Bought wheels to replace one i broke from winter weather. Trey ordered the tires i wanted, mounted, balanced and even aligned the truck for us! Thanks Trey for all your help!

I'm sitting here in their waiting room, an Hour and 30 minutes PAST my appointment time, was told my vehicle was next 45 minutes ago (it wasnt) so don't expect them to be anywhere near their schedule; Firestone is more prompt and usually ready for the customers' set appointment time; not 3 vehicles- and 2 hours- behind schedule on a "slow day".I doubt I return.

I sent my son to get a tire patched or replaced depending on what they recommended at Big O tire in Fayetteville Arkansas. They told him it wasn t patch able so he said replace it. It was a tire for 2021 Toyota Camry. It cost me 260 dollars to replace 1 tire on a Toyota Camry. They claim it was the cheapest tire in stock for that car. My son is 20 and has never dealt with this stuff before. They totally took advantage of him. 260 dollars for a small sedan tire is absurd. I will not be giving them my business again. It s a Big O brand tire. It s not even a name brand tire. So frustrating!

Last Thursday I was in an emergency situation needing an alignment and a tire that was just hanging on by treads. The competitor where I originally purchased the tires were unable to get me in. I contacted Big O Tires through a recommendation and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Later I was able to leave with a new set of tires and an alignment. Thank you Josh, Trey and gang for the good work!!!!

My husband made an appt to have a new set of tires put on our truck. i had questions regarding the details of cost break-down and phoned back twice to ask our salesman, Trey, a thousand questions and during the whole process he was nothing but kind, patient, and professional. He made sure I had everything I needed and did it in the nicest way. It is so hard to find good customer service these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it in a tire shop, of all places! I would not hesitate to recommend Big-O or Trey to anyone who needs their services. I know we will be back and we ll be asking for you, Trey! Thank you for a great experience!

Very satisfied with the service I received at Big O this week. From start to finish I was kept informed about what my vehicle needed, how much it would cost and great follow up. They got me in and out the same day, at a price well below what I was quoted elsewhere. Josh was super helpful in explaining everything as well as following up to see if everything was driving well 2 days later. I will be bringing my vehicle in for all my future maintenance needs.

I went in for repairs for three tires with slow leaks. They repaired the tires, and broke some of the lug studs. No problem- it's an older vehicle. But they didn't have replacement studs on hand. (Maybe a tie shop should?) They sent me out the door missing two studs on one of my wheels and said I'd need to come back. I did, and they did not replace the missing studs. The man said they were waiting for a "special tool" that they needed and did not have. (Again, maybe a tire shop ought to have had this tool?) He said he'd call me when they receive this tool so I could come in to complete the repair. A week later and they still haven't called me. It's fine, though. My husband has this "special tool" that Big O is apparently missing- it's called a hammer. He knows how to replace the missing studs and will do it tomorrow. Next time I need a tire repaired I will not be using Big O. Unprofessional, and poorly equipped.

My experience here was great! The staff is very friendly and got everything I needed done efficiently. If you need any work done on your car, I recommend Big O Tires. They also give college students 10% off which is a plus!

They politely and efficiently checked the air pressure in all four tires after a tire pressure warning light appeared on a cold morning. All was OK. I tried to tip the nice young man but he explained this was not allowed at Big O Tires. I will return!

Great customer service at this location! They take care of the customer! couldn't be happier. I found big O tire out west in st George Utah by accident. Bought a set of tires from them and been hooked ever since. No other commercial chain tire shop can compare. They are affiliated with merchants tire, tire Kingdom, and NTB. But if you can get to a Big O I highly recommend it. I travel for work so it's nice to have the other brands for tire rotations and flat fixes. But when I can I always always choose Big O

I've used Big O Tires for the last 7 years. It wasn't until the last few years that I've had issues. I went in for a couple of flat repairs only to be met with the comment, "we can't fix...it's too close to the sidewall...you will need a new tire". I heard them mention this to two other customers while I was there last. I refused service and took the tire elsewhere where they fixed it. The industry standard is 1/2 inch for the steel sidewall, but Big O Tire standard is 1 1/2 inch. Seems like a standard to just try and upsell to customers versus actually having the customer in mind. Needless to say they have lost a long standing customer.

This shop did a great job changing my daughter s tire late in the day. They were getting ready to close and she needed to leave town. They stayed and got the job done so she could make her trip. Great service.

I came in tonight and received not only the worst vehicle service experience of my life, but probably the worst experience with any service establishment of any kind period. I made an appointment for 4PM today for a simple oil change, something that should take 20 minutes. They confirmed my appointment, which you would assume meant that at 4 they would have somebody to work on it right? Wrong. I sat in the lobby from 3:55-6:00 and my truck did not even get pulled into the shop, much less get an oil change. I wasted two hours of my life that I will never get back, just for my truck to spend the whole time in the same parking lot that I parked it in. I inquired once about the status of my vehicle; but was given no information. This is unacceptable, confirming a customer s appointment and then allowing them to sit for two hours and do nothing about it when they arrive on time. To make matters worse, as I waited I saw one of the worker dudes messing around in the parking lot and in the shop in the red big o tires truck. He was laughing while squealing the tires and speeding up and smashing the brakes. This included pulling through the garage door into a bay at a very fast speed, then smashing the brakes, then accelerating again while inside. I was so glad to know that the workers are making good use of their time while I wait 2 hours for a simple oil change. If I could give zero stars, I would. After two hours of waiting, I took my keys and left because I wouldn t even trust them to drive it from the parking lot. No way these irresponsible, unprofessional individuals will be working with important parts of my engine. If you care about your vehicle, or your time go literally anywhere else. I would probably trust a toddler with an impact to do a better job than these clowns.

Justin at big o tires was most likely the most helpful employee I have ever interacted with at a tire shop. Extremely professional and made sure I was helped quickly and efficiently while getting me the best deal possible. Would highly recommend them for any of your needs when it comes to tires.

I always seem to have trouble with my car all at once, and a while back, I noticed my car was making a weird noise. I had taken it to Seeburg, had them look at it, and they couldn t tell what the problem is. They told me to come back when it got worse and that the wheel shouldn t fly off, at least. I went to Big O Tires recently just for an oil change, but since they do a general check on the car they also found that my ball bearing was busted on one of my wheels. Good to know that SOMEONE in town is able to tell me what s up with my car, even without me asking. I didn t get them fixed today, but it s because the technician working with my was knowledgeable and was able to inform me that I should be fine for a month or so. An actual timeline does wonders, who would have guessed? Thanks for being reliable, Big O.

We had a tire literally break off of our jeep while towing it behind our motorhome! Being from out of state we had no idea who to contact or where to go for help! Big O Tires in Fayetteville was recommended, I gave them a call. Justin and the team had us repaired and back on the road safely in 24 hours!! A big SHOUT OUT to Justin and the entire team!!! Had a great experience first experience. Ordered a set of truck tires for next day install, but the wrong ones came on the delivery truck. Instead of having to comeback, they offered to install the better tires they had in stock at no extra charge.

Before my trip this past year they took care of me the day that I called. They were fully booked but still found the time to squeeze me in and get everything taken care of for me. Everyone on their team is amazing and the mechanics don t get enough credit on the work they do!

The employee who pulled my car out damage my front plastic piece under my bumper because he pulled too close to the curb. The employee knew he damaged my car, but instead of telling his supervisor, he just brought my keys in. When I informed the manager, Josh Newman, he was very nonchalant, and acted as if I had to pay for it myself to get fixed. When I let him know very firmly that was not going to happen he then relinquished and said I could take it to Gerber collision and glass Farmington, Arkansas, and that big o tires would pay for it.I don t recommend this place at all if you have a nice vehicle or just anything that you take pride in because this place does not take pride and its work, and are very deceitful

Service is excellent. Employees are attentive and concerned about customers. On my way home from work at 6am after a 12 hour shift something was in the road I couldn t see and I ran over it. The lights were on at Big O tires but it was before opening. The young man still came out to check my tires and make sure they were safe to drive. Always professional!

Appointment at 11:30 for tire rotation and oil change. It took 2.5 hours for them to complete the service. Then tried to charge me for tire rotation even though I purchased the tires from them and have free rotation.
