The people who work here seem to know what they are doing, they can be helpful at times, but they can also be very unhelpful at other times. For example, if you have everything you need and your ducks are in a row then everything goes smooth, if not, they have no problem explaining what you need, but, if you have real problem, they seem unwilling listen and make an attempt to at least try to help you dig into it. It s sort of hit and miss. It s sad, but I go to the smaller DMV locations in nearby towns to avoid this place, and people shouldn t feel the need todo that, it could be made a nice place to go. The place is covered in plastic sheeting and it looks awful. It s been there for over two years now. If a barrier is needed then proper glass should be installed.

The staff in here is SO patient. They had a LOUD lady telling her life story and the lady helping her was SUPER nice. Chandra helped me and was super professional and courteous despite us barely being able to hear each other. I was done in 20 minutes.

When my Drivers Ed teacher (who is a baseball coach) told me that I had to be prepared to take my Written Test at the DMV I got a little nervous and scared about so I had to study the book and do the practice test very hard and after four tries of taking the test I finally passed on fourth try and I was really happy and now I can t wait to take my drivers test soon!

Even with the Covid restrictions the staff was efficient and helpful. The line from outside moved regularly and the maximum number of allowed people inside was enforced firmly but professionally. Even though there was some grumbling from those who were outside, it was unfounded. The wait was only a few minutes at best. I was 6th in line outside and I was in a chair inside in less than 10 minutes and thru with my business in another 10. Home run Revenue Office.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had in any government agency and my life! The young lady who waited on me was extremely rude the entire time I was there! Before she arrived there was only one lady to 10 to a Room full of people in it take an hour and a 1/2 for me be in the 3rd person in line. I cannot blame the poor lady who got stuck with the full Room on her own for the wait but the 2nd young lady was extremely rude and unhelpful when I ask simple questions about the forms!

All workers are very friendly but if they moved any slower they would go backwards. They all need to be helping people when it is packed ( not just two out of the four workers present) and there needs to be more workers. Also be prepared for them to let people go in front of you that have just tag renewals or DL renewals. Which is not cool when wait times can be over an hour .... Wait times are ridiculously long.

I went to the El Dorado, AR DMV office today ( a Friday) to renew my CDL license and upgrade to the enhanced license.I had a folder with all the required documents I needed as listed on the state website for the enhanced license. I was prepared for a long wait. To my surprise, there was no wait. The employee who helped me was wonderful. I told her why I was there and she seemed appreciative that I was prepared with the proper documents. She treated me with respectfully and answered any questions I had. I was out the door with my new enhanced license in less than 20 minutes. No complaints from me here, only compliments.

Due to Covid only 5 people can be in there at a time...so you have to stand outside in the elements till a spot opens up. Plan on being there a while.

The staff were nice, but there was a 3 hour wait. A bit understaffed when elderly people are waiting.

They already open late and close early due to the Covid but they arrived at 8:05 then cleaned for 20min so technically now they open at 8:20am.

WAS FEARFUL THAT BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A PENALTY BUT THE CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL & THE PROCESS WAS LESS COSTLY THAN I IMAGINED.,. I AM RELIEVED IT IS OVER & I CAN DRIVE WITHOUT FEAR OF A TICKET.,.
