The people, well mainly Cheryl, was is nice, she s good at her job. The rest of it wasJust a long wait. There wasn t a part there, so it took a couple of hours to get there plus it was lunch time. But when it was all said and done part of it was still under warranty so I got out of there with a good deal.

I ve gone to Chevrolet of Fayetteville for well over 2 years now after not having a good experience at other vehicle servicing business . I m always treated well . They seem to be in a good mood when I m greeted . I always get told two options should something happen and based I can afford. Thank goodness I have warranty on my car at the moment and haven t had any issue with that currently. Recently took it in for normal maintenance. I was in and out in less than an hr . The lobby area is clean and comfortable environment should you have to wait longer. Snacks are stocked should you need a pick me up. One thing I appreciate most is they don t treat me like I m just a woman who doesn t know anything . They treat me like anyone else and discuss all options to best fit my concerns.

I did not have an appointment to get an oil change. They got me in and out in a reasonable time. Friendly group of people. Price was cheaper than the quick oil change places that I've used in the past.

Fast service but, magically, after getting my tires rotated my tire pressure sensor stopped working. Of course they tried to charge me for the part/labor instead of repairing the problem they caused. Now I m left with a sensor that doesn t work.

I was able to schedule an appointment for a diagnosis easily online. It was an easy and convenient drop off time. Coby explained he would call once a service tech diagnosed the issue. He did soon after I dropped it off. He explained the problem and pricing of parts and labor. The problem was fixed within a few hours and I had my car back after work! Very courteous, timely, and efficient work.

I have had one of my cars serviced here for 9 years and just added an older car I just purchased. I have been very pleased with friendly personnel, prompt service, honesty and concern for my needs time after time that I have been there. I highly recommend them.

They kept in touch with me the whole time my car was in the shop. They were fast and the price wasn't too terrible. When I went in to get my car they were all very polite and brought me my car. Would recommend and will use again when it is needed.

We continue to operate in a strained supply chain, and communication is the name of the game.On this front Chevy of Fayetteville has lost my business forever. We took our volt in on 10/5 of this year for warranty work, and did not get it back until 11/30. Parts availability is an understandable limitation. However, the lack of communication through this process is what I found completely unacceptable. It took calls to GM corporate to suddenly start getting updates, and the car fixed within 2 weeks after that. Never any offer of a loaner. We had to call the dealer constantly to attempt to get updates, and even on the day of picking it up, they were confused about when it would be done, and couldn't communicate clearly that is was completed. I can no longer recommend this dealer I have been using for many, many years for my three chevys.In conclusion - happy GM customer, done with Chevrolet of Fayetteville and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Told to bring car in @2:00. Got there at 1:45 for oil change and rotation. At 3:30 I THOUGHT I saw my car come around. Waited till 4:00 walked up to counter, am I ready? My tech wasn t even there some other guy found paperwork . It was my car. Fast and friendly service. A little pricey, but I've always been pleased with the outcome.I'm coming back to edit my review because on this service date, I let the associates know that my check engine light had been coming on intermittently. I was told it would be checked out. Less than two weeks after my appointment, my light came back on and my car turned off on it's on while backing out of a parking space. I got it to start and rushed back to the dealership to see if they could assist and was told it would be two weeks before I could schedule an appointment. While I understand their schedule being filled, I feel my issue should've been a priority since I brought it up at the time of my previous appointment. Fortunately, I was able to go to Christian Brothers and have a thorough diagnoses and my car was up and running the next day. I have faithfully only had my car serviced and repaired by Chevy dealerships for the 9 years I've owned my car. Because of this incident, I'll be taking my service and repair needs to CB moving forward.Service: Oil change
