My car had trouble starting and so I asked someone at this AutoZone if they could check my battery. Tamera was nice, patient, polite and checked it. It had corrosion so she cleaned it for me and then was kind enough to add pads and grease to prevent any more. Great customer service!

All-in-all, the staff are verbally helpful and go the distance by being alongside to guide.December last year, a manager of the store, found a mirror in layaway after being opened. She listened to my problem with the universal mirror previously bought prior to searching for a solution.It wasn't until this weekend I returned to the store and bought a number of battery accessories only to return some of them. Unfortunately, I didn't have my cell phone to validate the receipt. Luckily, Sabrina was there and validated via time and register. I was disappointed by my battery's j-hooks and she cordially remarked about them while providing instruction on how to resolve the issue.During the times I visit the store (about once a quarter), I witness the staff listening multiple use-cases and sometimes reviewing the physical situation; you'll sometimes find them wiping their hands before assisting.

I recently came in due to a bum battery on my girlfriends fiat. Staff were very kind, helpful, and quick. I have now been here a handful of times and this experience has been similar throughout the different visits and staff members. Thank you.

Nina is amazing!!! She has gone out of her way to help me everytime I ve came in to get new pieces for my car! Highly recommend asking to work with her! Super friendly as well! I wish all customer service was that superior!!

My vehicle sat in my garage for a week with a dead battery bc I couldn t get it in neutral & my car-savvy family member was out of town. When we were able to jump my car, it was definitely the battery needing replaced. At 7:30 on a Sunday, in the freezing weather, the Auto Zone team at work was not only willing to answer my stupid questions, but Caitlan explained my new warranty to me, and Tony offered to replace my battery for me on the spot! In less than 10 minutes, I was back on my way, feeling much better knowing I wouldn t run into the same issue in the morning taking my kiddo to school!! Great customer service and I made them give me their names because I WANTED to leave a Google Review after the way they took care of me. I grew up in Fayetteville so I know there s a lot of places to go, but 10/10 would suggest coming to the OG Auto Zone on College!

Just went by the Autozone on College Ave. in Fayetteville to help my girlfriend replace a battery. A guy named Chris helped her and he couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. A credit to the Autozone organization.

I went in today and was greeted Nina before I was completely in the store. I needed a few items, she even checked in the back for one that wasn't in stock on the floor. She then put my new wiper blades on, checked my oil, and asked if I needed anything else.Nina totally rocks as a customer service rep for Auto Zone. I have been an Auto Zone customer for more than 5 years now, but this was my first visit in Fayetteville. It's great to find a place with awesome staff who know what they are doing and seem to enjoy their job. Thank you Auto Zone!

I enjoy doing business with this store and this staff. I can show up with a list of car filters (or whatever) I need, show it to them, they will pick them out and even install them when I don't have a clue where they go. This bunch is great and extremely helpful. Don bailed me out the other day and can't say enough good about him.

I was able to come in and pick up my oil change items quickly. The associates are friendly and very helpful. I have used AZ for many years. I have been a resident of Fay for over 30 yrs. AZ usually has a good price, and can get the right part. I like the points accrued for use for a discount.

Realized there was an issue with my tail lights after a long day at work. No matter what I tried they wouldn t turn off! I went to Auto Zone to buy a screwdriver because I decided that I was just going to take the bulbs out and deal with it the next day. Then, at least, my battery wouldn t die overnight.Instead, I was met with EXCELLENT customer service and walked out with my problem completely resolved. The two guys behind the counter were eager to step in and help me find exactly what I needed. Once I explained what the issue with my brakes was, one of the men, Miguel, volunteered to fix it at no cost. He was extremely knowledgeable of Honda vehicles and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I was so impressed with his expertise and helpful attitude! Great visit overall I ll definitely be back.

My SUV's battery decided five years was enough. Called Auto Zone on College, yes they have one for my SUV. Unbeknowst to me, batteries are not necessarily easily accessible in newer vehicles. Both of us are seniors, neither with much car repair knowledge. The young sales clerk in AZ had my new battery ready. I asked if he would consider putting it in my vehicle. "It depends on where the battery is located", he replied. Wouldn't you know, the battery is behind the motor, under the dashboard. I explained my sweetheart is a retired surgeon, without car repair knowledge and his is in his 80s. Without hesitation, this young man went inside, got the new battery and some tools, went to work. Any questions about the five star rating?? LOL

I came in asking for suggestions of mechanics in the area. Olive went above and beyond to make sure we're set up for success! They called a few mechanics for us to make sure we got in quickly, it was a great experience.

Miguel was very helpful when I needed a new car battery quickly. He advised me on what to buy and even connected it for me while I waited. And he was super friendly too. Ask for him next time you go in!

I visited to have some headlights from a different store put in for me and manager Miguel did it so quickly and efficiently while also teaching me a bit. He was super helpful, polite, and welcoming. I m honestly shocked at how efficient and nice the interaction was considering he replaced my bulbs super quickly!

Miguel did a wonderful job in assisting me! He helped me to find a battery that was great for my car in price and value, and also stood in the freezing cold to help me install it! Over all I would definitely recommend them! Great service! keep it up!

Miguel went above and beyond! He s respectful, kind, has good suggestions, and explains what he s doing every step of the process. He even pointed out another part under my hood that s going to have to be examined. He looks out for people and that s uncommon, definitely a keeper.

After trying to replace my windshield wipers myself, I thought I had broken them and was panicked that I would have a large repair bill from Subaru. I called auto zone and spoke with Diana J. She was witty and helpful and told me to come by and they would take care of it. She fixed the problem, showed me how to do it, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. What a great experience!

So I m not much of a car person but I knew my windshield wipers needed to be replaced and that I needed new wiper fluid for the ice on my windshield. Miguel was SO helpful!! He was very amiable, made friendly conversation and gave me his best recommendations, then he installed everything for me! 10/10 recommend asking for him on your next trip there!
