, or seem appreciative of our business. I can t even remember his name because I m not even sure that he ever gave us his name. We were tempted to cancel our purchase and take business elsewhere. If it hadn t been for Cliff, we would have walked on the vehicle we purchased based off of the negative attitude of this particular finance manager.

Unexpectedly our car was leaking fluid and we had to leave on a trip the next day. So relieved they were about to get us in without an appointment! Emily was very friendly, and very thorough work was done, leaving us feeling confident to go on our roadtrip.

I just purchased my car Thursday night, several things have gone wrong with car since that time. One thing happened Friday on way to clean out my trade in and they took it back to service and said it's fine. Then the same exact warning appeared again the next time I drove it. Plus the tires are already showing low (Saturday) which concerns me, the pressure should be 38 on front tires and 44 on back and it's showing 33 on front and 39 on back. I am losing confidence in my purchase and it was not looked at very good or these two problems would not happen so soon. I like the sales people, they have been more than kind and I wait to see if my car is going to continue to have problems. Gave them a 4 for friendly sales people. Would be a 5 is the car was in better shape?
