We were visiting for the weekend from 300 miles away and at 2:30 on a Friday our brake caliper locked up and our vehicle would barely move. We were close to Johnson automotive and pulled in and even though they were busy they had it diagnosed and parts ordered within 30 minutes. No parts were available until the next morning and we were stuck until Mr. Casey said he would let us borrow one of his personal vehicles until our SUV was fixed. I was blown away. He didn't have to do that, but I was beyond grateful and it saved our entire trip. The next morning they had it running and we drove it home Sunday with no problems. So thankful for this place! They drove to us and patched our tire, then replaced the damaged one back at their shop. Whole process was fast and they charged a great price. Charles in the office was great and Rob was really great fixing it.

While traveling in Eureka Springs , AR, lost all oil pressure on my miata nc. Coasted into hotel parking lot. At the suggestion of the hotel manager , I called Johnson Automotive first thing Monday morning. They had a tow service with a roll off truck and were prompt and professional when they picked it up. They took it to their shop and worked me in to a busy schedule and was ready by 2:00 pm that day. Very reasonable on cost. Highly recommend this shop to anyone traveling in Eureka Springs.

Great first experience! New to town and had an issue with our car! Called Charles who was extremely helpful, accommodating and got us taken care of quickly and effortlessly! So nice to have a great mechanic right here in our small town!!

The mechanics at Johnson are great, and the owners are fantastic. They fit me in when my brakes were shot, and helped to diagnose my car when I needed their expertise. Their prices are very fair, and I trust them completely.

I am beyond grateful to this shop! My husband and I were visiting from Mississippi when our truck broke down. They had us up and running in 1 day. Our minds were blown at the compassion these fine people have. And not to mention how insanely affordable it was. We are very blessed to have met these amazing people. 11/10 service! I rolled up having a leak in my tire and they found it in 5 minutes and Patched it. Kind, quick, amazing service and steal of a cost. They don t make em like this anymore, this place is Gold.

It s Saturday and my tire is flat. Robert came to my location and found the tire puncture within the 1st minute and had it plugged the second minute. So grateful for this great service on Saturday!!! Thank you Robert! Service: TiresService: Tires

These guys do an amazing job. I have been going to them do to my car breaking down 4 times because of me. They are very professional, and they helped get my old Chevy Tracker up from a hill when I got in a wreck(that was out in the middle of nowhere).I am truly glad how awesome they are, and hope that they know how glad I am they have helped me.

Wonderful people! My husband was in an accident. Inside the crushed vehicle was my mail in ballot. They were so kind! They located my ballot and mailed it for me! Really honest and great at what they do.

I was in eureka springs for vacation with my wife when we experienced brake trouble. The owner stayed late on a Saturday night to walk me through getting a rock dislodged from my brakes. He spent almost 45 minutes getting me out of a jam and didn t make a cent from it. He saved us from having to tow our car, stay another night, pay hundreds of dollars in repairs, and saved our trip. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received at Johnson Automotive. On a holiday drive from Dallas to Eureka Springs my Mercedes started to misfire just outside of town. Very worried, I took my car to Johnson on the recommendation of a Eureka Springs native. Mr. Casey arranged to diagnose the problem, and provided a driver to and from my B&B while he worked on my car.Finding that the problem had been simply some bad gasoline, he refused to take any money, saying simply that he hadn t done all that much .I find this type of service, especially to someone who will obviously not be a repeat customer, to be nothing but extraordinary.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My friend and I traveled from Ohio to Eureka and were having extreme squealing on the left side. We had no idea what to do and we re an anxious mess about loosing our brakes or rotor issues so far from home. We called Johnson s and he got it us right in immediately to take a look at our tire. He knew right away it was a rock causing the squealing. He got us back on the road with peace of mind and we were so grateful for the fast and caring service! Thank you!

Wheel bearing went out on our trip to Eureka. Johnson Automotive got our car in first thing and changed out the part and for a good price. Highly recommend!

We had some car trouble coming into Eureka Springs to begin our vacation. Rob got us right in on Saturday. The diagnosis was difficult so, when the car wouldn't start 2 days later, we again called. The tow service was prompt, and Rob got us fixed up quickly. We were treated VERY fairly and highly recommend Johnson Automotive and Rob!

We were renting a cabin for the week in Eureka springs, my daughter had a problem with her car, we went to Johnson s and they were super sweet and very professional, they fixed her car in a matter of hours and helped us out very much, we appreciate them ! Hooray for Chuck and Daniel. Our truck refused to start while passing through towing an RV. Daniel answered my anxious call a 7PM on a Friday evening and arranged to tow our truck to the shop first thing Saturday morning. Sure enough next Day t Daniel picked me up at the RV park and got our truck to the shop. A mechanic began diagnosis immediately and by noon had replaced fuel pump and filter, then another pick up at our park to accept our repaired vehicle. Took a car there to try and figure out what was going on with it. They told me they drove the car the morning I went to get it. (I got there after 3pm). But it has the same mileage as it had the day it was towed to them. And the day I picked it up the back driver side tire was half flat. Did they really drive on a half flat tire? Since then I have taken the car to another shop and found out that it has a cracked head. So their discription of "nothing is wrong" was very bogus. Would not recommend. If I could, I would give half a star.

The owner told us we had turned our wrecker and impound, after totaling our car and a critical illness trip to the hospital, into a complete "custer". Guess we were supposed to add the last word for ourselves. He said they were all give out by 7PM. We will not burden him with any further business. We requested our vehicle moved to the body shop on Monday. However, he insisted on taking it on Saturday because he was too busy to deal with it Monday.

These guys can do a wide range of car repair/maintenance and are always quick and professional. There is a convenient little area right across the road to drop off your vehicle. I always get good info without feeling pressured to fix things that aren't broken/dangerous. No random mechanic running up and trying to up-sell AC work or any other shenanigans such as dumping a ton of garage talk or overcharging. Great garage, would recommend.

What made us start using Johnson's in Sept 2012 we were looking for a home in Eureka Springs, our vehicle got stuck! They came out to tow us. We had no source to pay him! We had to go to a bank atm!He got us unstuck told us to come by his shop when we can to pay him! I thought wow we were from Texas could of drove home but he trusted us to pay! How neighborly I thought that was.Since we moved to Eureka Springs he has worked on our daughters truck twice for us, picking it up and giving us a fair price. I find them extremely honest and always trying to please the customer. They've always done good work. He has never ripped us off.

I am the daughter that Tammy K. Wrote about. These guys were awesome! Super sweet and efficient! Being tourists for the week and then having problems with a car is not something you want to deal with. They made it hassel free! It was such a relief!

We were stuck in Eureka Springs with a bad break line. Fortunately Rob and his guys were able to get us in and back out on the road. Fairly reasonable price considering we were in a tourist town and since we're from WI, and didn't have any other options. He was honest and told us what he could do for us and what wouldn't be possible.He even came to pick us up at our hotel when the work was done.I would have work done there again.
