The car we were given smelled of cigarettes, probably from the male staff member walking and standing out back smoking. Then when we got to our drop off location (one way trip) the staff were unable to check our car in because it had not been put in the system properly at the pick up location. Which if it had not been for the helpful staff at the Tallahassee location, I would have been continued to be charged for my reservation due to no fault of my own. So a five minute turn in, turned into over half an hour of Tallahassee fixing El Dorado's mess when we should have been in and out. Overall very poor experience for my first time using Enterprise for leisure.

This place was great! I had to adjust my reservation twice before I even picked up the car and the staff was very accommodating. I got a BEAUTIFUL Chevy Impala-- the agent that helped me was friendly, courteous and efficient. I specify Enterprise whenever I travel for work and they ALWAYS come through for me.I've used other rental companies before, but it usually costs more DOLLARs and it HERTZ. ;)

Several times we have reserved cars only to be told when we got there or were in route to pick it up that there was no car available. I do not know why a person is allowed to reserve a car that is not available. It waste my time.

I HAVE NOT HAD THE ABILITY TO USE ENTERPRISE BUT BECAUSE OF MY SON'S MOTHER SHE WAS ABLE TO USE THE ORGANIZATION AND I WILL BE GIVING A CRITIQUE OF THE FUNCTIONING PEOPLE OF THAT ORGANIZATION AT A FUTURE DATE

This place is way busier than one might expect. Great friendly staff that goes the extra mile for their customers and top notch service.I'm not in ElDorado often, but wouldn't hesitate to rent a car from here again. Thanks y'all!

my whole experience with Enterprise can be summed up like this: no branches in this region has customer service skills whatsoever. Having an appointment doesn t matter. I believe they consider it a guideline rather than a concrete time . While the customer is led to believe otherwise. Most of my dealings was with the magnolia location although my appointment was with this location. The one thing I can t fault this particular location with is: they moved all their people to the magnolia location which leaves their customers in a lurch. I m sure that wasn t this branches decision but someone else s. But what I can fault this location with is this: I called all day Friday and have the call logs to back me up, to confirm this appointment with the branch because that s what everything online says to do (my appointment is/was today) but no one answered and there is no way to leave a message. So guess what it s transferred to the nearest branch I m assuming magnolia but who knows at this point and they also didn t answer the phone. Of course the customer service person I talked to on the 1800 number pointed this out to turn this whole situation back on me and my response was I did TRY. But you can t blame me when your company s staff doesn t answer the phone. Having a reservation is usually a measure taken to prevent situations like this but unfortunately that s not the case at all with Any of the Enterprise branches I have been in contact with today to find out LITERALLY A REASONABLE TIME FRAME OF WHEN I CAN PICK UP MY Rental car. They are blaming short staffing and I get that. 100%. But customer service is letting the person with the reservation know that there is a delay, it s being understanding . But oh well, what do I know? I m just the customer who is still without a car and Im not even complaining to get an upgrade or a freebie. I just wanted to know when to expect my rental car because I have an appointment set with the shop as well. I have a life outside of this with kids. So having a realistic time frame was important to me. key elements to take from this: this location does not pick up the phone, they have only one person in house today at least and it sounds like most of the time since they are playing musical locations instead of chairs, don t expect a reservation to matter to them, and just don t book an appointment- you ll keep it, they will not. Short staff is a problem that I understand. But not having customer service in the service field- that I do not understand. That and not having a way for someone to leave a voicemail especially is short staffing is the issue.

Do not rent from this place!!!! I would not even give a star. I called no answer. Get there no one in office!!! People are waiting and no one to help!!!! I would not even give a star! I give this place. Zero!!!!!

They do not have very many vehicles available. The vehicle the insurance company and Enterprise put me in was not acceptable. The vehicle was exceptionally bare bones, smelled like it had been smoked in, and was nearly empty on gas at pick up. When called to inquire on a different option there was only a car when a full size truck was needed. No attempt made to find an option. After speaking to the insurance company options were made available by reaching outside El Dorado but the local branch was no help in making the change. The e-mails are not helpful and the staff at the local branch were not interested in helping either. I don t know nothing about it is all I could get out of them. Was not interested at all I m trying to help me figure out what I was supposed to do or where I was supposed to pick up the other vehicle. Overall, not helpful.

I scheduled to rent a car four days in advance, called the day before to confirm that everything was fine. I pick it up the next day and I am told the only available vehicle is a van. I informed them I did not feel comfortable driving a van and had they told me at any point I would have gone to another store. The van was not clean (had clearly not been vacuumed), there was a crack in the windshield right across the drivers line of sight, it had no gas in it (well below the empty line) and actually began to shake on the way to the gas station, the car needed an oil change and beeped every five minutes the ENTIRE time it was on. I only needed the car for one day and asked to bring it back on Saturday (which I have done before). They informed me if I wanted the vehicle I must keep it until Monday, that I could bring it back whenever I wanted but would still be charged the whole time. When picking it up, I did not have a copy of my insurance (I asked the day before what I needed and was told ONLY the reservation number and my drivers license since I had rented before); however, was told they don't save insurance information? I told her I could email her a copy or text it to her once I plugged my phone it but my cell phone had died on the way there. However, I was immediately charged the fee for using enterprises insurance. I called multiple times over the weekend but was not at any point called back or asked for proof on my full coverage to save me over $100 on the rental. Despite me calling in advance (because I lived 45 minutes away and wanted to bring it back to an actual person so I could turn in my insurance proof), I got there and no one was there. I called the number on the door and was told to just leave the key in the drop and they would get it later. I was not allowed to give my insurance because the rental was being returned despite calling seven times over the weekend to give my proof of full coverage.

The help I received today from the El Dorado location and the satellite branch has been outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me with the major problem I had today. Not only were they professional and fast to resolve the issue, they also made me feel like they had a genuine concern for me. This is the best service I've received by a long shot. This company is very unhelpful and has rediculiously stupid policies in place. My husband and I have rented from them before and their pick up program is very limited and their credit card acceptance policy is stupid. The credit card we were going to use is in my name but due to a medical reason I can not have a driver's license.even with me there to swipe the card they would not rent to us. So they lost my business forever

I reserved a car, got there next day and they had no vehicle at all. No call from them to let me start looking somewhere else. Time before car wasn't clean. This at el dorado, ar. Lucky to have u save rental, in and gone in less than 10 minutes. That was even faster.

I requested a van for a trip I was going to take. The van made the trip much more comfortable. The staff answered all of my questions and were very helpful. The van was covered in green pollen when I picked it up and the gas tank was on empty. But because I wanted to pick up the car early, I was okay with it. The pollen this time of year is very bad. The guy showed us that he had another van but it came back damaged.But overall I was satisfied and would use Enterprise again.Sincerely,Teresa Healey

The car was very nice and Zoe took care of me. The only thing negative was I had to give a deposit which was no problem but the drafted my account without my permission and said they didn't when it clearly showed up on my bank drafts.

The girl that assisted us is very nice but she can't do it all. Get her some help. From reading other reviews this has been a consistent problem. As a corporation don't tell us you want to be the best...show us. That very sweet girl is doing the best she can so get her some support. Will not choose to do business with Enterprise again.Again, the problem was not with the girl working...it's clearly an issue of upper level management.

They never have your paperwork ready. I called a day in advance but when I got there they had no record of it. Didn't have a vehicle and I had to wait almost an hour. There were other people who had the same problem. Worst place to rent a car from.

Customer service is not lost at this place.Mr. Fernando was very nice and professional. Ok so I do not have a major credit card but Enterprise has a couple of options for those of you like me. 1 is that you can use your banks debit card or a walmart money card that has your name on it,and a $200 deposit plus the cost of the rental,also you must provide a driver's license with your current address on it as well as a household bill in your name and they must all match. I had to update my address on my DL's at the DMV but it was only $10 and I had my home lease and a bill. Mr. Fernando checked my things out and made sure that I had what was required to rent a vehicle according to Enterprise's policies and standards and I was good to go. Check their website for your standards for the state you live in. I'll add,if you live in the El Dorado area you should rent here just for the fun of it. I loved driving that new car,a 2019 and it still had the new car smell. Go see them and tell them I sent ya! #LotteryKiss

Every experience I've encountered with Enterprise has always been great. There's always a variety of clean, high quality vehicles to choose from. Most importantly of having a great professional business is having a great professional staff in which you will find at Enterprise of Eldorado.

I wanna know why they make it seem so easy but I can't get a car cause I don't have a major credit card I live with someone so I have no bills in my name and I get a 1 month ssi check nope not happy at all I had a job opportunity and can't take it cause I can't get there this hurts thanks for nothing enterprise is not what its cracked up to be

My experience at El, Dorado location confirmed all the bad reviews. Very bad attitude here. Enterprise has began a decline, switch to a competitor.

I called Enterprise to reserve a car but apparently their main office/dispatch has no clue what they are doing! No cars available even with a reservation, who knows when they will have a car!
