These guys are top notch professionals, very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. The last two auto shops I had gone to in Fayetteville gave me the runaround about start date and completion date. Made an appointment with C&C and they took care of me the day appointed within a matter of hours. They also have a key box if you wanna drop it off after hours. Sincerely happy with their service and experience I felt like writing this review.Service: Air conditioning

I bought a 2003 Ford E150 conversion van with multiple issues and went to C&C. I had visited them once before, years earlier with another vehicle and was pleased with their work, so I returned again. The multiple issues of the van required multiple visits and during each visit they were very thorough, informative, and professional. They addressed the van's issues as well as my concerns every single time. And each time, the van was greatly improved and my concerns put at ease. There were no surprise charges and their pricing was very competitive. When parts came in that proved to be defective, in one way or another, they warrantied the work completely and quickly.Over the course of the last couple of months, they have certainly earned my business and I will return. They're great folks doing good quality work, at a competitive price, in a timely manner. What more could one ask for?! All the way!

We are fairly new to the area and with that begins finding local services that are knowledgeable, professional and honest at a good price. I will say in C&C we found this thus far. Our experience with Jake and Cory was good, a few set backs with faulty/hard to find parts that were not in their control but they stayed the course. In fact we will be taking our truck in soon to them for some transmission work and will update our review as that transpires.

These people are not good. I would not take my truck to them if you have something that is not a common fix. They will just start replacing stuff that doesnt need to be changed. They told me that I had a Bad IWE Actuator on my truck that was cuasing me to have vibration. They told me that this was the cuase of my vibration and that fixing this would fix my proplem. $850 later they called me to tell me that my vehicle was ready and it didnt fix a thing. They told me it was because they didnt fix the other side of my truck which would not have fixed my problem at all. I proceded to take my truck back and take it to a real mechanic that could fix my problem and they told me it was a transmission shutter and they fixed my truck for a fraction of the cost. Before I took it I checked myself if the IWE was holding pressure and it was. They had lied to me and said they checked the other side and said it was leaking. I know for a fact they didnt becuase on the line I had a zip tie on it and it was never cut off. I payed C and C to fix my truck and they didnt try help me at all after I told them my problem wasnt fixed. Do not take your car or truck to these guys if you dont already know what the problem is because they will just start changing stuff that doesnt need to be fixed.

My daughter is attending college out of state, so having a trustworthy mechanic nearby means a lot to me and my husband. We experienced two mechanical situations where we needed to bring my daughter's car in. Both times we received affordable, efficient, and quality service. I can't compliment C&C enough -- they treated my daughter like she was family and went above and beyond any of my expectations. Huge thank you to Corey and Jake and all of the C&C Crew!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Had an obscure car issue and was expecting a large payment. They explained the issues they found, gave recommendations, and reduced the price according to the work that was actually done. They've definitely earned my trust.

You don t always know what you are going to get when going to a new auto shop. I m always hesitant and skeptical. But, I had a friend recommend C&C because of how thorough they were with his vehicle. And I m happy to report I received the same thorough and high quality work. I got two new tires and an alignment. I ve never had an auto shop go in such detail and really explain what makes a good alignment. They even ordered a new bolt that doesn t come from the factory to actually do the alignment correctly. After taking it out on the interstate everything feels very stable. And I don t have any more vibration at 75mph. In any case, Jake and the rest of the crew did a great job providing timely and sincere service. I d trust these guys and be happy to go here again when I need more maintenance. Thanks!

These folks are terrific. My whole extended family takes their vehicles to them. Straightforward, understandable, super-competent, and their pricing seems way better than other auto places in town. They have kept my 20-year-old Honda alive and kicking well past its prime. And they are so nice! I've never had better service.Services: Electrical, Oil changeServices: Electrical, Oil change

Had my vehicle towed earlier this week as the starter had gone out. I also had a brake issue that I was putting off. I was concerned with cost, but the quoted prices came back reasonable and I was able to afford both repairs. To accommodate my schedule they had it ready very quick and I was able to pick it up that evening. Gave and Cory were very helpful. They also provided some helpful suggestions for future repairs that I thought were an issue. Will be taking our business there going forward.

Highly recommend! My daughter drives an Audi and it is difficult to find mechanics to work on them. They were very thorough, honest and communicated with me regarding her repair. We live in a different state and she goes to school at U of A. We definitely recommend C&C and will be back for all of her auto needs.

Great shop. They are very knowledgeable. They are always able to diagnose the problem regardless of the make and model. Corey and Jake are great to work with. I've never had any problems out of any of my dealings with them. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good mechanic.

We are from out of town when our Chrysler Town & Country minivan died on the side of the highway. We had our vehicle towed to C&C and the staff there quickly diagnosed the issue and got us up and running again that same day! They even had a recommendation of a nice walking path nearby to take the kids for a few hours while we were waiting for our vehicle to be fixed. Two thumbs up!

Corey and Gabe are great to work with. They made me feel confident and comfortable with my car in their hands from the first time I talked to them. Previous mechanical work from out of state on my car had been horrible. While replacing my transmission, these guys noticed other needs my car had. They called me and told me about the problems and informed me of costs for small parts to get my approval before fixing them. Despite all the extra work and parts put into my car (eg. critical bolts are completely missing, this completely unrelated part was installed backward) it was finished on time, and VERY close to the original estimate. They explained everything they fixed to me and told me about the next services I should need. I am so happy to have a full service mechanic that I can completely trust with my vehicles. I definitely recommend them.

Took my car in a couple of months ago for some sensor and front end work. After dropping $4,000 I got my car back a few days later and noticed there was damage done to my front end under the driver side headlight.I called them immediately and Corey seemed very adamant about taking care of the issue and offered to come out to my house to take pictures to take to his guy, and told me not to worry that he would take care of it.Once he got to my house he tried every which way possible to back out of it even insulting my intelligence. Claiming there was NO WAY the damage could have happened at his shop and went on to find more damage that looked and felt fresh only to blame me. Saying I was driving into my driveway tearing up my bumper or that someone else in a parking lot did it and I just now noticed. Claiming the gouges in the concrete driveway were caused by me.I would have to be driving pretty fast and be oblivious to my car bottoming out to cause the kind of damage done to my driveway by the previous tenants. After further belittling and insulting of my intelligence he asked me what I think should be done. At that point I was done with the insults and past his false claims and narratives to try and back out our previous agreement. For this I will not be returning in the future and will not recommend.

Inconsistent service quality. One staff is really nice and friendly, he helped me gather the prices of parts and talked to the dealers to get quote; which made me decide that I ll get my car fixed here. However, another staff was very unfriendly and impatient. After I decided to not get my car repaired since it doesn t worth it, he accused me of not towing my car during the icy weekend when I was even not in Fayetteville. I said I ll tow the car the next day because I was busy but he towed my car right after the call and told me it was partially because I left a one-star rating. If you want service with good attitude, find another place.

We were traveling from out of state and our brakes seized up and we were stranded. The guys at C&C helped us out and got us in when countless other shops said no. Our family would recommend them for work on your car or truck. Support people who take care of people!

I have been taking my Toyota minivan to C&C for over a year now. I usually only take my car to the dealership for any work it needs. After taking my van to both places I now only take my car to C&C. I chose them over the dealership for a couple of reasons. They are much faster, much cheaper, their work is just as good as the dealership, and they have never tried to push any repair or maintenance on me that was not necessary. I trust them to explain to me honestly and clearly what is wrong with my vehicle and charge me a fair price to repair it. I want to make my van last as long as possible and to avoid damage due to lack of care. I'm glad I found these guys. I've never felt more comfortable with a mechanic.

My wife's 97 LX450 has burned and leaked oil since we purchased it used 10 years ago. It doesn't appear the previous owner was very diligent with maintenance. The oil leak got much worse recently, to the point I was afraid it might catch fire since there was so much oil coated on the undercarriage.I went to a few other shops and they stated the leak was in multiple places and could cost anywhere from $1000 to $3000 due to the time to replace the 3 gaskets they identified. One of the gaskets they identified was the rear main seal, which requires either the engine or the transmission to be removed, and due to this, these shops said this was a bigger job than they could take on (removing engines).I called Corey at C & C and asked him how much he would charge to replace the previously identified gaskets. He said he would prefer to look for himself, rather than go off someone else's work.It took some time for him to get the vehicle cleaned up, but he found the primary leak (different gasket from what the other shops identified) and fixed it for $300.He could have just fixed what the other shops had identified and charged me thousands of dollars, but he didn't. If that's not the definition of an honest mechanic, then I'm not sure what is.Corey has been very good to work with and easy to talk to.I hope I don't have many more vehicle repairs, but if I do I will certainly return to C & C and would certainly recommend to others.Quick update...6/11/18Have continued to get repair work done at C&C on both of our vehicles that have high mileage (one at 230k and another at 300k). Excellent work, and stand behind their warranty. Have not gone anywhere else since my previous review and have no plans to.

***UPDATE 3********I have since taken both of my cars back to C&C automotive for minor repairs. Every time, Corey has been incredibly helpful! He has done quality work for a very reasonable price. I've referred friends in the area to C&C Automotive, knowing he'll provide great service at an honest price!

Recently bought a late 90 s GM truck from my little brother, that had been abused then neglected. About a week after I limped it over to C&C I had a relatively new truck. Everyone I talked to was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. 5/5 would recommend, ...and will go back...near future plans for gear change/lockers/disc brake conversion.

After I moved to Fayetteville in 2008, I knew eventually I would need a mechanic. I discovered C&C through the advice of a friend, and have never looked back! Corey and his team are reliable, fair, honest, and overall really great people. I never feel like Corey is charging me for services not needed on my vehicle, and the services that my vehicle does need from time to time is completed in a timely manner.C&C is easy to work with, and I always feel like my car is in good hands. Also, he's the man for oil changes! Avoid the dealership, and support local!

Brought my truck in for unknow issue. Explained my tight schedule and need to get back home. They diagnosed my issues and repaired! I was concerned they wouldn t get it done before COB but they stayed over a little bit and got me taken care of! Great service!

Most likely are competent mechanics, but are more interested in making money than helping you get down the road. Charged me $60 for a "diagnostics" that was a document with less than a quarter of my vehicles issues detailed on it. Also quoted me 3x the price of other local shops.

In town for a basketball tournament and stranded w car problems. Took car in at 10am. Walked to the taco place for lunch and it started pouring rain. Was about to hire a Lyft when my phone rang and it was Gabe from C&C asking if I needed a ride back to the shop. Good customer service. And finished the work in time so I didn t miss the game. I recommend.

Screwd me out of more money than I could afford for starters; replaced parts that had already been replaced a year prior and after telling me he was the only certified VW mechanic he could only work on it in his free time. He had my car for over 6mo. and took me for $1750.00 and I paid him on time every time my car was returned still not running properly!

I'm a huge car enthusiast and this is hands down the worst place I have ever taken one of my cars. They are very impatient, hateful, and arrogant. One of the workers yelled at me because I was upset with the job they did on my car. They think you don't know about cars and THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, no matter what and can't accept something when they're wrong or have done a bad job. Even if you have a mechanical engineering background in the automotive industry. The are very un-professional and couldn't even perform the simplest of jobs on my car properly
