Ever since quality lube turned into Take5, this place became the best place in Eldorado to get an oil change. Didn t like the service a very young male was just slapping the window wiper on my car hitting my wipers and he cleaned on top of that just had my car washed another gentleman was eating chips and folding the bag and touch all over my car and the gentleman that cleaned (a) window dropped my oil cap below my fan area and the guy that was under the car doing the oil plug pulled my front bottom protector down really tugging on it with no care in the world took them 12 mins to find the oil cap because of the careless irresponsible young gentleman who works under your hood only put air in one tired as well smh First time there and I will not return .. really have to think without customers there s no business .Service: Oil change

They were fast, I give them that. But, they didn't put a rivet back or it fell off from not being put back on properly. As a result, part of my car started dragging under the hood and they closed right after we left, so we're unable to get them to fix the problem. We'll have to take our car to the original dealership to have it fixed. $90 is not worth it for this trouble.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

They were so friendly, & my oil change was quick. Not use to paying $50 plus for oil change, but their prices were cheap compared 2 other places. I only paid a little over $20 @ Wal-Mart, but there closed. So If you are in hurry, & like nice people, this is the place to go. Thank you all for being so nice.

Terrible experience, do not go here. They did not have the tools to get my skid pan off to change my oil filter. they attempted with the wrong tools, stripped the bolt, then gave up. they still charged me full price for everything and gave me a sticker showing that I didn't need a change for 5000 miles, despite not changing the dirty filter. I paid $131.37 for essentially not an oil change, as they left the dirty filter on the vehicle. Absolutely rude and didn't care about my vehicle, just wanted to get it out of the way to keep their oil change/hour number up.Service: Oil change

Have always used this place but has recently gone downhill. Daughter took her car for oil change 4/19/2022 with no vehicle problems and a reasonably newer car. On 4/20/2022 her oil light comes on, had mechanic check and oil showed to be 1 inch OVER the maximum amount. She took the car back and they said that s where it s supposed to be so she needed to take it back to the dealership. Brought it home and removed 1 quart of oil to get back within normal range. This is the 2nd time she s had problems here, the first time the oil plug wasn t tightened and she was losing oil. This is the 2nd vehicle in the family to have oil problems immediately after leaving here.Service: Oil change

I always come here for my oil changes. They always send a post card reminder and they leave a sticker on your windshield so you know when to come back. Fast and great customer service!
