I'll post this every week. Asked for an alignment on an F150 that I had a leveling kit installed. When I came to pick up my truck, I was told I needed $800.00 worth of work on my front end (under warranty from dealership). Took it to the dealer and they aligned my new truck for free. (And everything checked out great with them. It was new)

Christian Brothers Automotive worked really great with me! They made it easy to schedule an appointment. They changed my fluids and did a curtsy inspection. They gave me an easy to understand report of what services they did and what would need attention in the future! Would highly recommend anyone who needs a good mechanic shop!

I had an overall great experience taking my car here! Discount tire referred me here after damaging my wheel. They were able to get me in the same week and finish my car the same day I took it in. They kept me updated on how my car was doing and offered a free shuttle service to take me home. Every staff member I talked to was kind and very knowledgeable. Overall im extremely satisfied with the service I had done to my car and I will definitely take it here if I ever have any other issues with my vehicle.

I dropped my truck off for a week to get repairs done. Steve did a great job keeping me updated throughout the week via text. Super easy. Super efficient. If you re looking for a professional business to get your vehicle repaired or inspected this is the place to go!

I have been twice now, and they are so helpful. The staff is so friendly and work so fast! I am a college kid away from home who knows nothing about cars and they have made so easy. I always have such a great experience. Highly recommend for anyone in the Fayetteville area!!!

Super nice guys. Took care of me for an oil change while they were running a sale. Good work and did a complimentary inspection on the vehicle afterward. Don t listen to the people upset because there was something wrong with their car so they left a 1 star review. Also very nice waiting room with tons of amenities. I could hang out here all day!

Everything. The information, The awesome employees in front of the house and the technicians, the way the communication between those two teams and myself was flawless. The professionalism and courtesy is outstanding. All of that combined gained immediate trust in your business and staff. It also lead to my return within a week to fix another problem with my vehicle that was a complete surprise to me untill it was addressed in the post diagnosis after the oil change. You guys, are definitely my guys for my vehicles from now on. I'm gonna make sure everyone else knows about you guys, too. Very satisfied customer.

They have worked on my son's wheelchair accessible van several times and have done a great job. Each time they are very helpful when it comes to answering questions and they keep you posted on what's going on. While your vehicle is in the shop. And they are very honest about what needs to be fixed because we thought his van needed a starter and it did not. So I trust this place to be honest and to take good care of your vehicle and to fix it correctly.

I had a great experience at Christian Brothers. They were in constant communication with me, worked with me on pickup times, and provided a detailed report of service. Max shuttled me from home and picked me up on schedule. Overall, great service!

Took a Honda Odyssey in for a pre-purchase inspection to make sure everything looked good. They were very thorough and had everything detailed and documented and shared with me very quickly. The shuttle service is also extremely helpful.

I rarely post reviews, but after my recent auto service experience I felt that it was necessary.After getting a suspicious quote from a different local mechanic (both high in price and for services that I had gotten done not that long ago), my husband suggested that we get a second opinion. I am so thankful that we called Christian Brothers! Not only did they do the service which started this journey for $200 less than the other establishment, but they also said that the other service that was classified as "needs immediate attention" from the initial mechanic was absolutely not necessary saving me an additional $500. Not wanting to believe that a well known local establishment would be that dishonest, I actually had CBs check my brake pads twice to be sure. They could have easily taken advantage by reiterating what the original mechanic said, but instead they were honest and even very gracious towards the other business.I can't say thank you enough to Christian Brothers for their honesty, timeliness, and over all great service! I would definitely recommend!!

Great mechanic work combined with what I call "courting the customer." I like the peaceful waiting room, and nice coffee, and the bottle of water in the car was the cherry on top. I feel like Christian Brothers appreciates my business. I also value the reasonable prices and the friendly and honest people.
