Been coming to CK Tire for many years and will continue bringing my vehicles to them. The service is great. They do great work and they always use great products and stand behind everything they do. I have recommended CK Tire to many friends and family and will continue to do this. Ron and Beau have been so good to me for many years.

The service was fantastic. My daughter, who is a university of Arkansas student, had her vehicle breakdown and Beau provided a fantastic overview of how the service would be performed on the vehicle, had it completed a very short amount of time, and the price was fair and. reasonable. I would definitely recommend them, and I ll definitely use them again.

I have had work done from them twice now, and both times have been phenomenal. Not only do they do good work, they are always super fast and have very fair prices. As a woman, I've had a lot of men in the auto industry talk down to me or try to scam me, but here I felt safe and valued as a customer, and they spoke to me like a human being. 10/10, I will never go to another shop unless I absolutely have to.

I've gone to CK tire for a long time for our automotive repair needs. They have always been fair and honest with us.Earlier this week, I had just gotten out of surgery, and we had a nail in our tire. My wife was worried because of all of the follow up appointments that we had to make. We Called Beau, and he took care of it! It wasn't so much that he fixed a leaky tire...... it was the understanding and caring that he and his employees had. They made my wife's, already high, anxiety disappear.A big "thank you" to Beau, and crew.We will continue to go to Ck Tire for our automotive repairs because of their honesty and integrity!

My wife took our 2014 Jeep Wrangler to them to check the front end alignment. After seeing them out driving our vehicle she got a phone call that it needed balljoints because it was 1 degree out of spec for the camber setting. She asked them if they had checked the toe in (which is why I wanted the alignment checked, since we had just purchased the vehicle) to which they said the wouldn t check the toe in unless they could change the ball joints to adjustable. She told them that I would take care of the ball joints and to check the toe in. A few hours later she called to see if it was done only to be told they hadn t done anything since we refused to let them change the ball joints. Cost almost $50 for them to drive our vehicle and get hateful when they were told no on the ball joints. I had it on my personal lift a few days earlier and checked the ball joints. Took the Jeep the next week to another shop where they checked camber and toe in to be told that everything was good, tight and within spec. Only reason we tried them is they are close to her work and our usual front end alignment man has retired.

I went to CK Tire on the recommendation from a friend. I needed a second opinion for a repair that I was quoted on from another shop. Not only did CK get me in quickly but they fixed the issue for 600 less than the first quote! My Jeep is running great. Thanks guys.

I use CK Tire for all my repairs on my cars. The owner is great and has a lot of experience and knowledge for repairs. The employees are great too. Bad experience he is refusing to help two stranded people in severe weather people like that don't deserve a rating at all they deserve all the negative publicity they can get I recommend any one avoid them very bad experience them

I spent over $1700 to get my air conditioner fixed. I still have the exact same problem as I asked them to fix. They told me to take it to Nassau but will not give me a refund even though I dropped my car off three times asking them to fix my ac but it still doesn t work. Filing a complaint with the bbb. Tell your friends how bad this pace is.

I booked an appointment online following the quote prompt. When I showed up, Beau had no idea I was supposed to be there. He helped me through the confusion and even worked my car in. Didn't do what I asked. Just bad vibes and terrible service. Yall need to get a new front desk guy. Telling al my people to never go there. If u want honest mechanics who show they care don't go here.

I took my Toyota 4 runner in for an alignment and CK Tire & Service achieved what other local companies couldn't, they were able to get my vehicle within factory spec in no time. Customer friendly, very knowledgable and clean facilty. I highly recommend!!!

I spent $1300 to replace a intake manifold at this location. 2 weeks later my car was finally finished. When started, it wasn t even drivable. I personally replaced all 6 spark plugs before dropping it off. But in the end I was charged with new spark plugs. When my car was taken home, 3 spark plugs weren t even wiired up. Terrible service. Never going here again.

Quick solid work. Beau did a great job getting me in and turned back out with a whole new front end pretty quick. Drives like shes brand new and didnt injure the pocketbook too bad for the work required.

Came in to get a leaking tire fixed. Was charged $15 which is a great price. Paid cash, but they ruined the finish on my wheel. Not just a little scrape on the outer edge of the rim, but a huge scratch on the broad side of one spoke and a smaller scratch on another spoke. Owner's son, Beau Mills wouldn't even entertain the idea of taking responsibility or repair options. After asking what my options were he even said "Now I'm not sure I remember you being in here at all." I didn't have a receipt because I paid cash. Never mind the fact that I know one of the employees working there and even talked to him in front of Mr. Mills while they were fixing my tire. I asked Mr Mills to get the employee and he could verify I was there. Mr. Mills said, "No." This place has quite a few positive reviews and I was certain they would do a good job and treat me fairly. They did not, so beware!

We have had excellent service in the 6 years we have been in West Fork, AR.They are great to work with, when they fix something it almost always IS Fixed.These folks are excellent, a diamond in the car repair business. You can't go wrong with Bo and the guys!
