I ve brought 2 different vehicles to Cody at Country Club Auto for body repair and they really do a great job. They are easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Cody even stayed at the shop 45 minutes past close to make sure I could pick up my vehicle before the weekend. 10/10.

Highly recommend Country Club Auto Body. This is absolutely the business I will go to for all future needs. They were responsive to every one of my inquiries. Gave me a concrete timeline and stood by it. Country Club was also respectful of the fact that I didn t have rental car insurance so made sure I didn t leave my car with them until they were actually ready to begin repairs and kept it only as long as they promised to. The repair work was impressive and my car was perfectly clean when they returned it me. Love them!

These guys rock! Thanks to a young adult daughter, I was forced to have 2 vehicles repaired. They did an outstanding job and even cleaned both cars upon pickup. Their work was superb and it is a secret that either car was ever in an accident. I've been in the car business for 30+ years and bad body work is easy to spot! We took our car here so get our door fixed the work on the car was great but our experience with Mr Donald was terrible. He argued with us about our insurance, what car we had, and even our own names. When we dropped the car off we gave Mr Donald the payment in cash saying that he would keep it in our envelope, fast forward, we have the car back for two weeks then we get a call saying that we never gave hime any money and we re stealing work from their company and committing insurance fraud. I thoroughly believe that Mr Donald should be removed form you team or moved to a department where he is more fit to work and not lose large sums of money and then try to blame the customer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'm so very glad I decided to give these folks a call. I needed a new seat belt for 97 Ranger. They took the time to locate the part and called me less than 24 hours later telling me they had the part and to bring the truck in. I had my truck in just an hour with a new seat belt. Great price. Professional work. Folks that work there are fantastic. I will use them again if the need ever came about. Very happy customer.

What can I say about Country Club Auto Body except the service and the work is exceptional. I took two cars in for Mike Gall, his son Cody and the crew to repair.My first trip in was a five-star experience where Country Club completed a significant rebuild of the front of a one month old Ford Explorer. They did it right and I could not tell a difference between the new SUV and repaired SUV once the work was complete. He estimated the time for repair completed it four days early. The repairs were extensive and the work was fantastic.My second trip to Country Club Auto was another top-shelf experience. These guys worked with the insurance company and the process was seamless. After reviewing the adjuster's estimate Cody put me on the schedule then preordered the parts. I dropped my truck the following Monday at 7:45 a.m. and all repairs were completed by 3:30 p.m. the same day. All parts were prepped and painted ahead so the process was seamless. This was another five-star experience!Wrecks are stressful while dealing with adjusters and shops can be difficult but the ease of dealing with Country Club Auto Body eliminated the stress both times. I highly recommend that residents or visitors of Northwest Arkansas take their cars for auto body repair to Country Club Auto in Fayetteville.

These guys are great! Had a dented rear quarter panel that I made worse by trying to fix it myself. The shop pounded it out to like-new condition! New windshield and rear bumper, too. My 2007 Infiniti looks practically new! Very fair price. No hassles. Only the best customer service. I can t imagine a better auto body shop in NWA.

This was my second time I've required body work on my car. It's a family business that does high quality work, they are always respectful, friendly & very helpful. This last visit the person who rearend me insurance wanted me to go else where or they would not guarantee the work. Country Club Auto guarantees their work & I've never had any issues so don't have insurance Co force you to go to their preferred shops. They did excellent work on my VW Jetta when a deer jumped in front of me & this time on my Crosstrek.Support your local family owned businesses

I can not recommend Country Club Auto Body enough to anyone who needs body s work done to a vehicle. On top of repairing the scratch & dents in my door from a minor wreck to the point of never being able to tell they were there, they also washed my tires and vacuumed the inside of my car with the utmost detail.

Won't go back and won't give them a good review. I drove off the lot with a non working right hand turn signal, right side brake light and emergency lights NOT WORKING. The body work was on that side of my car and in that EXACT AREA. However, they denied having anything to do with those issues? They said it was a "coincidence". I called my insurance company to ask they not be paid until the light issues were fixed, but, they had already issued the check. Bodyshop told me it was because my car was old. It is 11 years old. So, if you have an older car, apparently be careful. Just saying.....I ended up trading the car off, I do believe I had electrical problems, but they were working in that area of my car; and they caused them and did not want to go back and find what they did wrong?
