Absolutely fantastic experience!! My salesman James Pierce is hands down the best in the business!! Through this buying experience, I got to meet Marc Naples, the Chevrolet Sales Manager, who in my opinion, gave me the best buying experience I ve personally had in buying cars for over 20 years! I ve owned more than 70 vehicles throughout this time and through this buying process, James and Marc gave me the smoothest/hassle free experience I ve ever had. These guys are top notch and extremely friendly as well as not pushy. I think I can speak for most people when I say, that makes the process far more enjoyable and stress free. To end the transaction they put me in touch with another one of their awesome salesman, Blake Miller. This guy was super friendly and down to earth! He made the final steps of my purchase smooth and enjoyable! What a pleasure being able to work with these guys! Thanks again!!! I ll be back for more

Excellent Service! I went in for an oil change and received a full inspection of the vehicle as well as free tire rotation and balancing. I feel like there is more quality added when the actual dealership is involved in service repairs. The dealership has the most up to date information/specifications on the specific vehicle rather than just taking it to an oil service place where they just change a filter and add oil.

Great experience buying a new vehicle. Got to try 2 different models over several days to determine the best fit for me. Blake and Randy were awesome and made everything so easy, even helping me pair my phone to my new Chevy. Would definitely recommend Chevy of Fayetteville.

Chevrolet of Fayetteville has been by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Randy and Blake were amazing in their sales delivery. I have already purchased two vehicles from them and referred my brother to them as well. He flew in from Florida just to buy from them. Great people that are just there to look out for your best interest.

I am very disappointed. Three days after getting my service, I had a screw in my front driver tire. I took it to Discount Tire to get a repair. I learned while getting my service that I needed new bolts for my tires. It was so bad to point of not being safe even if I needed to put a spare on. I m wondering why didn t Chevrolet tell me this and they d just serviced my car. I m a single mother trusting that the company would do right by me. They told me about another service but didn t mention anything about my bolts for my tire. They just put the old bolts back on my car. I m just in disbelief.

Our family loves Fayetteville Autopark because of the people first and foremost. This is the third car we have purchased from Kendall Allen and Chris Bunch because we trust them and they are just so good at what they do! The dealership is neat, clean, and organized. Everyone we encounter is always friendly, and it shows on many of the google reviews.

This place is nothing short of phenomenal! Christian and Alfonso literally took out all the stress and all the wasted time. In and out in under 45 minutes, walked away with a new vehicle, the used one they gave MORE than we expected for trade, AND it was detailed, full of fuel, and completely ready to go whenever we pulled up to the dealership! I can t say enough good things about this place. If you want the best experience ever ask for Christian or Alfonso!

My 2021 silverado broke down and these guys told me they could look at it next day, in that time they have rescheduled appointments twice both times asking me to come in at 7am and they still havent even looked at the truck. Im absolutely annoyed with this lack of customer service and plan on taking my case to the corporate office. They have me stranded in a state i dont even live in because i would of taken it somewhere else had these people been honest and courteous. Instead they just lie to me and waste my time.

I m glad we made the sale, but it was a little difficult. At first the dealer didn t want to honor my GM Supplier Discount, but they ended up honoring it anyway. After some negotiation they ended up giving me a better value for my trade that I initially was given and also knocked down the price of the vehicle. All in all, it took about an hour and a half of negotiations (and we didn t leave until well after closing, which sucked because we had our 9-month old with us) but we ended up both getting what we wanted, and in the end we drove off with a brand new SUV :)Alejandro, Denver (I hope I m not getting that wrong), and Clark were great to work with.

Kendall made the whole experience so easy! She really gave me every option possible, but in a low pressure/kind way that is so appreciated! I will recommend her to anyone I know, and the dealer who completed the purchase paperwork Clark was very patient and kind too.

Getting my car fixed wasn't a problem. The amount of time it took was less than I expected. Kolby is always very helpful and I appreciate that! Only concern I had was having to pay an additional cost for parts I didn't know I needed upfront. The original diagnostic said I needed one part, but after installation that still didn't fix it. Thankfully I wasn't charged for the labor, but still spent more than I anticipated.

Colton was very professional yet not stuffy and not pushy at all. Brian closed the finance part and also wasn't pushy. We feel we received a fair deal. I don't buy cars often and partially because I dread it so bad. These 2 gentlemen showed me that buying a car doesn't have to be terrible. The 45 minute drive was worth it!

Levi and his team are so great at what they do. It s fun to go in. Levi goes above and beyond, sometimes making accommodations for me at the last minute. When I drop off, my car is finished when they say it will be. They are definitely an asset to the overall Chevy department!

If you re even thinking about buying a Chevy, and you don t visit Chevy of Fayetteville, then you re missing out. Customer service is still a priority at this dealership. Not only during the purchase but throughout your vehicle ownership. This is the third purchase for my family from this dealership. And our experience has been not only exceptional but consistent.
