By far, this was the best car buying experience I ve had. Jarrod and the staff at D3 were extremely easy to work with. I felt like I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased and was in and out of the dealership within three hours. This included my lengthy inspection and test drive. Highly recommend D3 Auto Sales and will seek them out the next time I m in the market for a vehicle.

Great all around car dealership. Good honest group of people, from discussing a plan over the phone, to in person on the car lot, and in the office figuring out the financials. I never felt like i do at other big car dealerships where they just want you to buy a car and that s it, they made it feel like i was apart of them and as if they were just helping out a friend.My salesman was Mitch, he was definitely 10/10. One of the biggest takeaways from my experience with Mitch and D3 was they allowed me do my own thinking without giving me the dreaded car dealership fast talk to overwhelm you into a decision. I definitely Recommend him to anybody wanting a pleasant car buying experience.

I watched this dealership website for many months. I studied pricing practices and other things. Then I spent several months texting with Jennifer about my truck needs and I decided to go by and see for myself.I met Joe, the sales manager and sales representative Stephen Fields. I was very impressed with both but Stephen was down to earth and easy as you can get when working with a dealship.I highly recommend you find out for yourself. Jennifer, Mitch, Joe, and the finance man did an outstanding job for me getting in my new vehicle. This has to be one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had. This is a good car dealership. I highly recommend them. Mitch and Joe were easy to work with. It is a no pressure atmosphere. They were also willing to work with me when other dealers were not. The offered me a fair value for my trade and had a lot of nice Trucks to choose from.

The overall experience of being a first time buyer was minimally exhausting thanks to Stephen and Jennifer. Stephen did all he could do to crunch and crunch numbers until I was satisfied with my payments. Jennifer remained in communication and was very attentive to make sure every bit of my needs were met. I heard a lot of negative things before personally conducting business with D3 and my experience was the complete opposite of any negative experience described. I would 10/10 recommend doing business with them as well as having the honor to work with Stephen and Jennifer again. Great experience, great service, great people!

We researched the truck we wanted and found it at D3. They are over a four hour drive away. Well worth the drive!Kevin was absolutely the best! There was no pressure and very little back and forth unlike most dealers. We gave him our bottom line and he worked to meet our price. A very smooth purchase.Afterwards, we asked for a recommendation for dinner, Kevin directed us to Dondie's... When we finished dinner, we were happy to discover Kevin had paid for our meal. Talk about showing appreciation!D3 will be our first stop on our next vehicle purchase. If you are looking to purchase a "newsed" vehicle, contact Kevin Baxter at D3, he'll treat you right.

The best dealership that I've ever done business with. I was looking at an SUV that they newly acquired. It had a little damage to paint on the bumper that they hadn't had a chance to fix yet. I offered to purchase the vehicle as-is before someone else grabbed it. By the time I made it to the dealership, they had fixed the paint for me anyway even though I offered to buy it with the damage. Good people who sell good cars!

I would have LOVED to give this place 5 stars but I can't for one reason. The $800 charge they pass on to you for the Lojack system they install on each vehicle. As a good salesman should do, they spin it as if it is a benefit to you. Unfortunately the reality is... they want to be able to disable, track, and retrieve the vehicle if you do not make a payment. Plain and simple. The fact they charge YOU for what amounts to insurance for them did not make me very happy. HOWEVER!! Besides that, this place is awesome!! Awesome selection of vehicles. Awesome staff. And they did everything they promised after the sale. Which included reupholstering the backseat and more! Great place overall

The staff here at D3 are great to work with, they listen to what you say and will take care of you. They have a nice inventory of cars to choose from, and many finance options. I had been shopping for a car for quite some time. It was a breath of fresh air to find D3 they listened and care about what I was saying. Will be back when time comes for my next car purchase.

Kevin was such a delight to work with. He knew what I wanted and didn t try to get me into anything besides something I would love. He made it more than just a car buying transaction, we talked about everything under the sun and I really enjoyed my time at D3. Jennifer is such a sweet woman and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way.Stephen helped me while Kevin was gone, sent me so many vehicles that were in my price range and what I wanted. When we finally decided on a vehicle, Stephen was the first to congratulate me.I am overwhelmed by the amount of compassion and understanding the people have. They made this experience wonderful.

Great service from a great team. These folks have some of the most courteous employees I ve ever dealt with at a car lot. They care about service after the sale too. They want return customers and it shows. I will definitely be back to get another vehicle when the time comes.

Bought a vehicle on December 2nd. It was a quick and easy process. Everyone was very nice, not as trying to make a sale, but courteous and pleasant. They even delivered my vehicle to me after the purchase as I couldn t drive 2 vehicles home. How s that for service? If you see something you like give them a shot, you won t regret it. the General manager I see on the commercial every morning doesn t lie about D3. He seems to really love his job and it shows in the people he works with as many of them worked previously at some of my preferred dealership's. Stephen Fields, my salesman, is a top notch salesman.

Called in and spoke to an internet lady named Brittany Wise. She was extremely nice and easy to talk to about a Truck I was interested in online. She then got with Stephen Feilds as the sells person who was extremely helpful in making my decision on a 2016 GMC Denial 2500HD. The truck was priced great! 3000-4000 under everyone else I saw in the market with the same options & miles. Financing options we're pretty good as they matched my credit union rate & term & even gave me a 1 free oil change! overall 5 stars.

My wife and I were very reluctant to purchase a new to us vehicle that we could be able to afford and start new adventures in. We had went to multiple dealerships across the central part of Arkansas and was not given a good deal on any of the vehicles we really wanted. So my wife suggested that we go to D3 in Des Arc and take a look at what they had. From the moment we walked in the door. Jennifer, Stephen, Kevin, and Joe were very nice and helpful and understanding of what we were wanting. I highly recommend D3 Auto Sales they are willing to go the extra mile to get you a very good deal for what you are looking for.

I worked with Kim to sell my Tahoe to D3 and she was amazing! I ended up backing out of the deal due to my purchase falling through, but she was great to deal with! Communicated thoroughly and stayed in touch throughout the process!

I posted my used vehicle on Facebook marketplace. Kimberly Irvin messaged me about it and in a few messages offered to buy it on the spot. I was a little skeptical at first, but she assured me it was not a scam and they even went through the trouble of meeting me at their bank so I could cash the check as soon as I received it. Kim and Gail made everything effortless. I would definitely recommend Kim and D3

Went here for a certain truck that was supposed to be on hold for me but got sold while I was there. Was not happy to say the least. Had already had payments set at the price I wanted an everything. They went out of their way to get me in a newer and ,nicer truck with less miles for the same payments we had agreed on. A special thanks to Jarrod Wilson!

I bought my very first car with D3 about eight months ago. Nearly a year in, I can say that I am still EXTREMELY happy with the decision! Everything still runs great and looks great. The staff were friendly and everything went smooth for me when buying. I would certainly consider them again in the future.

I found D3 online while shopping for trucks with my son. Their online selection led me to visit them in person on November 25th. When we arrived we were greeted by Mitch Mosely. Mitch was incredibly helpful and never tried to push a sale. He provided all of the specs on each truck we were interested in. D3 had a really good selection of vehicles to choose from. Once we found the truck that we liked, Mitch and the D3 family went to work to get us approved for the truck, and it was the most painless process I have ever had working with a dealership. It took longer for us to look through the inventory and test drive the trucks we were interested in than it did for the paperwork and financing. I recommend the D3 family to anyone in the market for a vehicle. They will definitely be my first choice for my next one.
