Our first experience with them was great! The second time was the exact opposite, the salesman talked to me like I was your standard stupid woman whom doesn't know any anything about the car buying process. I won't be doing business with them again.

Online Buyer from Florida. Purchased a 2020 Colorado Bison from Arkansas. They handled my business in a timely manner with my trade in and explained all of the documents online. Such an Awesome Dealership, it s like a real good ole boys, down to earth dealership. Just Simple. The owner Eric, pretty cool guy. Plus the rest of the team at this dealership is Superb! I recommend them.

Called to inquire about a vehicle I had found at the dealership online and received info from the salesman, Tyler, who was courteous and efficient in answering my questions. They had what I was looking for and basically did the deal in 10 minutes on the phone, subject to me getting there the next morning, driving at the vehicle to confirm everything was as it should be and completing the transaction. Fees and cost of vehicle were reasonable and exactly as represented over the phone. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Absolutely worthless, stay away from this place. They redefine the team sleazy car sales team. Traded in a vehicle and purchased one of lesser value. Finalized the sale on Thursday, and told them we would pick it up on Saturday. They had Friday to get the vehicle detailed and the check for the difference of my trade printed for pick up on Saturday. "The detailer left at noon on Friday", they did not inform me of this and said they would have to mail a check to my house. It is now in the third week of waiting, they will not send check details or any kind of tracking. They are using the old excuse of "check is in the mail", but it has yet to show up. Asked for a wire transfer, and they will not entertain that either. Now they are ignoring my calls.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE.If I could give this place negative stars I would give them -10 stars. (One for each day they have lied to me saying when I would received my check for the over value of my trade in)

I was on my way to Keo and my low tire pressure light came on. I was worried so I pulled into Heartlands service area. The absolute nicest person checked all my tires for me, put a little air in them and sent me on my way! I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and being so helpful!! With a service dept like that I would strongly encourage anyone to purchase and use this dealership! Thank you again!!

Got a call from Ryan about 7 passenger vehicles we had looked at online, we were already out and shopping cars with no luck yet so decided to go by and check it out. We meet a very friendly gentleman Ryan who helped us find the Family vehicle we were looking for and in 2hrs no less!!! Car sounded great, drove smoothly, detail job great, and an affordable 2 year warranty what a great experience.

Took my truck there this morning for diagnosis because of AC blowing out hot air and the turn on light wouldn't stay on. Around about noon time I got a call that I had leaks in the hoses and freon wouldn't stay in . And something about the pressure. So I gave the go ahead to get it fixed. Cost was $1448.00 for parts and labor. I was called few hours later saying that air was running cold and working fine. I paid cash drove my truck home. Around about 6:40pm drove to nlr Ac started blowing out hot air again. Speedometer messing up shouldve been saying 55mph instead it was on 110mph. A wheezing sound started coming from Ac. They are very cruel and wrong for beating me out of all that money for nothing knowing that my Ac wasn't fixed None of the stuff that's happening with truck now was happening before I brought it to them.I need someone to tell me what I can get done about this.

They lied to me. They kept my truck for 3 weeks.Update;After they took three weeks to fix my truck, less than two months later my truck is broke down again with same problem. When I called about what they do about it, I was informed that it be couple weeks to get back in there and I would have to pay all over again to fix it second time. Will never associate with heartland again and will take every opportunity to make sure no one ever goes there. Biggest crooks in there field.

The level of appreciation I have for the gentlemen here at Heartland can hardly be expressed. My friend and I had somewhat of a breakdown about a half a mile south from their location. I wandered in asking if they could help, and without hesitation had a crew to come gingerly tow my little car so they could take a look. Not only did they let me ask an insane amount of questions in my frazzled state, but even took documentation of what had happened. The last place that did my oil change did not screw my oil filter on tight, so it is laying somewhere on 165. Thanks to how quick they got my car up and running (ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND), my friend and I were able to get out on the lake with friends and family. A few days have passed and there have been no problems. Special thanks to Ron, Cedric, and Corey, my heroes, who made it possible.

We were traveling from Texas back to North Carolina after the 2021 snowstorm. Interstate 20 was impassable so we traveled north and spent the night in Lonoke Arkansas. We stopped to get gas on our way out of town and our car wouldn t start. We could not get a tow truck because of the storm. I called Heartland and spoke with JD. He started making calls trying to find a tow truck. After 8 hours AAA finally sent a tow truck at 4:30 on a Saturday. JD made arrangements for someone to wait at the dealership. They close at 5. I called Monday morning and spoke with Ray and explained our situation. They replaced the starter and delivered the car to us by 10 am. There were no Uber or cabs available. They went above and beyond to help us so we could get home. The cost of the repair was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. We would recommend Heartland to anyone. They made a very difficult situation much easier for us. Thanks guys for your Help!

Came in and test drove an E 150 van. The van was nice and for a very reasonable price. Expressed my interest in the van and told the salesman that I would be going to my bank for financing. That was Thursday afternoon. Talked to the salesman Friday and told him it would be Monday before the bank finalized the loan paper work. Called Monday to ask for the salesman to email some type of verification for the bank on what the loan was for, was told the van had been sold 10 minutes earlier that morning. Called back and talked to the manager who expressed that the policy is that unless the customer finances with them or puts down a substantial deposit they will not hold a vehicle for any lenght of time. I understand that they are in business to make money, not friends but, that seems to be bad policy.

My friend bought a new Suburban from this dealership and I was using his extra vehicle post-divorce and paying the monthly payment. He traded it in so I went to England Arkansas and dropped it off. I couldn t get an Uber or Lyft so I inquired about their used vehicles. They had three at the time as the interior was completely gutted and was in the process of being redone . I literally should have walked back to Little Rock. The car I bought had a crack in the windshield which upon finishing the purchase they said they would handle. I never heard from them. Still have a crack in the middle of my windshield. A month after buying the car the fuel intake sensor went out. I ve had nothing but issues with this car. I was in a bad position and I honestly wish I had walked from England to a place where an Uber had picked me up and I could have bought a car somewhere else. Never again

A one star rating is not good enough for this company. 16 July took my wife's car into Heartland for a check engine light. They reset the check engine light and sent us on our way. WRONG - the turbo in her 2014 Encore had a crack - verified by Gwatney Buick in Sherwood. Wrote a letter to the General Manager requesting a refund of the $122.50 they charged me to do nothing (that fact was also verified by Gwatney). Guess what, no response from the General Manager. This company endorses their service departments right to pick and choose what they work on, and screw the customer. Mr. Turner, you should have answered my letter - you screwed us and left my wife's life in danger.
