The technician went through everything with me, and even said that I didn t currently need my tires rotated. He saved me some money there. Very honest and reputable! Highly recommend using Trotter for all your servicing needs.

Very disappointed in the unprofessional service department. From the service manager in title only, Jeremy, down to the low self esteem tech, Lars, this group will fail to solve problems which requires some effort. They don't know how to properly or accurately fill out a work order which coveys a customers scope of work request. They also do not care if they waste one's time. In order to be fair, I should add they did refund my payment for work not requested. I did not ask for a refund. I only wanted and electrical problem fixed. They told me to take a hike.

I bought used Volvo from them last year and when the car arrived. The check engine light came on and turned out to be the Catalytic Converter. They would not help with the cost either. Buyers beware.

I was told that my 2015 Ram 1500 Bighorn truck radio needed a up date for my new I-Phone 15 to work. So I took it in for them to up date my radio at 8:30 AM on 08/26/23 went back to get it at 10:30 AM and they told me that the up date would not work that I needed a new radio for it to work. The bills was $140. I wouldn t paid it because I was told that it needed a up date and it didn t work. The lady call the service manager and he told me that he could mark it down to $76 so he could paid the man that did the work on it. The manager was super nice but I still think that I could ve to paid anything for something that I was told would work and it didn t. I went there to have locking lug nuts removed and have regular lug nuts put on. I had fast service even without an appointment, very kind service manager, it was raining so when they were done with my car they had my car where I could get in it with out getting soaked . I use them for my cars needs and am never disappointed with their work on my car. They are honest as to what needs to be done for your car and I certainly am thankful for that . Go to Trotter Nissan for your Nissan needs . They have the best service department

I bought a Nissan Titan here two weeks ago. Tim was great to work with and the process went smoothly. I didn't necessarily need another vehicle but Trotter had a decent deal.Customer service was exceptional!

I have bought a lot of vehicles during my lifetime, purchasing my Nissan Pathfinder at Trotter's Nissan, was by far the fastest easiest experience I have ever had. The sales representative, Mr.K. Lowery, was very patient and professional with me at all times. I went to him and explained exactly what I was looking for all he said was "Follow me". He took me to two vehicles and said pick your color and explained the difference between the two I was looking at. He made the process of purchasing my new truck so easy, it was scary. He address all my concerns and answered every question I had strait and direct, which is what I loved the most. Thank you Trotter's Nissan of El Dorado, Arkansas.

I was given poor to no service where I purchased my 2020 Jeep. So I called them and a friendly, professional lady named Lacie answered my call. The service I fought for elsewhere she said no problem! I was in in two days and they had the problem resolved in 45 minutes! They have gained a loyal customer! I look forward to having a long service and purchase relationship with them. The sales staff that I dealt with (Kenneth & Chuck) were polite, friendly & professional in every way. They gave me everything I asked for (which makes me think I didn't ask for enough) and got me on my way in a fair amount of time. A very positive experience.

I transported precious cargo ( Family, Loved Ones ) in my Nissan Titan, their safety is extremely important, Falsifying Documents of Service is totally unacceptable and created lost of Trust with Nissan Service Department

They took my vehicle back at my appointment time. I had a warranty issue with windshield washer hose that was found to have came loose. Also had an oil change done. They checked me out within 45 minutes which I thought was a reasonable time. Service repr was pleasant.

It was a good experience all around. David Temple went above and beyond in helping with the purchase. He even came in on his day off. It's much better to deal with someone wearing a smile than a grumpy complainer. Everyone at Trotter Nissan had a smile.

I was in El Dorado trying to see what was wrong with my son's car because it was dead. After working on it in the rain I was unsuccessful. I went to Trotter for some assistance and the lady in the services department sent a tech to where the car was stranded to help me. He was unable to diagnosis the problem in the parking lot where the car was so he helped me find a tow truck to get it to the dealership. Once at the dealership the service department had it fixed by the end of the day. They all went above and beyond to help me since I was from out of town and didn't have any help. It was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

They said the recall repair and oil change would take 3.5 hours. It has been over 5 hours...and they just told me that they broke a piece of trim .....I wonder what else may be broken? Grrrrrrr

The best experience of my life. Denise is the absolute best sales person anyone could ask for. She fought so hard to get me the best deal I could get. I gave up on finding the right truck but she didn t. She called me the day after I left and told me she found one that I could come look at and sure enough it was perfect. She is absolutely amazing. If you go to Trotter definitely look for Denise.

I go to Trotter quite frequently to get my vehicle serviced. Every time I m their Denise is both welcoming and accommodating. I ve already promised that I ll be purchasing my next ride from her off the strength of her personality alone! If you re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Denise cause I know who imma work with when I m ready!

Tim Wells is the best. He made it possible for me to get the vehicle I have been wanting for a while. He did everything on phone and got me the best deal I have had in a long time. He made it easy, took very little time and he even brought paperwork out to car so we could do as much as possible inside. Thank you Tim Wells for making this so easy for me. I wish you the best.
