Dropped my truck off for 9am appointment for inspection. The following day the never got inspection done so I just had them replace some gaskets. The day after that they replaced the gaskets on my truck but when I got it back my AC blows hot air. They told me bring it back Monday so they could look at it. If they fix my air conditioner I will give them more stars.

I hate leaving a bad review, but in this case I felt it necessary. Went in to purchase a truck with grandson. Hunter and Kyle was great, very professional, kind, polite and answered all our questions. Jay in finance was kind, polite and nice and answered all out questions. The problem was the GM, Cody Jones. This man was rude and unprofessional. He did not like me asking questions and made that clear. We had to ask him three times about a different warranty, he would not give us the information, just kept telling us what we needed and never did go over different warranties that we requested. I ask him 3 times to write all the numbers down to see what I was looking at for the final agreement, he rambled ALL the numbers off verbally in a rude voice, I ask him a second time to write them down for me, the third time, he finally did on a messy post it and with attitude stuck it in front of me. We got up and walked out. I have never been so rudely talked to and disrespected dealing with a dealership. Cody Jones had no reason to talk to us they way he did. We did end up making the purchase only because my grandson wanted the truck so bad, had it been left up to me, I would have never called them back. I will not ever go back there to purchase a vehicle, nor will I recommend them to any of my family, friends or co-workers. That bridge is burnt. If I can cost them a sell, I will. A clear message needs to be sent that you can not talk to and treat your potential customers in the way that Cody Jones did. He was out of line. He will cost you auto sells Mr. Malone. It almost cost you this one.

I have a 2024 Toyota Tundra that had a safety recall for the transmission. I scheduled an appointment for the transmission service. Kayla (in the service department) scheduled me an appointment. Malone Toyota sent a technician to pick my truck up while I was at work. They performed the transmission, washed my truck, and returned it to me while I was at work. I didn t have to waste an off day, due to this recall. I have ZERO complaints. Great job and a shout to the service employees at Karl Malone Toyota!

We were very pleased with the services we received at Karl Malones and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Also the girl at the service desk was very polite and knowledgeable about the services being provided, not only with us but with everyone. I give her customer service skills a 5 star rating also, because that s just as important as the mechanical services in my book!

I am new to area. I called the day before and they informed me what would be done as well as giving me appt next day. I arrived and they remembered me, did what they said and even helped me with windshield wipers that I could not figure out how to change. Quick, friendly service. SO NICE!

I called two days ahead to make an appointment to have a key made. My appt was at 4:00 and I made it there at 3:45. Around 4:15 I noticed that my car had not been moved and the receptionist came and notified me that they were behind and it would be some time later before they start. She suggested that if I was in a hurry I could come back another day. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership and that was not an option. I made the appointment that day because I had a basketball game to attend that was right down the street from the dealership and I knew I could take care of things in one trip. The receptionist offered to drop me off at the game (which began at 5:00) while my car was waiting to be serviced. I agreed because I needed to go watch my boys play. I finally did get the key made and my car delivered to the game. I m giving a two star rating only because the receptionist was very nice and the guy who delivered my car was friendly as well.

Yesterday 12/04 I had my Highlander serviced at Karl Malone center in El Dorado, Ar! I had a 3:30 appointment and was taken in promptly when I arrived. They got right on it serviced my car and rotated my tires and had me ready to go in efficiently in very prompt time! I am greatly satisfied with my experience!

(Stressful) my vehicle got reposessed from Karl Malones after I had it towed to his place from my work place to get fixed. The people I have my vehicle financed through said that they was told by them at Karl Malones that the car was being abandoned and it in fact wasn't being abandoned it's was there to get fixed. So I asked the people that it's financed through is it fixed and I asked them this because they told me they couldn't repo vehicles if there not running but yet it happened. I was also told by the people that it's financed through that it would be $700 to get it out which I didn't have to pay thank goodness cause they would have kept it for sure I don't get paid in gold bars I wish I did. And then the tow people got it back to Karl Malones and called to let me it was there and again I was told it was fixed. Got down there to pick it up and it wasn't fixed it's still wasn't running. So yet again a wasted trip on someone else's dime to take me there to pick it up. So it took me about two weeks to get my car back in my driveway. I also missed some days of work and got docked and don't make much as it is. So I would say very stressful and also to much lack of communication on there end. I say compisation is in order...

This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle with no co-signer and was not sure that I would ever be able to qualify. To say the lengths that Candice went to ensure that I was able to do so and I was happy were without a doubt limitless. Thank you for putting up with my inability to make a decision and making me not feel pressured in any way. Karl Malone will definitely be my go to when im ready to purchase another vehicle. I will also refer any of my friends and family in the market for a new or used car.

The place is great with the exception of one young arrogant, snot-nosed jerk, Cody Jones, who thinks he can disrespect the elder people and lie to their faces. Karl Malone needs to know how he treats folk but he refused to set up a meeting with him. Cody said Karl doesn't have time for such as that, his customers.

I was worried because I have old medical bills and I had to start my life over from scratch basically. But JR and Jay were great and I was able to get a nice vehicle I can afford the payments on as well as it looks and runs/drives AMAZING! 10/10 WILL USE AGAIN!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Since I can be forgetful of regular vehicle maintenance, I am glad the Toyota people send me reminders through email from CARFAX. The guys at the Service Desk are friendly and helpful. The work to be done did not take long. And the price for it all was reasonable. It was a good experience. Thanks!

Took my vehicle to have oil change, rotate tires and had it washed. Tylas was very polite and caring. He had someone take me home and bring my vehicle back. Car looked brand new after the wash job.

Considering how difficult it can be to secure the vehicle you want in a timely manner these days, this process was basically flawless with Karl Malone Toyota. We had done a little research and stopped by and told them what we were looking for. Within a couple of hours, they called and told us they had found it. We agreed to the projected delivery date, and we were pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few weeks early. The staff have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and we re very appreciative for all that they have done to ensure that this has been a pleasant and successful experience.

Although it took nearly two weeks to get an appointment, the courtesy and service was worth the wait. Since the service was the purchase and programming of a second key fob for my Avalon, the wait was no big deal. I m still a believer that good service sells cars and ensures repeat business. The reason for three stars is whoever changed the oil left oily footprints on the drivers side carpet and also oily film on the headlights. I haven't looked under the hood!
