Darin Tran were amazing! He sold me 2023 Honda CRV, 2023 Acura RDX, 2024 Acura MDX and a 2024 Toyota fully loaded Limited Tundra. He is super down to earth and really helpful. He will work hard with you and for you to get the right vehicle for you without ripping you off! I highly recommend anyone to go see Darin and you won t regret using him. He is very professional and good at what he does. Best customer service ever!

I highly recommend Acura Fayetteville. Sophie Crane was our sales person, and I highly recommend her. She provided a professional, straightforward buying experience . I live in Little Rock, and she made it very convenient to negotiate the sale before I ever drove to Fayetteville.

Perry was awesome to work with! He was great at communicating and got me into exactly what I was looking for. No price gouging or market adjustments that a lot of dealers are trying to do right now. Just sold me the car for msrp. Couldn t have been easier. I felt well taken care of. Perry was also very knowledgeable which I appreciated. I ve been to a lot of dealers where the sales guy didn t have answers to my questions about the vehicle I was interested in.

We ve had two great service appointments here. Easy to schedule, prompt and friendly service. We appreciate that they will go the extra mile: a nice wash and vacuum, explaining (again) the controls on my steering wheel. Nice waiting area if you opt to wait while your vehicle is serviced.

I recently bought a used vehicle here from out-of-state and my experience was as seamless as possible. They were able to give me a valuation of my trade-in before I even hit the road to the dealership.The finance manager was no nonsense and didn t try to load me up on things that weren t relevant to me.Even after the purchase, when I needed assistance registering my vehicle in a different state, Perry Butcher was extremely helpful and prompt.If you are in the market for a vehicle, in or out-of-state, this is a great dealership to visit.Thanks again to Perry, Joel, and the rest of the staff.

We went in with no intention of buying and having had bad experiences with salespeople in the past, I was hesitant. But Sophie Crane had the warmest greeting, comfortable to talk to, wasn t pushy but willing to give her time to let us test the waters , she made the overall experience for us a great one! I love our new Acura and definitely recommend seeing Sophie if you go there!

Service Department - Giving them one star since the service folks were friendly. I was quoted 1 1/2 hours to service the transmission on our 2018 Acura RDX FWD. I was quoted $169.00 for the service. We drove almost two hours (Russellville). We arrived just before 1:00 PM for our scheduled appointment. The staff were in some sort of meeting. The car was taken back around 1:05 PM. I was called to the desk to pay and pick up our car at 1:35 PM (30 minutes). I was advised the transmission had been serviced, fluid changed, software updated, the car was test driven and washed. The bill was $298. The labor charge was $220.00 That equates to approximately $440.00 per hour for labor. This seems really steep to me. We will not be return customers and do not recommend this dealership. Go to Little Rock and save yourself some frustration.

We had a great experience working with Perry. He contacted us after an online inquiry and answered our questions before we even went in to the dealership. We went in for a test drive and came home with our first Acura. Everyone we worked with was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great place to purchase a vehicle. Perry spent a lot of time with us going over all the features of the RDX. We traveled 130 miles to purchase the RDX because our dealer wouldn t communicate with us.

Bubba was very honest, considerate of our budget and personal needs, and patient with us throughout the whole buying process. We never once felt rushed or pressured. This was our first time purchasing a car and we could not have asked for a better person to work with. We will definitely be coming back to buy from Bubba in the future and would recommend him to any family and friends looking to buy. So thankful we stumbled across this place and that our experience was smooth and stress free. The finance staff member that helped close our deal was also so helpful and pleasant. I was so pleased with my experience at Acura at Fayetteville auto park. Both the sales person, Joel and the finance officer I worked with were kind and had a no pressure approach. I have sat at car dealerships for hours and hours before but Joel had all my paperwork ready and it was an hour and a half from the time I pulled in to the time I drove off in my new car. It was such a smooth transition. Any question I had was answered immediately and if I emailed or texted, they got back with me within 5 minutes (even at 7am)! I have had finance managers be extremely high pressure and I felt like I had to add multiple options just to be able to leave. This was not the case with my Acura purchase- he was very honest and didn t pressure me to buy anything. I signed my paperwork and was able to leave his office in 10 minutes. I would 100% buy from Fayetteville auto park again (as I have before) but I can definitely say acura was the best experience I ve had of any car I ve bought.

The service department is an awful and I have been trying for over a month to get in touch with the district manager & for some reason I ve been avoided. Looking over my paperwork noticed they charged me for 4 windshield wipers (so check your invoices) and was told my car was unsafe to drive and needed a new alternator, breaks all the way around, filters and windshield wipers $2300 worth of work that was suppose to fix my radio draining the battery guess what we had to tow our car back in and was told well we have driven the car 4,000 on the new battery and every seal was burned up in it but couldn t explain why. They have had my car for over a month and I finally get an email that it will just be way to expensive to fix the radio. So it s a 2012 if Acura products don t last longer than that everyone needs to know!!

This is our 2nd purchase with Barry at Fayetteville Auto Park this year. First my husband had a great experience in July so we went back. I had put off buying a new car for so long, the whole process of picking something out seemed overwhelming. My last experience buying a car for my son from a dealership down the road was awful and no one wanted to help find what he wanted or would return calls. Barry was super patient with me throughout the process of deciding (weeks!) and found the absolutely perfect car in my price range. Highly recommend!
