We have now used them twice - once for personal (helped w/battery and alternator) and for a business situation. After a late night private event on Beaver Lake, an employee's vehicle got stuck on a gravel incline. The crew was very professional, prompt, assisted with getting them out safely, and even gave tips & tricks for different settings on their car to help in the future. At the end of a 14 hour day, it was a relief to know we were in good hands and all would be well. THANK YOU!

Professional service, went above and beyond! Great communication (including texts when the cell service was so weak), gave us not only a ride to repair place, but also offered to get us to our hotel if we needed it. VERY Impressed (and I say this from someone who used to work in the field).

The experience I had was beyond horrible for my dog and me. They came to tow my vehicle less than 5 miles & the bill was $317. I was stopped for a broken headlight where a deer struck it. Turned out there was a warrant I was unaware of from someone claiming in an affidavit that I made a terroristic threat 3 months before this. My Australian Shepherd was with me, & when I was arrested the officer tried to reassure me saying that the tow driver said my dog would be properly cared for, either "penned" or taken to a secure place.When I bonded out. almost 24 hours had passed. I was driven to my vehicle, & met with the owner's mother in law who lives at the tow yard close to the area where my car was. She said she didn't know ANYTHING about any dog & I was about to panic, then Candy popped up in the back seat & she said "Oh, there's a dog in your car! Did he know she was in there?" I was incredulous about the callousness of someone who'd do that. Everyone I've told about it said it was cruel.When I texted to him about it, he said "we're not a pound, we had no obligation to take care of your dog. You should have had the dog picked up from the scene"...as if that was sn option for me. What a jerk. I guess I'm just lucky she's a very calm dog who didn't tear my car to pieces.I'm filing complaints with the relevant agencies. It could have ended so badly. I have trouble believing they "fed, watered & let her out once in a while" when the mother in law didn't even know the dog was there. Again, luckily she didn't tear the car up or pee/poop in it, & luckily I wasn't in jail for much longer than I was! This guy even insinuated that I abandoned my dog & she would be removed to a shelter after 24 hours.UPDATE: The owner/driver's response about why I was arrested doesn't mean I'm guilty of anything. The couple he's referring to are his acquaintances & they are definitely not elderly, they're in their 60s. Suzie & Dan Bell lied & said I threatened to "burn down Echo Village". They still wanted revenge for my reporting them to the Housing Authority for refusing to repair the heater in the house i rented from them. Not fine Christians as they promote themselves to be.The tow driver also STOLE medical marijuana & paraphernalia from my car, saying "I don't have a medical marijuana card like you do, so it's not legal for me to transport it. I have to 'destroy' it". Yeah, right buddy. Sure you did. It's sad that someone would steal medicine & equipment from someone suffering with Multiple Sclerosis.As an Uber driver, I've taken people to retrieve their vehicles from them. In one case, the owner had been towed from a spot downtown. He had snapped a photo of the payment that included the time they paid to park. He was towed even though he wasn't supposed to be towed, & had proof of it. Needless to say, everyone should take a picture that will prove they paid to park so they can file a complaint when they are illegally towed by unscrupulous tow companies. Shame on you, Backwoods.

Very fast and efficient service. Was in a tight spot, and called every locksmith near me. Backwoods towing showed up within 40 minutes of our phone call and saved the night. I broke down on my way home from work. And they were the first company to respond and one of the better priced. they came all the way out to Huntsville from Eureka Springs and towed me back to holiday island. Mr. Patrick and his son helped me move my beloved tiny home! He was the only one in Carroll County that was not trying to charge me an arm and a leg! I had a tight time crunch- and he was able to fit me in his schedule in a very timely manner! They were extremely genuine when helping me! I was nervous, but they made me feel very comfortable! I am so grateful I was able to call on Patrick at Backwoods Towing to move my tiny home. He did a fantastic job! I couldn t be happier that I know who to call now when I am in a bind. I lost my key to my motorcycle while on vacation and had to have it towed. Not only did this company tow and store my motorcycle until we could get back and take it home (we were 600 miles away), but they got a locksmith who could unlock the storage compartment and locate my spare key. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond in a very professional manner. I would recommend them to everyone.

Patrick is an awesome guy. I was in Eureka Springs on vacation. I was having a medical issue that prevented me from driving down the mountain. He came over to the resort I was at and picked me and my vehicle up drove us to meet a friend in Conway AR. If you re a member of the LGBTQcommunity in Eureka, he is the one you want to tow your vehicle.

Backwoods Towing really helped us out! I was out of town when my wife's Jeep broke down. I called Backwoods Towing, and within twenty minutes, he showed up. He was very professional and put my wife's mind at ease. He towed our Jeep and gave my wife a lift to the shop of our choice. This guy is amazing, trucks tire exploded on me and he was right there within 30 minutes loading it up, I think he took it easy on me with payment because I was expecting to give up my first born but he left him with me. .
