Sold me the wrong sensors 3 times. Still wound up with the wrong ones and a loss of money. Haven't tried to take them back yet, life-time warrant or 30 days of purchase might help.

This location has AMAZING customer service as does the Springdale machine shop location and Lowell. Thank you E.S. location for I had almost given up on O'Reilly in NWA. Other stores like the Rogers location have become rude with customers and service really SUCKS!!!

Went in to buy a battery and windshield wipers. They offered to install both for me and I said yes thinking it would be a few minutes tops. Turned out to be a difficult task as I had let my battery corrosion get real bad requiring new connection thingys. The gentlemen was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed everything the way it should be! I was very grateful and there was no extra charge for the labor. :)

I didn t get the name of the gentleman who helped me with my windshield wipers. He picked them out and even installed them for me.Thank you for your help! It was a nice experience.

My business work van was having alternator issues which is extremely priority for me. Went to Oreillys, was sold a wrong alternator and didn t know until after trying to install it. Went back for another, in which another salesperson told me the manager sold me the wrong one. Got the new alternator installed along with a new battery in which I bought there. Drove to the next town and did a job only to have my battery drain and got stuck on the side of the road. Got the battery charged twice and made it back to my shop. Removed the alternator and battery and took it back to Oreillys where Randal (manager) assisted. He tested the alternator and said it was good and condescendingly told me, you bought it, and installed it, it s your buddy. You obviously have bigger issues than your alternator . He did give me a refund for the alternator but did not return the battery.Subsequently, I took my van to a local mechanic. The mechanic verified it was a faulty alternator. $300 later, replaced the alternator and it works fine now and my business is back up and running.This was the 3rd or 4th time Oreillys employees have sold me wrong parts. On another occasion, they sold me wrong parts for my steering in which disabled my work vehicle only having to tow it to a local mechanic to have it fixed.NAPA employees are personable, professional, and authentic. The rule is, I don t owe you an apology for your parts being faulty, you owe me one. Show some respect. I ll take my business to NAPA.

They are always friendly and helpful. They will even price match from the web. Which is awesome. They help look up parts for my mercruiser. Cant beat em. They r always willing to go the extra mile

These guys were awesome! Tested my battery and found out it was bad. I bought a new one and had it installed at the store. They disposed my old one and installed the new. I will return to this store and make it my go-to. Very pleased with the service. Thanks Jim!

Had to get a new battery and Austin totally went above and beyond. He replaced it in a torrential downpour and didn't complain once! The service here is great!

Them boys could know more about vehicles. They have given my husband the right part but we're missing pieces out of the box and said that he didn't need them when he did. They have that new employees though and they have seemed to be better then the ones before and very friendly.

Clerk said they'll price match anything other than oil.Kind of a shifty policy, berryville isn't much further, I would recommend auto zone there.

O Reilly auto parts store in Eureka Springs Ar, was a pleasant place to stop and get a tire gauge. The weather turned cold and the tire light came on. They offered a selection of several types of tire gauges for me to make a choice. The clerk then instructed me as to where to get air for my vehicle tires at no charge. The store was clean. The customer service at this store was at its best.

Needed a serpentine belt for my Kia soul sold me the wrong one went to take it back got the number off the old one . didn't have one in stock I had the receipt didn't have the card with me that I charge it on. Had to go back home and I'm stuck with a belt I can't use . I'm out $23 ?

Never again. I've used this store since the day it opened but after my experience yesterday I will never go in there again. Laziest, rudest staff I've ever seen and it is easy to see why. The manager just doesn't care.. I guess its Napa from now on for this extremely dissatisfied customer.

I've bought plenty of parts and supplies at both the ES and Berryville stores - and honestly, all the counter staff have attitudes.The worst I'm experiencing is the ES store: lately I've had an issue with my vehicle that's required me to use their code scanner.What a pain in the ass; you'd think I was asking them to wash my car or something. Even the manager seemed annoyed having to hook my car up to the scanner.I've spent too much money at O'Reillys to be treated this way; and even if I hadn't Nobody deserves to be treated like this . Believe me if we're coming to you to ask for the scanner we're already stressed out at the prospect of a major problem with our vehicle. We don't need your humiliation and apathetic treatment on top of it.And lastly quit hiring losers that don't know the first thing about customer service.Until then I recommend going to AutoZone if you want to be treated with some respect.

This store and their staff are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Most anything you need for your vehicle they have got, and if they don't have it they will order it for you.
