I got ripped off big time. The wrecker driversaid sixy at first then I ended up having to pay that jerk 90 more dollars. I'll never use that company again.

The BEST wrecker service in El Dorado and Union County. They have helped me when I was in an accident and when my truck would not crank. Johnny Draper and Doyle (Eddie) Duncan have come to my rescue and they will take care of you. The ONLY wrecker service I will use. I am a expeditor( who lives in Michigan) that travels all across the country for a living and had recently taken freight to El Dorado AR where my van had promptly decided it didn t want to run correctly. After going to or calling several places ( including the Ford dealership) I discovered M&A Wrecker Service/Automotive who was able and willing to squeeze me in between clients ( no one else would) to get my vehicle serviced. Not only was the service outstanding but the cost was more than fair and most importantly I was treated with respect and not like I was just a stupid girl that knows nothing. This company has my extreme admiration and respect and I would recommend them to anyone who needs service done to their vehicle! Thank you again Joe for taking such good care of my van, I will be forever grateful!!!

Well I went to the wonderful company m&a cuz my car wasn't running right. they're wonderful knowledgeable mechanic has been doing this for years his name is Tim. Hooked up at the device told me I needed a new timing chain really soon on my motor was going to blow up. when I talk with all the other mechanics in town they said they can't tell that off of machine all of them told me I needed a coil pack $65. The timing chain and all going to cost me over a thousand. When I contacted Tim's boss and told himhe said he had a $20,000 machine he have only three people in town if the machine said he needed a time I needed a timing chain I needed a timing chain. now Tim told me I didn't have very long to get this timing chain in it's been a month now that I put the $65 coil pack in everything's running fine. I don't have any more times Tim has ripped me off since he's been working for m&a and how many other people they all rip off. also Tim's boss has an old car of mine that he was wanting to buy I can't find the title. It's sitting in the wrecking yard I didn't pay for towing I said they could have the car. pieces if I can't find the title he doesn't want it he's going to bring it to my house I gave him the address that's been 2 weeks ago. I guess Tim's boss is as big as liar is Timmy is it's a bunch of liars there trying to scam you for your money don't go to m&a or anything. and that's m&a and El Dorado Arkansas next to Lionel if anybody doesn't know. and if somebody from m&a doesn't like this my name is Paul couture you know who I am bring me my damn car that you sit is in your way that you were crying like a little baby that it was in your way.

M & A had a pretty good resolve time arriving to get my vehicle off the road. The driver was considerate to my cars rear control arm dragging on the ground and showed concern. I will use them any and everytime I need a tow here in El Dorado. Thank you M &A.... the price was fair as wel

They are rude and if you need help with anything they act like that can't help you, I bought my car to them and they charged me 711.00 to get a new fuel pump, which I didn't get cause I had a new one already. WORST PLACE EVER....

They also partner with Statfarm, and anytime I need roadside assistance they were there ASAP to come get me and my ride. LOVE EM!!

The response time to return your call, can be days... one of the workers made false accusations and was highly disrespectful to an injured elderly person. I was shocked to hear it.
