Had the car for almost a month. I was told 'They' kept sending the wrong color. When he showed me what 'they' sent, the material was burried under what looked like years of material on rolls. Sunroof nolonger works and a year and a half later the headliner is starting to sag.

I came here asking for an install of a OEM cushion I purchased to replace the old one. Made a date for it, he was quick, accurate, and fair. Fantastic local business!

58 days after dropping off my seats to get reupholstered, I picked them back up in search of a company that would get the work done. The owner Charles was a real nice guy and probably does great upholstery, but appears inept at running a business. Unresponsive to text, calls and emails, I lost any confidence that he d ever actually get to my seats, which were the backseats to my truck, the seats my children ride on. I d strongly recommend anyone looking for great work in a timely fashion to look elsewhere. It s incredibly frustrating to deal with someone who won t even answer his business phone!

Chuck has rebuilt my f-350 truck seats , Chrysler town and country front seats Chrysler 300 center console and soon to rebuild the seats in my 300. Has worked on seats and headliners for friends and relatives. All have thanked me for recommending him. Chuck us a true artist. Sometimes art can not be rushed, so if you need something right away, this may not be the place. But if you want great craftsmanship at a really fair price, this is THE place.

Chuck replaced worn out RV Captain Chair upholstery. Matched 5 year old material perfectly and came to my house and removed the chairs and re-installed when completed. Much better material than the original and the workmanship was "top notch"! Great experience! I would highly recommend Charles Cassat Auto Upholstery. I had previously taken my car to Hog City Customs in Springdale to have the headliner replaced, but they just didn't show up to work the entire day of the appointment, despite the fact I had set the appointment a week in advance. They didn't answer the phones and they had no voice mail. Very unprofessional. Hog City Customs also insisted I would need to have the windshield removed to replace the headliner, so I had scheduled an appointment with an Auto Glass shop for that same morning (when they didn't showed up to work). The Auto Glass place said they tried calling Hog City Customs earlier in the week, with no answer.So the next week I brought my car to Charles Cassat Auto Upholstery. What a difference in the experience! He was incredibly professional and courteous. He did the work for half the price, because he didn't need to remove the windshield. He said he would rather remove the seat than force the customer to go through the trouble (and expense) of removing the windshield. And the work looks incredible! Definitely high quality. It has completely changed the feel of the interior.

I have used him twice. The first time I had a seat recovered and the work was excellent. The second time he recovered a couple of A pillar covers for me while I waited. I have read other reviews and can not believe this man is anything but polite and honest. I have had dealings with people that I knew could easily go sour and they obviously have no issues with being rude. This man is just not that guy. He is good at what he does and his shop is busy because of it. The price on both occasions was not only fair but for the work I'd say was cheap. I am extremely happy with the outcome on both. I will use him again in the future.

Charles worked on my Honda magna motorcycle seat as it was tearing on some of the seams. His shop is full of cars and seats you can tell he's a very busy man. However he does very quality work for a very good price. He is kind and fair. Took a little longer than expected, However that is understandable for the Corona virus circumstances. Overall would highly recommend Charles.

Count me as one of those who has no idea where the negative comments came from. I've been to see Chuck three times, the latest just this morning, and I've have always been treated with the utmost dignity and courtesy. Truly one of the nicest gentleman I've ever known. Chuck is an absolute artist when it comes to the upholstery trade. I've never seen anyone in his league when it comes to quality and workmanship. I would not have any reservations recommending him to anyone needing his services and in the event I need additional upholstery work done, I'm taking it to him.

Iv had nothing but great dealings with this company. Every time I go there he is always working. And working hard. I will never take my car anywhere else. He does the most extraordinary jobs on what ever I bring him. They have never not even once been rude or make me feel unwelcome or uncomfortable being there. So I have to give the down to earth honest men who do an exceptional job a big high 5 on the star chart. I wish I could give yall a 10 star review. Thanks guys for all that you have done for me.

Well I'm sorry to say I cannot give a high recommendation to this place, I'm sure they do excellent work (which is why a friend of mine recommended this place to me) and so I was hoping I could have my 1969 VW bug reupholstered here. I took the car there this afternoon and was met with nothing but rudeness by the owner, who obviously didn't want to do the job but didn't have the decency to be honest about it. He kept interrupting me when i tried to answer his questions, told me my seat covers didn't fit right and cut me off when I tried to explain that I was going to have him add the padding under them, and basically told me all the materials I had to redo the seats were wrong. OK fine, I'll deal with that -- but then I asked him about installing a headliner. He quoted me a very high price for my headliner, and when I told him I had gotten a lower quote from a competing business, but they had kept my car for 3 months without doing anything which is why I was bringing it to him, he said it was because they didn't want to do the job-- THEN he told me it would be 3 months before HE could get to it. So, if you're going to accuse the other place of not doing anything with my car for 3 months because they didn't want to do it, then tell me you're not going to be able to get to it for 3 months, why not just be honest and tell me you don't want to do it either? Bottom line is this: I was very excited to have thought I found a place that would take care of me and my car, especially with all the glowing reviews I read here-- but the surprising rudeness and disrespect with which I was treated made me never want to deal with this place again-- yeah you had a Maserati in your garage that you were working on, good for you--but guess what, VW bugs are cars too and some of them like mine that have been in the family since new have sentinetal value as well, just like your high dollar exotic sports cars. Sorry you didn't want my business but you didn't have to be rude and dishonest about it- that's most decidedly NOT the way to win new customers. If he wants to make amends he is more than welcome to contact me or leave a response here and apologize.

As a Christmas present for my wife, I was converting her cloth seats to leather. Spoke to Chuck about it. He said he d order the leather and it should be in week after Christmas. I said okay. And guess what? Never heard a word. Followed up multiple times. It s now January 24th, and he hasn t even called me back. Just nothing. No response to messages left. So the excuse of something happened unexpectedly is not valid. Not sure if he does good work, cause he refused to even speak to me. My guess is you should probably look for other Upholestry shops.

Had my quad cab headliner replaced in 4 hrs on a Saturday. Looks like it came from the factory. Lowest estimate I found in NWA. Highly recommended!

Charlie has my vintage sports car for months and didn t do the work he promised me and when I took my car back he was very rude and used really bad language in front of my daughter and wife. He also made a very inbappropriate observation about my wife s body. Terrible dirty old man. Avoid this place.
