I was warmly greeted at the automobile service area. I left my car for service but area was comfortable if you chose to stay. I will try them again. However, I appreciate the details and benefits of using the dealership. With that said I was disappointed that my car was not washed or vacuumed. I specifically moved items from the front seat to make it easy. They did wash the car after I requested it but when I returned it was not vacuumed. I had called twice to have them add on another service check for AC. After leaving car i called back to confirm that add on because service advisor didn t mention it upon check in. It had not been communicated to him. They were very courteous and added it to the list after my call. I think everyone is understaffed and that makes it even harder. Looking forward to my next experience there!

Great customer service. Never feel like I'm being gouged for money. Cannot say enough good things about this team. Truth be told, I've never trusted a dealership before to give me an honest quote or even an oil change, but this team is the main reason I will only own an Acura from here on out.

Excellent, on-time check in, diagnosis, with detailed, informative feedback. Then the vehicle was ready when advisor had said it would be, with all service fully taken care of. I will buy my future vehicles from this dealership because of the excellent service and especially the Advisor, Kim Anderson.

Very pleased. First visit to service with my new MDX. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Work was performed promptly and well done. I had heard good things, and it is true. And in this day and time good service is hard to find. Very glad I bought my car here!!!

Every time I come for service, they are friendly, professional, thorough, etc. My most recent visit was tough for them - shorthanded due to staff illness. Still they did the work quickly and I was on my way in no time!

Steve the service manager is honest, no non-sense approachable service manager. Steve only does what is necessary and ensures his mechanics are not wasting time. Perry Butcher is our salesman for our Acura s. He has been outstanding in helping us find the perfect vehicle along with helping us get our MDX serviced on time. I couldn't be more pleased. Even after they recommended adding the air & cabin filter replacements, they were still able to keep the appointment to the anticipated one hour (including a wash and vacuum). I ve been coming to Acura since I got my car in 2014. Service has always been so helpful and accommodating. This is my first time leaving a review but I have to say that Kim and Steve at the front desk are great! Acura in Fayetteville was fantastic to work with when my keys got stolen and needed to be reprogrammed and replaced. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in the next Monday. Kenny was very helpful and attentive overall the service appointment only took about 20 min. He went above and beyond by even reprogramming my spare key, along with making the new Driver 1 and Driver 2 keys. Highly recommend everyone I have worked with at this location!Services: Electrical, Battery

We had our 2022 MDX Type S Advanced serviced for routine maintenance, oil change, etc. The service staff was very helpful and professional. Appointment was completed on time with a call to let us know when the car was done.
