Experience was more than great!! I called on a Monday!!! And drove off with my new ride on a Saturday My salesperson was amazing!! Kept me in the loop with everything!! I thank her sooo much!! Ms Sylvia was more than amazing!!

talked to a salesman for a few days about a car i was wanting. went to look at it and he told me that another family had been looking at it and was interested, but keep in mind i was interested before them and stressed to the salesman how badly i wanted this car. he talked me into test driving another car just to see if i liked it so i did, when i got back to the dealership he had sold the car i came there to buy to someone else while i was gone. my family traveled two and a half hours just to take me to get this car and he knew that. highly inconsiderate. do not recommend.

I called and got an appt for the next day. I was there 50 minutes from the time I turned my keys in till I drove out. Three different salesmen and the service manager all spoke to me while I waited. Great experience with friendly service staff!

I dropped off my car. They gave me a ride to work. They called fairly quick, to let me know the oil change was finished. When I got there to pick it up they said the first oil change was on them. Pretty nice! I am well satisfied.

The Karl Malone Ford Lincoln team is incredible!!! You can tell that they see each other as family and enjoy being there. The respect, happiness, togetherness is palatable and in the air.I was 4.5 hours away and connected with Glen Johnson online. I facetimed his GM, Jeramie Robinson and he gave me a fair value for my trade in truck - The team kept to their word re: the value of my trade in when I arrived there.Two additional members of the team whom I had a great time talking to included Micah Lindsey, the GSM, and Ralph Hicks, the Business/Finance Manager. They all welcomed me with open arms.22 hours and a proud F150 Raptor owner, you got a customer for life!!!I am singing the praises of the Karl Malone Ford Lincoln team from the rooftops to all of my friends and family!!

If you have to have any warranty or recall work, I think you should know they DO NOT loan you a car to run an errand. You have to sit and wait. Other than that they were very nice.

I had a great experience !! I seen Ms.Sylvia this pass friday & immediately started a conversation ! Once i approached her i instantly felt like she cared ! I told her my situation & she hoped on it !! I m very young she made me feel like she was mom in this situation !! So open & warm hearted !! All of the employees treated me like i belonged there ! Long story short I can for sure say my life was changed, my heart is satisfied & i ll definitely be back !!

Loved the buying experience that Mike Bland provided me. Great place to buy a vehicle. I recommend it to any and everyone. I bought my last vehicle a 2001 Silverado in 2012 from Teague Chevrolet next door. That was best truck I ever owned.

I have a new Explorer with less than 6k miles. The backup camera was replaced less than a month ago and now the entire information digital screen, backup camera and all, has flipped upside down. Karl Malone Ford in El Dorado cannot even look at it for 19 days. I m sure glad I m not nearly out of my warranty.

Exceptional service! I was treated honestly and with dignity, respect and complete openness! These guys are great. I didn t get what I wanted done to a recent divorce but they lowered my payment, got me in a vehicle 4 years newer, gave me an18 mont/ 36K warranty. I couldn t ask for anything more. I dealt with Keith (general manager) and my salesman was too notch! Give these guys a chance!
