The service department is severely lacking in their customer service skills. My car was in the shop for a week before anyone called me back with an update, after voicemails, and being told they ll call you right back and then hearing nothing before they close for the day. They are constantly making statements they do not follow through on. I have been promised a loaner car as soon as it becomes available each time my car has been in for service never to hear anything back about a loaner. Today I was told the service manager would call me back in a few minutes never heard back before they closed.

Was looking for a good used vehicle. Showed up and a kid with black curley hair greased ( looks like chochi) was pushy trying to sell a new car $20 thou. more than I wanted to spend.When my daughter asked about the used vehicles, he lied and said they didn't have that model used.There was two used on the lot. I would highly recommend staying away from him.Dealership sells alot of recked used vehicles, beware.

They will tell you your car needs work that it actually doesn't need. Moreover, I've already had 2 recalls on my car and had to use their warrantee twice. The general manager is helpful when employees are being obstinate.

I bought my NEW 2020 Rio in March 2021 and my USED 2017 Sedona in May 2021 from Crain Kia. The salesmen told me, my 1st service for both vehicles would be free. In the summer of 2022 we took both in for the service and they told us we would need to wait on the Rio since it had not hit 10,000 miles. But just as promised there was no charge for the service on the Sedona.I finally hit that milestone on the Rio and took it in today for the 1st service, and was kind of shocked when they told me my total was $125.00 but my shock turned into me being absolutely furious when I get in my car. Mind you I just got my car detailed 2 days ago and I see giant boot prints. I understand they may have ran out of paper mats but have the common courtesy to vacuum up your mess.

Great customer service. Helped me with finance even with a recovering credit rating and Liren and Manny are pros. Even after the sale they are there for you. Thanks y'all

Waited 8 weeks to have a repair done to my car. They had the parts, but couldn't find anyone to install them. It's been an 8 week stress-filled mess. The complete lack of communication from ANYONE at this dealership is astounding. I've owned 4 Kias in my life. After this, and horrible problems with regional "customer service," I will NEVER own another Kia. Great cars but the WORST customer service on the planet

The workers were very unprofessional and had a complete disregard for the mask mandate that the state of Arkansas has set in place.
