I'm trying to find a wheel hub assembly and I thought that it was strange that all I could get from here is just the bearings and then I would have to rent the press with full refund for it after job is done. So I had to go to part geeks to get the full assembly for a 2004 Ford F-150 I was very disappointed in AutoZone.

Today I was down and out about having to possibly buy a new battery, which I could not afford. I went to Auto Zone in El Dorado, and Kendrick Hayes put my mind at ease by testing my battery and assuring me that it was a good battery. I thought since it was old and cold weather was coming that it was probably not to full capacity. He was genuinely polite and amiable as he instructed me on how to properly clean battery cables and made me feel so much better. It is amazing how a friendly face and a helpful attitude can make a person's day so much better.

Bought a new car battery and they installed it, they were very accommodating and good to do business with.

Sorry service ! I called twice first time the phone was answered an no one said anything but u could hear talking in background. Second time I called I was put on hold for 10 mins I m not being sarcastic. I walked in the store still on the phone on hold to see 2 employees standing talking (one later states he is a a manger) and one is assisting a customer a one is gathering products. I state I ve been on hold for 10 mins and would like some sort of assistance, they look at each other all shocked and then ask me to approach counter. I ask who the manager is and the male states he is one of them I tell him again I have been on hold for 10 mins long enough to drive up here an he states well u can hang up now no I m sorry ma am for the inconvenience none of that!

AutoZone is my place to be. I have been shopping with AutoZone since they open which is more than 20 years. They have always been very knowledgeable of anything that you want such as car parts or even just drink it on the shelves. If you need something just looked at or maybe a battery boosted the employee will come out and help or even just see if they can solve the problem.

I would give them no stars if possible. I ve been waiting on a battery 4 days, a battery for a ford ranger they should have had in stock to start with. It was supposed to be here the next day but it went to magnolia so I m told and I ve been trying to get it for since Saturday. My grandson missed two days of work and now will miss another day tomorrow because the battery is STILL in Magnolia. I will not be doing anymore business with these clowns. I used to buy most all my parts from AutoZone but that s s thing of the past. The most incompetent people I ve ever seen! Don t waste your time with AutoZone unless you have plenty to spare and you don t have anywhere to go because you will be grounded for quite some time waiting on parts from this place in El Dorado AR. It s a shame you have to order a battery for any domestic vehicle ,a plain group 24 battery, but making someone wait and miss work is totally unacceptable. It would be a good place for an auto parts store but if they can t get simple parts for a Ford of Chevy it s hard to call it an auto parts store.Making four trips after one battery and still have no battery.I spent at least $20 in gas going to pick up a battery that was supposed to be there but it s STILL not there. I WARN YOU DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AT AUTOZONE! You will most likely regret it.

I bought a hub assembly from here for $100 because I needed it to get to work the next day. I ordered a set of 2 hubs for $50 from ebay, waited a week, and took theirs back. Their service was great, but I'm simply not made of money. If I was rich, I'd rate 5 stars.

I love the service the guys are really on top of their name however they never have my parts once you even told me they did and didn't I drive a Ford focus for multiple years that has been number one car in America it's not just the parts shortage, they literally don't even carry them not out of stock

Went to AutoZone trying to buy the oil change special now when you buy something from AutoZone your name goes into computer but when I went back to AutoZone they didn't have my information when I bought my oil change so now they got 2 oil filters for my car so how I posed to know which one it is my purchased supposed to go inside the computer right they havent did put anything in there that's was the second time that they did put any of my purchases n two months

Awesome place to get your auto parts if they don't have it in stock they 98% of the time can or it for you convenient hours respective staff if you need it auto zone is the plan to get it knowledgeable people work there
