This auto shop is an absolute scam. I needed very minor repairs (new bumper clips, reattachment of fender trim) and was quoted at $1700. They kept asking about insurance before my quote and now I realize why. They can get more unnecessary things tacked on to your estimate that aren t needed but insurance will cover it. I went to a different shop and got a more realistic quote nearly $1300 less. Save your time and hard earned money!

I was rear-ended in May 2018 and did not get my car back until after almost two months, and even then it was not fixed like it should have been. During that time, I was told my car was completely fixed and ready to go on three separate occasions. On each occasion I found several issues wrong with my car and was told that the issues would be fixed. The first time I was told my car was ready to go, some of the paint that they had repainted was already coming off, the plastic on the inside of my tailgate came loose like it was about to fall completely off, and there were scratches on my back windshield wiper. There was even a spot on the roof of my car (that was not damaged in the accident) were it looked like someone had scratched it and then dropped some paint on top of it. I also informed them that one side of my taillights (including one license plate light) was brighter than the other side. I was told that they would fix these issues. The second time I was told that it was ready, I came and found loose pieces of plastic in the back of my car that had not been put back in place properly, a missing piece of plastic that goes in the back of my car, the inside of my car was very dusty and dirty, and the antenna on the roof of my car had scratches and sticky residue on it. Again, I received no apology for these issues, I was just reassured that they would be addressed. The third time I came to pick up my car after being told that all the issues were corrected, I found a small spot that did not get painted at all and there were several pieces of "trash" underneath the paint that caused little bubbles in the paint. I was told that they could easily fix these problems and they told me to come back in the morning. When I came back, they had painted the spot that did not have any paint, but the bubbles from the trash in the paint were all still there. I went inside and asked why they couldn't get them out and they said, "We strive for perfection, but sometimes you just can't get there." By this time I had been out of my car for almost two months and I was tired of dealing with the constant resurgence of issues. I decided to just take my car and drive it because most of the issues had been resolved. However, I still have bubbles in my paint and one side of the taillights on my car are dimmer than the other side, which is not at all aesthetically pleasing. I was not surprised to find one license plate light dangling from its wires when I walked to my car in the parking lot just yesterday. Completely unacceptable. Overall this has been by far the worst experience that I have had at any repair shop. It blows my mind that they tried to give me my car back three different times when all three times there were multiple things wrong with my car.

New Additions:This shop has gone down hill fast. You can tell you re just a number to these people. I went for a quote and they told me that I had to have an appointment and they couldn t even look at it for 2 weeks. I don t see how they stay in business. I ve started taking my business elsewhere.(Demoted Review to 2-Star)Old Review:Northwest Arkansas Collision Center is the absolute best! They do outstanding work and you cant ask for better customer service!! EVERYONE on their staff is awesome and friendly especially Morgan Boatright! I hit a deer in my Kia. My car was not functioning and Gerber sent a wrecker to retrieve my Kia from my driveway. And went to compile an estimate for my insurance company.

No need to respond back. The company before gerber. I used them. My wife and a deer had words. The damage was bad $4100 in all. Got another new car Had a fender bender. Had to wait around month to to drop it off to get it fixed. Then wait 3 weeks. Okay busy place had to wait on parts...Okay. Weeks in I called. A paint booth was down..they said it will be done this week. They did NOT do any painting on the car..huh.? Okay. They said they are going to re use what they can on the car...part kinda hard to get...new vehicle. Had to replace the panel cause it was destroyed by them taking it off. $8000?? Really a few more $1000 it would be half of what the car is worth. I understand labor parts are expensive but come on...a fender bender?? No wonder insurance car health whatever is so expensive. Us normal people trying to get by in life. Cant afford health car home or whatever insurance because businesses stick it to the insurance carrier. Our insurance goes up.

Im not one to leave reviews, but this was the most horrific experience that I have ever had at a business. Our timeline was 5 weeks and it ended up being 16 weeks that they had our vehicle. Since it was taking so long, they told us they would reimburse us partly for the rental fees that we were accruing. That ended up being a lie. They were dishonest along the way and most of the communication was when we reached out.. When I finally was able to pick up my car, my gas tank was on empty. I wish someone would have warned me about negligent and dishonest this business was.Service: Body & Trim

Had an accident with a deer, insurance sent us to Gerber, who told us to bring it back six weeks later to be fixed. We drove it, since it was only cosmetic damage, until the appointment. Well, the vehicle was totaled out by insurance company We bought the vehicle back from the insurance compay. We were told by Brock they'd get it back together and call us to come get it. They never called...we called them six days later to see if it was together yet, "No, too dangerous you'll have to tow it." Lazy liars. Please use Sines Body Shop, great service, they keep their word. We got the vehicle back in over 20 parts.

Great service! The staff at Farmington was extremely professional and ensured everything flowed smoothly for me. From calling Enterprise for confirmation to pick me up and notifying me every step of the way, the staff planned every step of the process. The guys in the back also did a great job fixing my car. NWA Collision Center is awesome. I would highly recommend them and I would certainly use their services again. I had extensive front end work done on my Subaru and after the repairs - it looks brand new. In addition to the repair being perfect, they washed and cleaned out the inside of my car. It looked like it just came off the showroom floor when I picked it up. The staff at the front desk is very friendly, polite and professional. I received frequent updates on the status of my car repairs. This is a great company to do business with! Thank you!!

Both times that I've gotten my car repaired here, everyone has been so friendly and helpful! My car looks good as new when I get it back. They are very knowledgeable, willing to answer any questions, and will even make it easy to get and return a rental car if needed. They're some of the nicest people in Arkansas and do great work!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone is so nice and professional. We have used them 3 times (twice on 1 car). Every time they have gone over the top with customer service. We brought 2 cars in for hail damage and 1 had an 1/8 of a tank of gas when we dropped it off. When we picked it up, the tank was full! Their work is fantastic! NWA Collision is the best, by far!

Not that anyone wants to have to find a collision center, but if you do, they are phenomenal. From the initial call to schedule an estimate, to picking up our car, everyone was very friendly, professional and extremely proactive with ensuring we knew exactly what to expect and when. The quality of the job was incredible and our car looked as good as the day we bought it, both inside and out!

Brought my Ford F-150 truck in for body work. The finished the job in less time than estimated it would take. The staff was professional and I enjoyed the consistent updates on the progress of the work. Their quote on the work was competitive with many other quotes I got on the work and in the end I got more work done at a higher quality for a lower price than many other body shops in town. In addition the cleaned my truck inside and out. I was more than happy with the quality of the work and the service and will not bring my vehicles anywhere else in NW Arkansas.

They began repairs immediately on my Ford Edge, as the rear hatch could not be opened. They communicated with me regarding more extensive damages found upon inspection, wanting everything to be repaired perfectly for safety reasons. I received updated emails throughout the process. Everyone was so nice! I highly recommend Northwest Arkansas Collision Center!

I had a tree fall on my car and caused some serious damage to my car. They had it fixed and looked better than before the tree incident. I have to say my car has never looked so good (inside and out). You guys do a better job than the Land Rover Dealership. The customer service and quality of work they do is absolutely impeccable. I highly recommend using them.

If I need any work done in the future, I will definitely go here! They were so nice and patient. They took the time to explain things to me and answer any and all questions I had when they didn't have to. It's hard to find a mechanic that really wants what's best for you and not just what's best for their pocketbook. They are incredibly professional and honest and caring and kind......the list just goes on and on. Thank you for being not only a great mechanic, but for being a great person too.

NWA Collision Center -Farmington has impeccable customer service and quality workmanship. I had a deer hit me for the first time and it did some damage to the front of my car. I called NWA Collision Center and They got me in ( took a month for the appointment ) and covered the arrangements to have my rental car ready at their location for when I dropped my car off. They worked with my insurance company s adjuster directly on repairs and cost . They kept me up-to-date on the progress and Date of completion. I didn t have to worry about anything, they did it all. Their location is very clean and Very Well organized! I recommend them highly and I will definitely use them for any future repairs. Hopefully, I won t need any, knock on wood.

I have to say, in 40 years of driving a vehicle (and one to two small accidents) this was the best repair experience I have ever had.NWA Collision Center was friendly, professional, transparent and communicative in every step. I got calls from Sarah, great results from Brandon on the initial estimate and working with the insurance company, text messages - it was all great.Fast in, dealt with, truck was beautiful when I picked it up - clean inside and out.But here is the deal - it is their focus on detail. In the fender bender I had, my front Razorback license plate was broken. When I picked up my truck, they had replaced the license plate with a new one, exactly like the old one. Yes, it was a small touch. But they did everything to make sure my truck came back to me looking better than it was before.I highly recommend this team. great customer service and just great work!

Initially, I went to three separate body shops for estimates to repair my 2018 Nissan Rogue. What impressed me most about Northwest Arkansas Collision Center was their friendliness and excellent customer service. Although they were not the cheapest of three estimates I received, I still used them because they were thorough with my repair estimate and they provided amazing customer service. Northwest Arkansas Collision Center stayed in constant communication during my repair work and I could not be more satisfied with my Rogue. It looks good as new. Would definitely use again!

Ive had multiple cars fixed at this location only to have poor short and long term quality. I always find corners cut or never straight forward honesty. The cars have never been done on time or correctly. Unfortunately I didnt learn from the 9 times ive used them for different cars. "Note to owner 2-3 may only be listed under name" regardless 1 to many. Learn from my mistake and find a body shop that will work for the customer and learn to acutually be honest and transparent to help them have the best experience. They will always side with the insurance so they can get you in and out like a conveyor belt. Find one that will take the time to listen and do what is needed to be done. Simple.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

They were amazing. Super easy to work with. Vehicle was returned on time. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed through the whole process. Car accidents can be a super stressful time, but this place definitely knows what they are doing and made it very pleasant.

There is no better place to get body work done in NW Arkansas. The estimates are on the money, the work is of excellent quality. The customer service is outstanding. They ought to sell their customer service and communication skills to other businesses. They did some great work on my Cherokee today. My advice: don't bother looking for a better shop. It is right there in Farmington

I was recently rear ended and the thought of dealing with the headache of the insurance companies was over whelming. I did not have to worry about anything including arranging a rental car. When I got my car back they even cleaned it inside and out. Very Very pleased with the personal and their work. They have the top notch service and quality work.

I had to get some work done after my wife backed into a tree. I am insured with USAA and they recommended NWA Collision Center. The staff was very nice and explained the entire process. The facilities were very clean. I took my car in on a Monday for what was scheduled to be a 4 day project, but they were finished on Tuesday afternoon! The work was excellent, the paint job was perfect, and they even detailed the inside of my car along with washing the outside. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to a friend. Ask for Damon Wetzel! He was the most helpful person!

I agree. Northwest Arkansas Collision Center was awesome. I was having insurance issues and another local collision center did not work with the insurance company. However, David at NWA Collision Center was great. He got the insurance issues worked out. He also was very responsive to my communications and had great customer service skills. Paint job was great and they did detail the car (wash outside, vacuum inside, clean the dash). I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

Never been more impressed with a company before. Dropped my car of tuesday for a new bumper and paint and it was done Thursday afternoon and was flawless. Not only that but the vacuumed and cleaned my car even the trunk! I would recommend any one going to them for repairs!

Have used NWA Collision for work vehicles and personally. I trust them completely. They do a great job each time and I never have to worry. The staff is great too. If you love your vehicle trust it to the best!

We hit a couple deer three weeks ago with our Mazda 3 and it looks better than new now. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. They worked with the car insurance and updated us along the way. Definitely recommend NWA collision center!
