Casey s is the closest gas station to my work, I frequent there often. But it s not the convenience that keeps me going back - it s Kelly!!! She s an absolute sweetheart! She makes my day every time I ve seen her! Keep up the great work with your awesome personality!!!

I haven't been here in a while, but it's gone down hill, bigtime. Bathroom had such a urine stench and looked like someone hadn't cleaned in days....nasty and no soap!! The dispenser was empty, 2 empty bottles on the counter and did I mention the stink? Even if they washed their hands, the floor is being tracked back to the food area... Where's the county inspector? They make food here, people get drinks after a bathroom visit and I think that says enough. It's sad, because I used to go here every day and sometimes, twice. I would find somewhere else to eat or get drinks. My opinion....what a shame

Great place and everything but it was busy. I had to stand in line for awhile. The cashier is sweet though. And I'm not happy with the price of the monster energy drinks. $4.00??!

My child had to wait 20 minutes in line just to pay for gas. There was only two other people in line, in front of her. There is no reasonable excuse for this with having two registers. I don't care if one went down. It's called move to the next register. Why hold the line up? Why not simply just move over to the next register. I mean isn't that the point of the 2 register system?

Worst food ever ! Guy was rude when I called , told me an hour guess what it got ready in 15 min it sat on top oven for 45 min

Pretty sure the staff takes the phone off the hook or turns off the ringer so they don't have to take orders. I'm done!! This has happened to me a few times before. No I am not calling the wrong number either.

Today I called 3 times trying to order and no one picked up the phone. Then I went in to place an order and was told it would be about 35-40 minutes. So I come back and my food was definitely hot ( no complaint there), but there was a line forming and the cashier was having issues with the register so someone else came to open up the other register. When I got home I found out I was given a medium pizza in place of my breadsticks so I called back with no answer, the same happened to my fianc�. He went to go get our breadsticks but the delivery lady brought it to the house for us. That s the only reason I m giving 2 stars. Hopefully they get better at answering their phone because it was extremely inconvenient.

Pumps are TAPED off and people in the store said that they didn't know why?Out of gas? Or pumps Out of order? Told by Higher ups to tape them up to Scare the Punlic?I'll take - Scare the Public for $20,000.00 Bob!

The employees are very sweet but never enough help. I've lived in Elkins for 2 years now and seen both registers running maybe 3 times. Extremely irritating I hen there is a line almost out the door but one register open. Then look over and 3 employees are at the office door on their phones or goofing off . Even better when a couple are outside in smoking and unable to work because only one register is allowed to be running. The store is very clean. Management or owners need to take better care of their employees..

This Casey's is becoming a joke. They are never open the hours they say, close before it says they do, never have what I need and they are extremely over priced. Let's shut the doors on this place and get us a convenient store that wants our business and can be open when they say they will.

We always stop by Casey's for gas and snacks before getting on the road! They are clean and safe! The attendance are very polite and helpful! We know them and they know us! They are great with their customers!

The line always seems long. They only ever have one cashier no matter how many customers. No one that works there wears masks. Not the cashier's or the pizza makers. Free air for your car at all Casey's. I like the pizza.

Last two times I ordered a sandwich, I asked for banana peppers. First time I got nothing. Second time I got green peppers. Know your menu please.

Very clean and well laid out as well as having competitive gas prices. It has a real bakery and pizza shop right there too. The clerk was very nice and friendly.

Casey's has everything. Hot food cold food coffee tea and fountain drinks, gas and convenient items. It's on all in one stop place.

Don't ever want to buy breakfast here, nearly $4 for a slice of breakfast pizza, and hashbrown bites (10) another $3.75. Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered pizza at 5:45, was told it would be done by 6:10, it's now 6:45 and they're just now starting to cook the order and won't answer the phone.

Two out of the last three times I bought fuel, there was no receipt paper in the pump. Had to go in and wait to get a receipt.

There was only one person doing there job the other people were out side smoking, and wen they came in they smelled bad of smoke

Not bad, but I wish they would enforce the mask rule a little better.
